The next morning, Maggie Siu walked into the office. She is known to have the biggest crush on Nicky. Almost everyone knows this, everyone except the seven gurls that were in that office. Maggie gave an evil stare at the seven gurls. Benny gave a fake cough to indicate she was there. Nicky doesn't like her, he only thinks of her as a friend, but doesn't know how to tell her without hurting her feelings or letting the whole police department know. He just tries to get away from her whenever possible. After hearing Benny's cough, Louis and Julian looked up. They gave a smile and said. "Nicky, someone's here to see you."
Nicky looked up from his papers. "Oh, hi Maggie."
"Hey Nick." Maggie said smiling as she walked over to Nicky's desk. "How have you been?"
Benny slid over to Annie's desk, trying to get away from Maggie. He didn't like her at all. She always gave him stares and says that Nicky is too good to be his friend.
"Who is she?" Annie asked Benny.
"Oh her? She's Maggie. She has a crush on poor Nicky."
Ada, Charmaine and Jessica crowded around Annie's desk.
"She has a crush on Nicky?" whispered Ada.
"Yes, but he doesn't like her. She's just always around. Gets annoying." Benny said.
"Nicky doesn't like her?" Jessica asked.
"Nope."
"Gosh, I hate those people who just follows you around." Charmaine said.
"That's how Nicky feels." Benny said.
"Hey, wanna get rid of her?" Ada asked.
"How though?" Benny said. "Nicky would thank you guys if you guys can get rid of her."
"Easy. Watch this."
Ada walked up to Nicky. "Nicky! Who is that?" She gave Maggie a stare.
Nicky looked up at Ada. "Um, this is Maggie. Maggie, meet Ada."
Maggie eyed Ada from top to bottom. "I can't believe they would hire people like you. So skinny. How can you do anything?"
Jessica looked at Annie and Charmaine. They did not just hear Maggie diss Ada. They walked up to her.
"Yeah, well, Nicky likes her skinny." Annie said. Nicky looked up at her confused.
"WHAT?" Maggie said. "Like her?" She turned to Nicky. He didn't knoe what to say.
Charmaine walked up to him and whispered in his ear. "Play along." Then she said out loud. "Yeah, haven't you heard? Nicky is going out with Ada."
"Is this true?" Maggie demanded. Nicky, looking clumsy, stood up and put his arm around Ada.
"Yeah."
Maggie gave an evil stare at Ada and just walked off. Nicky watched her go, then took his arms off Ada.
"Thanks guys." He said.
"No problem." Annie said.
"Yeah, but I think that you two will have to continue to play a couple until she is thru with you." Charmaine said.
Jessica nodded.
"But wasn't she already thru?" Nicky asked.
"Trsut me, being gurl and all, she is definitely not over you yet." Jessica said.
"Alryte, Ada has a boyfriend." Annie cheered.
"Hey!" Ada said. "I just promised to get rid of her, not pretend to be his gf!"
Louis walked up to her. "Aw come on, Ada, Nicky really needs you. Maggie is reallie a nerve-getter."
"Yeah, plus Nicky's not that bad." Michelle said.
Ada thought for a moment, then turned to Nicky. "You are so lucky I haven't seen any cute guys that I'm interested in lately, but if I do, we're thru."
Nicky smiled. "Okay, as long as Maggie stops bothering me."
"Hey, Julian, maybe you can do that with Athena." Benny shouted across the room.
"What?" Annie said. "There's more?"
"There's this one gurl that loves Julian." Benny informed. "Julian, why don't you pick a gurl to be your pretend gurl do Athena won't bother you."
"But she's not as annoying as Maggie." Julian said. "Don't you think it would be a little harsh on her?"
"Hey, if you like her, then fine with me." Benny said, pretending to back off.
"I don't like her!" Julian said.
"He only thinks of her as sister, remember?" Louis said to Benny.
"Gosh, how many gurls like you two?" Jessica asked curiously.
"A lot." They turned around to see Bobby.
"You four won't believe how many gurls like Benny, Louis, Nicky and Julian. My team is known as having the most cutest, likable guys, including myself, if I don't say so myself." Bobby said, straightening his shirt and smiling to himself.
The four gurls burst into laughter.
"What are you, joking?" Annie said as she laughed. "You? And those four?"
"Cutest?" Jessica said.
"Are you sure?" Charmiane asked, her face red from laughing.
"Hey!" Benny said. "Just in case you guys didn't notice our charms…"
The gurls laughed harder.
The four guys looked at eachother. They've never seen any gurls like the four laughing ryte now.
"Laugh all you want, but there are millions of girls out there wishing to be you guys, being in the same room as us, breathing the same air as us" Louis said.
This only made the gurls laugh so hard that they had to sit down. After calming down, Ada said, "Wow, you guys reallie know how to give people a nice laugh, don't you."
"Are you done laughing?" Nicky asked her.
"Hold up." The gurls continued to laugh, then stopped. "Okay, we're done."
"Okay, can we get to work now?" Julian asked.
"Sure," Charmaine said. "We never told you 'likable' guys to watch us laugh."
