It had been 2 weeks since Jaejoong’s confession.
He called you but you ignored it.
He came to your house but you didn’t open the door.
In other words, you were avoiding him.
It was late afternoon and you were drinking wine with Minho at your house. You were curled up on the couch with your elbow planted on the arm of the couch and your head resting in the palm of your hand.
Your cell rang.
You looked at the caller ID: Jaejoong.
You pressed the side of the cell to silence it.
“Jaejoong?” Minho sipped his wine.
You nodded.
“Why don’t you pick up?” he asked.
You shrugged and sipped the wine.
Minho smirked, “You know you want to.”
“I don’t know what I want.” You mumbled.
Your cell started to ring again.
You shut it off altogether.
“Poor Jaejoong.” Minho said, amused.
You gave him a look.
“I’m just kidding. Fucking Jaejoong. I’ll rip his heart out. Happy now?” Minho asked.
You rolled your eyes and set the glass of red wine on the table. You hugged your knees to your chest and stared out into space.
“Come on, cheer up.” Minho lightly socked your knee. “Just do what you really want. Forget about the revenge for a sec and just go with whatever you feel like doing. That way, you’ll be happy.”
“I want Lee Global Market to win the monopoly.” You muttered.
“And… in the love prospect?” Minho questioned.
You shrugged with a helpless, lost expression.
Minho patted your knee, “Well just know that if he breaks your heart, I’ll break his legs.” Then he left to take a nap in your bedroom.
You sighed *I wish you could break him now. That way, I wouldn’t have to think about him.*
