“I never got to finish what I said,” Dana said, a while later, after they had shot the very last scene for the video. The F3 had gone back to the hotel and Dave went to arrange Dana’s papers. She and Ken chose to be left behind, to watch the sun set from the ledge of the observatory. She looked up at Ken, who was holding her hand. “What if I was actually about to say that I told Dave that I didn’t want the job?” Ken looked at her, his eyes wide in caution, but then saw the mischievous glint in her eye. He squeezed her hand and smiled. “That’s exactly why I didn’t let you finish.”
