The next day, you were very tired.
You were dazed and even more clumsy than normal.
As usual at lunch, you went looking around for your stepbrothers. You bumped into Yoochun, “Oh, oppa. Here. Enjoy.” You shuffled away.
He watched you leave with concern on his face.
Junsu and his friends were walking towards you.
“Here, oppa. Enjoy.” You yawned and walked away.
Junsu also watched you walk away.
“Is someone worried?” Eunhyuk teased.
“Shut up.” Junsu muttered.
You saw Changmin with his friends.
“Oppa.” You stifled another yawn, “Here’s your lunch. Eat well. Bye.” You waved.
You stumbled on your way out.
Swiftly, Changmin caught your arm.
The two of you met eyes.
“Oh. Thank you.” You meekly smiled and walked away. Changmin watched your disappearing figure.
“Stop drooling, Changmin.” Siwon flipped his magazine. “Shut up. I wasn’t drooling.” Changmin instantly sneered. “Whatever.” Siwon shrugged. Changmin glared at him. Hankyung and Khunhyun chuckled.
“This is new. The Smart Prince never caught a girl before. Not to mention, he has never interacted with one unless he was snapping at her for annoying him during his study time.” “Can it be? The Smart Prince is falling for a girl?!” His friends gasped and pretended to be shocked.
“You asses!” Changmin snarled and ran towards them.
They quickly dashed away and he chased after them.
You spotted Yunho down the hall. You went up to him, “Yunho oppa, here.” You held out his lunch.
He slowly took it. Y
ou rubbed your eyes, “I hope you like it.”
Yunho’s eyebrows knit together in concern and he worriedly looked at you, “Are you… all right?”
“I’m fine.” You yawned. “I just stayed up too late last night… by the way… who took me to bed last night? Was it you?”
Before Yunho could reply, another voice claimed, “No. I did.” You and Yunho looked up to see Jaejoong with his friends. He smirked and took his lunch from your hand, “So you better thank me.” Jaejoong winked at you and left. His friends snickered and followed along.
Taecyeon, Nickhun, and Changsung glared at them.
Yunho glowered at Jaejoong’s cocky figure.
“Well… I guess I’ll go now. Bye.” You left.
“Damn, Yunho. Why didn’t you tell her that you took her to bed and not damn Jaejoong?” Taecyeon slapped his shoulder. “Cause I didn’t. Jaejoong took her to bed. I only carried her up the stairs.” Yunho viciously sneered.
“Still you idiot! It was your idea! God! By this rate, you’ll lose her to Jaejoong.” Taecyeon rolled his eyes. “Ew. But they’re siblings.” Nickhun made a face.
Yunho started “She’s not my-“
“Sister. We know.” His friends finished in a bored tone. “Then why you gotta say that.” Yunho slapped the back of Nickhun’s head. “Idiot.”
Nickhun pouted and rubbed the back of his sore head.
