*Look at you
You look at me
You can’t help it you’re feeling butterflies
It’s obvious
We have chemistry
I think I know it cuz it feels so right*
"Junsu-ah, come here" Mrs. Park beckoned Junsu over, "I have someone I want you to meet"
The three years old boy waddled excitedly over to his aunt, who was resting on the hospital bed holding a bundle of blue blanket in her arms. Mrs. Kim picked Junsu up and placed him down on the hospital bed.
"Auntie, who's that?" Junsu asked, trying to get a peek at the bundle of blanket.
Mrs. Park smiled warningly at him and beckoned him to come closer to her, "Junsu, meet Yoochun" Mrs. Park lower the blue blanket and Yoochun's wide brown orbs appeared into Junsu's curious view.
"Auntie!!! He's so tiny and cute" Junsu squealed excitedly. Yoochun startled by Junsu's sudden booming voice began to wail loudly.
"Junsu!" scolded Mrs. Kim
"It's all right" Mrs. Park assured Junsu and comforted Yoochun at the same time, but Yoochun refused to calm down.
Much to Mrs. Park and Mrs. Kim amazement, Junsu reached out his small hand and took Yoochun's tiny hand into his much larger one which Yoochun quickly grabbed onto it.
"Don't cry Yoochunnie. Hyung's here. I'm sorry." Junsu whispered lovingly. Yoochun eventually calm down and smile happily at Junsu.
A look of understanding and recognition was shared between the two women as they watch their sons, they both smiled knowingly.

"Junsu, what happen to your ice cream?" Mrs. Kim asked as she saw her son and Yoochun came back from the ice cream truck. Both of them were supposed to get one ice cream each, but how come they only return with one.
"I gave it to Yoochunnie" Junsu shrugged, "Some kid knocked Yoochun's ice cream off"
Mrs. Park smiled at Mrs. Kim and asked, "Why did you give yours to Chunnie? Don't you want some? I know that chocolate is your favorite."
"I don't know. I just don't want him to be sad" Junsu replied nonchalantly.
"Well that's new. You wouldn't even share your chocolate ice cream with me" Mrs. Kim teased, "Why Chunnie and not me, huh? Junsu-ah"
"I don't know" mumbled Junsu. His brows forming a knot as he wiped the ice cream smudge off Yoochun's chubby cheek. "I just have this warm fuzzy feeling. I don't know how to describe it"
"I know what it is"
"What auntie?"
"I call it love sweetie" smiled Mrs. Park.
*Baby, I don't know what love Is
Maybe I'm a fool
I just know what I’m feeling
And it’s all because of you
Don’t tell me
I don’t know
I want the truth
Cuz they call it
We call it
You call it
I call it love*
"Umma?" Junsu asked, "Can we turned on the nightlight?"
"Why?" Mrs. Kim asked confused. Junsu hadn't used his nightlight since he was ten. The Parks were out on a business trip, so Yoochun was staying over. Mrs. Kim tucked both boys in Junsu's bed as it was getting late and beside they had school tomorrow.
"Chunnie is afraid of the dark"
"And?"
"I don't want him to be scare"
"I won't be scare" added Yoochun
"And why is that?"
"Because hyung will protect me. Right?"
"Yes, but Umma can you turn it on anyway?" Junsu insisted
"Why? Yoochun say it's ok"
"I don't know. It's just a feeling I have" admitted Junsu "I don’t' know what to call it, this feeling"
Mrs. Kim gave out a small laugh, "I call it love, Junsu-ah. Good night boys", kissing each boy good night
"Good night, Umma"
"Good night auntie" Yoochun said. He then turned and gave Junsu a sloppy kiss on the older boy's cheek, "Good night Junsu-hyung"
"Nite, Chunnie" whispered Junsu, pulling the younger boy into his arms protectively.
Mrs. Kim watched with a smile, and on her way out she turned on the nightlight just as Junsu had asked.
Both boys fell asleep with different thought running through their minds. Yoochun thinking that for as long as he had his hyung protecting him he would never be afraid of the dark again. As for Junsu, he was still confused with this feeling he always had around Yoochun, or as his mom would call it love.
-*-*-*-*-*-
"Hyung, I'm sorry" cried Yoochun, as they walked into Yoochun's house. Their mothers stopped talking the moment both boys entered the living room and noticed the tears on Yoochun's face and Junsu's solemn look.
"Sweetie, why are you crying?" Mrs. Park asked her son.
