“Only one person can stay in the room with her. Who will that be?” the nurse asked.
“I will!” All 5 stepbrothers raised their hands. They glowered at each other.
“I’ll stay.” Your mom offered.
“But you have work tomorrow. I’ll stay.” Mr. Lee said. “No. I will.” Junsu stated.
“But Junsu-ah-“
“It’s my fault she’s like this. Please let me stay with her.” Junsu begged his dad.
Mr. Lee sighed, “Fine.” Mr. Lee and your mom left.
Yunho longingly gazed at your room and left. Changmin and Yoochun followed with their shoulders sadly deflated. “You better take care of her.” Jaejoong menacingly hissed and left.
Junsu went into your room. He quietly closed the door and sat by your bed. The monitor beeped now and then. Junsu gently took your hand and cradled it in his hands. “~~~~~~-ah, I’m sorry for everything I’ve ever done to you. I’m sorry that I pushed you out of the way. I’m sorry that I ignored you. I’m sorry that I was rude to you. I’m sorry for not taking you to school. So please…” Tears slipped down Junsu’s cheeks, “let me make it up to you. Wake up. Wake up. Please.” Junsu cried.
Right then, your eyes slowly opened. You looked around the room and spotted your stepbrother crying. You leisurely reached out and wiped his tears away.
Junsu looked at you and his eyes widened, “~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~-ah…”
“Don’t cry, oppa.” You whispered in a croaky, pained voice.
“~~~~~`-ah… oppa is so sorry…” Junsu sobbed.
You wiped another of his tears that trailed down his cheeks, “It’s okay. I’m okay.”
Junsu took your warm hand (the one that was on his cheek) and let his tears silently fall *Thank you for waking up. I don’t know what I would’ve done if you didn’t make it…*
