She covered Hana’s body with the blanket. For sure she was very cared with her daughter. When she covered Hana’s body, accidently her hand touched my hand. I was quite surprised actually but I kept my face looked cool.
“Ah. Sorry.” She apologized to me. I also saw her face turned into red. Did she blush? I didn’t know but actually her touch really made my heart beat faster.
“No problem.” I answered her.
Suddenly the atmosphere between us became so awkward until she started the topic about my girlfriend. The topic that actually I avoided to being talked with her.
===End of Flashback===
I didn’t know but this flight really made me happy. Perhaps it was because there was Hana in my arms and Ella beside me? No way. I didn’t feel anything to Ella. My heart beat faster because….. I didn’t know the answer. Because race engineer should not be touch the driver but the car. Well… very weird answer but that was the best answer that I could find.
“Bye-bye Prince.” Hana hugged me. Finally it was time to be separated. We will never met to each other until January, the next testing.
I hugged her back and rubbed her hair. I looked into Ella while searched the words to say goodbye but suddenly Charlene hugged me and kissed me on my lips. “I miss you so much…”
“Char, What are you doing here? I mean I didn’t tell you about my flight’s schedule.” I really surprised to see her.
“Well.. don’t call me Charlene if I couldn’t manage these kind of things.” She whispered seductively in my ear.
Before my surprise feeling went away, suddenly a bunch of reporters approached us and asked many questions in Chinese. Mostly about my relationship with Charlene.
“So Wu Ji Zun, you are a new Asian Sweetheart in Formula One and now you are hooked with a new Asian Sweetheart in entertainment industry. How do you feel about that?”
“Well… Nothing special about it. We already know each other since more than 2 years ago when we attended the same university in Sweden so I never think I had a superstar girlfriend.”
“But I do feel so honoured have a boyfriend like Chun. For sure Asia could leave their next hope into my boyfriend. Who knows that perhaps someday he will achieve something more than Baron Chen.” Charlene answered with a full smile. Which I knew exactly what kind of smile is it.
Then the rest of the interview talked about her new movie. I surprised how well Charlene adapted into this industry even I knew this is her dream since the beginning but still at the certain angle I didn’t agree to live in the spotlight as a celebrity.
After that she asked me to stay in her apartment but I didn’t agree with that since we are not getting married yet. Call me conservative but I always think marriage is something that so sacred until I didn’t want to ruin the sacral of the marriage it self. We will never live together at same place until we married.
I planned a romantic dinner with her and also wanted to talk about the engage plan that I thought when I was in Malaysia. But without the ring since it disappeared at “bumped incident” with Ella.
“Chun.. you are so sweet as usual.” She said while put her knife for steak in the table. We already finished our main course.
Suddenly I remember how Ella ever told me to do diet as a preparation in the real race as a Formula One driver. I stunned for a moment when I knew I already ate too much this night.
“Chun… do you hear me?”
“Yes I do. Charlene actually I want to tell you something important.”
Charlene then paid her attention to me. I looked at her. So many changes that I found from her since the time we graduated from our college. I missed the old Charlene. She was still beautiful, more beautiful but something missing from her. Something missing.
“How about if we engaged? Not a formal one but it’s more like we declared our commitment to each other. You know being a driver is not a completely safe job. I wanted to make sure I have you…”
“No I don’t want.”
I was so surprised when I heard her answer. “Sorry?”
“Cant you just understand me Chun. I don’t want to get engage. I mean look at me now Chun. I’m in beginning of my career and I need more spotlight. With this kind of engagement it sounds like you want to limit me. You want to getting married soon and I just can’t do it.”
“Char… it just like a prove for our commitment to each other!”
She shook her head. “No Chun, my agency will not be agree with it. They already angry when they know I have a boyfriend. Lucky my boyfriend not a common person but the rising star in racing world.”
“You mean if I just a common person then you will break up with me? Fine I do understand your intention now!”
“You didn’t understand!”
“Enlighten me then!”
“I just not ready yet Chun.”
“Are you serious with me Charlene?”
She didn’t answer my question. Her silent was an answer for me. I was quite disappointed since I’m serious with this relationship.
“Fine then.” I stood and almost leaved her alone there.
She hugged me from the back. “Don’t go Chun. I’m so sorry. Could you just wait for me Chun… Could you?”
I felt my shirt was wet. I could feel she cried. I turned my self into her and wiped her tears. “Don’t cry Charlene. I will not leave you.”

[Author’s Note]: OMG… is this CE FF or CC FF? LOL…. There is no CE moment here so sorry but I had to make this chapter. Actually I miss ixie1504 here… ixie, is my story getting bored so you didn’t comment? Lol.. ^^. For silent readers please comment because I want to count how many people actually read this story. Ha ha… Please just comment once so I have a boost to make more CE moments in next chapter as soon as possible. I just want to count lol >_<.
