“Mattaku! How could you fell asleep while I’m still talking to you?” Ken sulked at him.
“Ahh.. warui warui” J walked out from the seminar hall, leaving Ken alone. He’s heading to male restroom, to wash up his face a little, but then he changed his mind – to skip the coming up seminar. As he’s leaving the restroom,
“Onii-chan, konnichiwa!” a small little girl greeted at him. She’s carrying a small bag pack at her back. Her hair that lies on her shoulder was braided into two braids that tied with pink ribbons at their both ends.
“Ah, konnichiwa! Nani ka…?” J bends her knees, so that he could see the little girl face to face.
“Did you see my onee-chan?” she asked.
“Onee-chan?” J has a slight confusion on his face.
“Uhm. She’s new here…” she explained.
“Ahh… I’m sorry dear, I haven’t” J answered, but he’s actually refused to tell the truth he didn’t know who is the little girl talking about.
“Souka…gomen nasai” she replied, giving him her sad face.
“Ami! Ami!” cried a girl who is running towards them, seems like she’s calling this little girl.
“Gomen, matteta?” she asked, as she stopped few steps before the two. She catches her breath for a while before she lowered her head a little before him. He is standing numb, uttered no reactions and words, as he is stunned towards her. Without being asked, the girl introduced herself and the little girl, before apologized.
“Saitou Aimi desu. Here is my imouto, Ami. Sumimasen deshita for now” she lowered her head once again.
“Ah… iya. You came when she just asked about you”
“Moshikashite, you are medical student from here?” she asked as she saw the nametag on his blazer.
“Ah… ee.” J was caught up skipping class again! He rubbed his hair few times, a sign of embarrassed.
“Sou desu ka… I’m sorry I’ve to leave. I really want to attend the upcoming seminar, but I need to accompany Ami… The seminar is really important and will surely benefit you. Please attend it” she said honestly.
“Ah… thanks” J replied and saw the little girl that was introduced as Ami waving at him, leaving him farther and farther. And he can’t get his eyes from the girl called Aimi…though now he’s walking towards the seminar hall again, following Aimi’s advice.
""She’s definitely alike you, Dean. I don’t know if I’m the one who see it that way…maybe I’m missing you too much, so that my eyes fooling me now…and the little girl with her just now, so cute and sweet. I wonder how old she is…is Ami really her younger sister?""
After the seminar is over,
“I thought you’re gone to skip again” Ken raised his eyebrow.
“Ah, I wanted to, but someone changed me…” J smiled a little, walking out of the seminar hall.
“Someone? Who’s that? ... from our lab?” Ken was curious.
“You guess…” J broadened his smile, playing with Ken.
“Ahhh~ omae!” Ken halted as he’s thinking a name…but then he cried…
“Ahhhh! Masaka ano onna?” he asked, with his eyes rounded while J bursts into laughter.