"Hyung's girlfriend broke up with him because of me" Yoochun mumbled, sniffing softly.
"It's ok, Chunnie. Don't worry about it OK?" Junsu reassured, wiping the tears off Yoochun's cheeks.
"Now Junsu-ah how would that be ok. Yoochun what did you do?" Mrs. Park asked accusingly at Yoochun while winking at Mrs. Kim.
"I didn't do anything" Yoochun wailed loudly.
"Umm, auntie, Chunnie didn't do anything. It wasn't meant to work out anyway" Junsu defended Yoochun, cradling him against his chest, trying his best to subdue his tears. He never liked it when Yoochun cried.
"Why do you say that?" asked Mrs. Kim
"She doesn't like Yoochunnie"
Mrs. Kim and Mrs. Park smile contently at the comment and chorused, "It's call love Junsu-ah"
*We have a bond that’s unbreakable
And it’s not time to let it go
And now that we know it’s real
We are going to let it show
To the whole world
That I'm yours forever
And you're mine*
"Auntie! Auntie!" Junsu shouted out, panting heavily.
"Junsu-ah, slow down. What's wrong?" Mrs. Park asked concerned.
"Have you seen Chunnie?" Junsu asked panicking, his eyes were mixed with worried and fear.
"Isn't he supposed to be staying over with you tonight?"
"We had a fight" Junsu admit sheepishly and guiltily, "I...I kind of yell at him"
"Oh!! Junsu-yah. You know how much he look up to you and love you"
"I know, auntie. I'm sorry. I was having a bad day and I kind of snapped at him"
Mrs. Park gave out an exasperated sigh, "Well I haven't seen him since this morning. I'm sure he's around here somewhere. Find him OK?"
"Yes auntie. Thank you" bowed Junsu, before sprinting off again.
The sun had set long ago and now it was completely dark. Junsu frantically search the neighborhood and every single place he could think of, but still no sign of Yoochun. He returned back home praying that Yoochun would probably return by now.
"JUNSU! Did you find him?" Mrs. Park asked frantically, running out of the house with Mrs. Kim in towed once they saw Junsu approaching.
"No auntie" Junsu pulled his hair in frustration, raking his brain for any place that Yoochun might have gone to, "I search everywhere"
"OMG, where could he be it's already dark out, and he's afraid of the dark" Mrs. Park was neared tears.
"I'm sure he's around here somewhere" Mrs. Kim comforted her best friend, "Junsu, is there any other place that only the two of you had gone to? Some place special to him or maybe to you?"
Junsu thought long and hard and then it popped. He cursed himself silently as to why he hadn't thought of this place earlier. It was an exclusive spot in the park, hidden behind some large bushes and medium size trees. It was a place where Junsu had once showed Yoochun. They had often spent time there together when either of them was upset over something.
"I know where he is" Junsu suddenly burst out, already running toward the park, "I'll be back with Chunnie." He screamed back.
Being a fast runner paid off as Junsu arrived at the park five minutes later, not wasting any more time he rushed right over to their exclusive spot. In the distant Junsu could make out a small group of boys huddling over something or someone in the distant near their hideout. As he stepped closer he could faintly made out that indeed it was a small boy crouching on the ground. His temper flaring dangerously as he realized the small boy was no other than Yoochun.
"YAH!" Junsu yelled approaching the group, "Get away from him!" Yoochun was on the ground, tucking himself into a tight ball, his small frame shaking uncontrollably.
"What are you going to do?" One of the boys challenged, yanking Yoochun up by the arm forcefully. Hearing Yoochun cried out in pain only fuel Junsu's anger, he tighten his fists ready to strike the boy that he presumed as the leader of the small group.
"Let him go" Junsu growled.
"Why shoud I? He's kind of cute. I think I might just keep him" The boy smirked, pulling Yoochun closer to him.
Yoochun struggled widely against the strong grip. "No, let me go"
"You heard him. Let him go."
The boy and his friend laughed, "What are you going to do? You against all of us?"
At that moment Yoochun used his free hands and grabbed onto the arm that was holding him captive. He sank his teeth into the skin, hard enough to draw blood and leave a mark.
"FUCK!!!" screamed the boy, as he yanked his arm free from Yoochun's mouth and before anyone could reacted the boy slapped Yoochun hard across his left cheek, sending him tumbling to the ground. The action set Junsu's off as he punched the boy hard, he fell to the ground unconscious. Once they saw their so called leader fallen, the others clumsily carried their friends and ran off.
