Hyun Joong came home with a bag of McDonalds fries and burgers. He also had a tub of mint chocolate chip ice cream. “~~~~~~~`-ah?” Hyun Joong searched the vicinity for you. “BOO.” You came out with a mask on.
“AH!” Hyun Joong fell onto the ground.
You took the mask off and smiled, “Whoops.”
“~~~~~~~-ah.” Hyun Joong exhaled and put his hand on his chest, “You scared me.”
“Payback for all those times you got me.” You giggled.
Hyun Joong chuckled. You held out your hand and he took it. You helped him up.
“What’s that?” you pointed to the bags.
“McDonalds.” Hyun Joong handed them to you.
“NO WAY!” You grabbed them and looked inside. “WHOO!” You cheered. You put the ice cream in the freezer then took the burgers and fries into the living room. “Come and eat.” You patted the seat next to you.
Hyun Joong sat down and the both of you began to eat while watching TV. Hyun Joong watched you laugh at MC Yoo’s jokes as you bit into a fry. *So different from Jaekyung. Is that good or bad?*
After McDonalds, Hyun Joong scooped ice cream into little cups. The two of you ate while watching some more TV.
“~~~~~~~~-ah.” Hyun Joong softly called. “Hmm?” “…You’re really easy and fun to be around. You know that?” He asked.
You looked at him and sweetly smiled, “So are you Hyun Joong oppa.” You plopped ice cream into your mouth and bit down on the spoon.
Hyun Joong softly smiled and went back to watching TV.
Soon, you fell asleep and your head drooped onto his shoulder. Hyun Joong dimmed the lamp and lowered the volume of the TV. He gazed at you *If only Jaekyung was like you…* Hyun Joong rested his head on top of yours and closed his eyes. Soon, he fell into a deep slumber.
