That night, you went with Hyun Joong to the bar Milky Way to meet his friends.
“Hey, Hyun Joong!” 4 guys waved.
“Hey.” Hyun Joong waved back. He shook their hands, “What’s up?”
“Nothing much. Whoa, hey. Who’s the chick?” one guy asked. “She’s my friend. ~~~~~-ah, meet Young Saeng, Kyu Jong, Jung Min, and Hyung Joon.” Hyun Joong introduced.
“Hi.” You waved.
“Hello. Come sit.” They waved you over.
You sat next to Hyung Joon and Hyun Joong sat next to you. “Just so you know, I don’t have the same name as Hyun Joong hyung. I’m HyunG JooN.” He said.
“Oh. Okay.” You nodded.
“Weirdo. Sorry ~~~-ah. Hyung Joon has a tendency to tell people that the first time he meets them.” Jung Min explained.
“That’s because everyone calls me Hyun Joong!” Hyung Joon complained.
Everyone laughed.
“Do you want something to drink?” Kyu Jong asked.
“Coke, please.” You answered.
“A coke in a bar? Are you sure you don’t want to order a cocktail? Like a cosmopolitan? Or a pina colada?” Jung Min asked.
“Yeah, you should try some. Milky Way is famous for its cocktails.” Kyu Jong advised. “Excuse me, sir.” Young Saeng stopped a waiter, “Can we have 2 sex on the beaches?” “Sure.” He left and brought 2 glasses of cocktails.
“Hey, wait. A sex on the beach for a first time drinker is way too much.” Hyun Joong worriedly said. “Why don’t we just order her a Long Island drink?”
“Don’t be so protective, Hyun Joong.” Jung Min laughed. “It’s fine.”
“Have some, ~~~~~-ah. It’s really good.” Kyu Jong winked at you.
“Okay.” You shrugged and took a sip. You got a burning ache in your head and you felt whoozy. “Aiya~” you shook your head.
Hyun Joong immediately snatched the drink away from you and gave his friends a dirty look, “I told you.” He took a glass of water and put it to your lips, “Drink this, ~~~~~~-ah.”
You instantly gulped it up. You felt a bit better but you were still dizzy. Hours later, you and Hyun Joong left the bar. “Bye!” you hiccupped.
“Bye!” his friends waved back.
You stumbled to the car. Hyun Joong opened the door for you. You bumped your head on it, “Ow.”
“Be careful.” Hyun Joong helped you in. He strapped the seat belt into place. As he drove home, you fell into a deep slumber. Hyun Joong had to carry you up to his place. He carefully laid you in his bed.
You mumbled, “Hyun Joongie” and rolled over onto your side facing him.
His face softened and he gazed at you. Hyun Joong reached out and curled a loose strand of your hair behind your ear. You looked startlingly beautiful and serene even when you were asleep. Very gently, Hyun Joong stroked your cheek. Noticing what he was doing, he pulled his hand away *Why do I feel like this? So amazed, warm, and happy when I’m around her? Somehow she brightens up my days.* Hyun Joong slightly smiled, pulled the covers over you, and left.