"Chunnie, are you ok?" Junsu asked, concern written all over his face. He gently took and turned Yoochun's face around, examined the bruise already forming on his cheek. "I'm sorry. Are you still mad at me?"
"No, I'm glad you came to save me" whispered Yoochun, looking up at Junsu with his big brown eyes. The tears ready to spill any moment. "I was so scared, hyung"
"Shhh....it's ok. I'm here now. No one is going to hurt you while I'm here."
"Promise?"
"Promise. Now come on auntie is worried sick about you" Junsu pulled Yoochun, earning a wince from the younger man. He frowned, taking a look at another bruise caused by the bully.
"Hyung?" Yoochun whispered softly.
"Hmm.."
"It's really dark. Yoochun mumbled, "I'm scared"
Junsu gave out a low chuckled before crouching down, "Get on"
"Huh?"
"We're in the middle of the park, Chunnie. There's no street light around here. Get on my back. I'll piggy you back home." Junsu explained
"But hyung....." Yoochun hesitated, blushing slightly.
"Or you rather walked next to me in the dark" Junsu threatened teasingly. That does the trick. The thought of walking in the dark, even with Junsu next to him scared him out of his mind, Yoochun quickly climbed onto Junsu's back arms wrapped loosely and securely around Junsu's neck.
Standing up effortlessly he hoisted Yoochun upright and headed home. "Chunnie, you're too thin"
"Hmmm...."
"Are you sleepy?"
"Mmmm"
"Wrapped your arms tight around me OK? I don’t want you to fall off"
Yoochun laid his head tiredly against Junsu's shoulder and buried his face against Junsu's neck, nodding. "Mmm....K"
"Sleep, Chunnie" Junsu whispered. A contented smile grazed his lips, loving the feel of Yoochun's warm skin against his back,
*Baby, I don't know what love Is
Maybe I'm a fool
I just know what I’m feeling
And it’s all because of you
Don’t tell me
I don’t know
I want the truth
Cuz they call it
We call it
You call it
I call it love*
"OMG, what happened to him?" Mrs. Park whispered harshly when she saw the bruise on her son's flawless cheek. Yoochun was still asleep probably exhausted by what had happened.
"Some boys bullied him" Junsu replied as he walked toward his bedroom, with Yoochun on his back. The two concerned mother followed silently wanting to know more. "Umma, can you help me laid him down?"
"Junsu-ah, is he all right?" asked Mrs. Kim, as they helped maneuvered Yoochun to lie down on Junsu's bed. Yoochun whimpered slightly once he felt the warmth of Junsu slipping away from him, his hand reaching out blindly searching for Junsu. Taking the outstretch hand into his own, Junsu slipped in the bed next to Yoochun who automatically attached himself to Junsu's side. Face buried into Junsu's chest. Mrs. Park and Mrs. Kim watched the scene in amusement and couldn't stop the growing grin on their face.
"Does he hurt anywhere else?" Mrs. Park asked.
"No, auntie. He's fine just a little shook up that's all" Junsu answered, "Auntie I'm sorry. I promise from now on I'll protect Chunnie and keep him save."
"Why, thank you Junsu. You don't have to do that"
"I do, auntie. I promise as long as I'm alive no one will hurt Chunnie ever again" Junsu promised, with a determined look.
"And how do you plan to do that?" Mrs. Kim asked her son, arms crossed over chest, eyebrow rising.
"That's easy because I plan to stay by his side forever"
"Why?"
"Because Umma, auntie, no other girls I've dated can me feel like when I'm with Chunnie" Junsu explained, "Whenever I'm with him, there is always this warm and fuzzy feeling. I always have the urges to protect him I love how his body is so warm against mine."
"Oh! Really?"
"I know what this feeling I've always have around Chunnie now Umma"
"What is it?"
"It's called love, Umma." Junsu answered with the brightest smile on his face.
"That's right baby. I'm glad you've finally realized it" Mrs. Park and Mrs. Kim gave the two boys a good night kiss, and left.
Junsu starred lovingly at Yoochun, placing kisses over the boy's face and forehead, murmuring "I love you, Chunnie"
"I love you too, Junsu-hyung" Yoochun replied sleepily.
Tighten his hold on Yoochun, Junsu closed his eyes and let sleep take over, but not before he assured himself with a soft whispered, "Yoochunnie, this feeling I always have ever since I saw you in that blue blanket. I know what it is now. It's love, Chunnie. I call it love."
