Morning came. Junsu needed to wake his master up for school.
He unlocked the door and went inside Jaejoong’s room. The room was kind of messy. Clothes, school books, and black sanrio bands litter the room.
…Black sanrio bands?... Don’t tell me…
Junsu quickly scanned the room, and there on the huge bed beside Jaejoong, was a sleeping inwhan.
Junsu sighed. Inwan probably sleep-walked again.
He slowly walked towards Inwhan’s side and carefully picked his son up. Inwhan mumbled something about donkeys and fairies. He must be dreaming, Junsu thought.
He then turned towards Jaejoong---
He was stunned for a minute; he looked at Inwhan and shook his head. Well, at least it was nicely done.
“My prince, wake up.” Jaejoong didn’t move. Junsu shook Jaejoong’s shoulder with his free arm. Jaejoong grumbled about not getting enough sleep, but nevertheless he sat up.
“Mmmm.. I feel like my head has been massaged by a thousand crickets.”
“My son is not a cricket.” Junsu mumbled, but Jaejoong was not paying attention.
“What did you say?’
“I said I will wait for you downstairs.”

Literature class
The front door of Jaejoong’s class opened and the professor came bearing a poster.
“Good morning, class. “ putting his things on his table, he then rolled down the poster he’s holding, “ I already have here the poster for the Autumn play. The committee have already decided on the theme and it will be a love story.” He said, laughing as he hears the girls in his class giggling and squealing and the boys groaning and looking unhappy.
“Prof! Can’t we change it to a more action-packed thingie?” one of the guys said.
“Sorry, son but the posters and leaflets have been distributed and the script is already done. We were honored that one of our alumni, the renowned historian Dr. Lee Chaegin offered it to the school.” He explained.
“What will we be doing, sir?” a delighted girl asked.
“We are doing the vampire prince’s story. A lot of people are curious on what happened to the prince and his bride but no one knows what really happened in the past. Dr. Lee made some research and suggested that we make it a play.” Hearing the professor’s reply, Jaejoong’s head snapped up.
Then he saw the poster. It was graphically good. He can see Bomi’s yearning face looking at a prince in shadows with an army of devious krycans on the background.
Jaejoong suddenly stood up. He doesn’t want to be reminded of the past… of that certain past… that certain past that separated him and Junsu from their beloved.
As he was about to leave the room, the prof asked, making him stop at the door, “Mr. Kim, don’t you want to participate in this theatrical production?”
Jaejoong looked back with sharp eyes, “Not interested.” shutting the door behind him.
Dance class
Their class was interrupted by a knock. The school secretary handed in a piece of paper and a poster. The teacher browsed the page and turned towards the class, showing the poster.
‘It has been decided. We’re going to do the legendary vampire prince’s story.” The teacher said.
The class became excited. That story was never explored before. The previous theatre students thought that the story was too complicated to portray.
Junsu, who was sitting at the farthest corner of the room, became observant. He was hoping for some recognition on Bomi’s face: unfortunately, there was none.
‘Bomi, you will play the role of the maiden royale, so you have to prepare yourself. Your solo and pair dances will be quite difficult.” The stern teacher declared. Junsu sarcastically smiled. How ironic, the real princess will act out her own life story in a play. This will be interesting.

Music class
It was their free period. The teacher was absent, so all of the students went home…except for one.
Ri In was playing her violin. She was trying to recall the melody she played, on the lagoon, the other day. She sighed. She was becoming frustrated. No matter how hard she tries to play the song, she can’t make it.
Ri In was about to leave the auditorium-extension when she suddenly heard a familiar tune…
wait a minute…isn’t that…
She turned towards the main hall…
There he was.
A man was gracefully seated on the piano bench; his hands were beautifully grazing the black and white keys. He was tenderly humming the unforgettable melody…along with a sad smile.
It was the tune she was trying so hard to recall.
Ri In could feel her own heart breaking, and she was dearly confused. The good-looking guy looked towards his left, Ri In then became aware that another person was present in the room. Walking closer, she saw a cute, little boy proudly beaming at his older friend.
Ri In softly gasped.
It was Inwhan.
