Show and Charlene looked at each other and sighed. They’ve rehearsed all their love scenes almost a thousand times already but they just couldn’t express the LOVE that the teacher was looking for. Show began to wonder if the performance would go smoothly tomorrow.
On the day of performance…
Show was feeling nervous as the time for the start of the play is getting nearer. He decided to look for Charlene to talk to her to try to make himself feel relaxed.
Show: Hey Jacelyn, have you seen Charlene?
Jacelyn: Oh, she’s at the dressing room.
Show: Thanks. *smiles*
When he reached the dressing room, he was stunned by what he saw. Charlene was dressed up in a white gown, almost looked like a bride waiting for her wedding ceremony to begin. Just then, Charlene turned around.
Charlene: Hey! When were you here?
Show: uh… I just came awhile ago.
Charlene: Why are you staring at me like this? Do I look weird?
Show: No, no. you look amazing. Really beautiful.
When Charlene blushed, Show thought she looked cute. Looking at Charlene, he suddenly felt at ease, the nervousness he felt just now somehow disappeared.
Charlene: Thank you. *smiles*
For some reason, he felt that her smile looks sweet and he could feel his heart beating faster. Just then, Show came to his realization. Is this how he should feel towards her?

As the time for the love scenes between Romeo and Juliet approached, Show kept on reminding himself, “think of the one you love the most. The one you feel like saying those confessions to.” He closed his eyes and tried to think of that person. Slowly, a girl appeared in his mind. It was Charlene and he couldn’t believe it. He opened his eyes and closed them again. The same girl appeared in his mind once more. Show was shocked. He never thought this could ever happen. And when did it happen? Before he can think about it, it was time for him to go on stage.
As he speaks those words of confession, he could feel his heart beating very fast and he was blushing. When he looks at Charlene, he realized that Charlene was blushing too. Who is she thinking about at this moment? Who is this person that she loves?
After the first love scene, the same question keeps popping up in Show’s head for every love scene that he did with Charlene. “Who is the guy that she loves?” During Romeo and Juliet’s death scene, Show was ‘drank the poison and was dead’. He began thinking about the question again. Just then, he felt something wet landed on his face. He slightly opened his right eye and peeped at Charlene. He was surprised by her. She was crying and her expression was painful. When he looked at her face, he could feel his heart stung. If losing this person can make her so painful, it must mean that that guy means a lot to her. Show realizes how much he wants to be the guy Charlene was thinking of right now…
