Jaejoong sighed, frustrated. *Why am I so worried anyways? She’s just my maid.*
Still feeling restless, Jaejoong left.
He recklessly parked his car and ran inside. He heard sounds in the kitchen and glanced in.
You were cleaning the silverware. *I knew it.* Irritated, Jaejoong walked up to you. You looked up, “Jaejoong oppa!” you said. “What are you-“
Unexpectedly, Jaejoong lifted you up bridal style. Your eyes widened in surprise. He swiftly carried you to your room and laid you on your bed.
You sat up, “Oppa I have to finish-“
Suddenly, Jaejoong whirled around and grabbed your wrists. His face was only two inches from you. “I knew you would be doing this. What don’t you fucking get? I told you to stay in bed! What? Did you think I would charge you for staying in bed? Why don’t you listen to me?” Jaejoong’s livid and frustrated expression said how much you tore him apart.
“Oppa… I'm sorry. I just felt better…”
Jaejoong sighed heavily. “Did you eat your medicine?”
“Not yet.” You replied.
Jaejoong left and came back with medicine. You tried to take the medicine but Jaejoong grabbed your hand. “I’ll do it.”
You watched Jaejoong carefully mix the tablets into water. He put the spoon next to your lips. Shyly, you opened your mouth and Jaejoong slid the medicine in. You didn’t know why but your cheeks were burning and your heart beat madly.
“Go to sleep.” Jaejoong said.
“okay.” You nodded. You lay down.
Jaejoong started to leave. “Oppa…” Jaejoong paused. “Thank you.” Jaejoong looked at you from the side. He slightly nodded and left.
Late in the night, Jaejoong came into your room to check up on you. You were deeply asleep. Jaejoong lightly sat on the edge of the bed. He gazed at you. Suddenly, he had a compulsive urge to touch your face. He reached out but instantly pulled back. Anxiously, Jaejoong looked away. *What the hell is wrong with me? Why do I feel like this? I’m not myself around her. It’s like she completely melts me into someone else. She makes me dizzy, happy, worried, relieved* Jaejoong’s eyes widened in revelation. He wasn’t stupid. Even if he had never felt this before he knew what he was feeling. Jaejoong slowly turned his head and gazed at you.
*I’m… in love.*
That night, Jaejoong didn’t sleep. He was thinking about what was right for you and what he wanted for himself. He wanted you… but he didn’t want to risk your happiness. *If I really love her… shouldn’t I let her go? I want to keep her by my side… but not as a maid. What does she want?* Jaejoong stared at the contract.
