"I'm sorry. I didn't know that you loved me so much. If it's for the best, I'll leave you. I don't want to break your heart again."
She stood up to leave, but felt a hand grab onto her wrist. She turned to look and he was awake already. He stood up and hugged her.
"I'd rather have a broken heart than to lose you again."
"Joo Ji Hoon.....you know how I feel about you. I don't know if I can ever love..."
Tears were rolling down Yoon Eun Hye's eyes.
"I know.....but....I can't bare to see you go."
They were both silent, just holding each other.
The next morning, Yoon Eun Hye woke up in their bedroom. She looked to her right, but Joo Ji Hoon wasn't there. She rushed downstairs and saw him sleeping on the couch. She went up to him and kissed him on the cheeks. He caught hold of her waist and pulled her on top of him.
"Joo Ji Hoon! Let me go!" She struggled to get up, but he was holding her too tightly.
"I will never let you go again."
They looked eye to eye. She pushed her lips down onto his and then closed her eyes.
"Mommy..."
Immediately, Yoon Eun Hye got up, punching Joo Ji Hoon in the gut accidentally. She went over to Yoojin and saw that his hair was a little messy.
"Yes, honey?"
"How come you and daddy are sleeping in the living room?"
Yoon Eun Hye looked over at Joo Ji Hoon and then back to Yoojin. "Because.....it was....."
"It was really hot in our room, son." Joo Ji Hoon interrupted.
"Oh, I'm hungry, mommy."
Yoon Eun Hye looked over to Joo Ji Hoon and then smiled. "Ok, let's go clean up first. Then, I'll make you breakfast."
"Brush your teeth while I clean your face, ok?" Yoojin was on top of the counter in their master bathroom.
Yoon Eun Hye was wiping his face with a towel when Joo Ji Hoon walked in.
Joo Ji Hoon was washing his face when Yoojin ran out of the bathroom. He put on some shaving cream and was about to shave.
"Wait!" Joo Ji Hoon looked over at her.
"What?"
"I.....I'll....do it."
Joo Ji Hoon looked at her and then smiled. He handed her the razor and she tried to reach.
"I can't reach, bend down a little."
He bent down, but then grabbed her by the waist and lifted her up. He put her on top of the counter in front of him.
"From now on, you will be my mirror." Joo Ji Hoon looked into her eyes and smiled.
She smiled back and kissed him on the lips, but then got some shaving cream on her chin.
"Ahh, I got some on my chin."
Joo Ji Hoon was laughing and then wiped it off her face. She started shaving him carefully and moving his head the ways she can shave without cutting him.
"Yoon Eun Hye..."
"Stop talking or I'll cut you."
"Yoon Eun Hye....mother is...."
"I said stop it." She turned to look at the direction his eyes were pointing at. "Oh, mom."
"Don't let me disturb you guys. I'm just having some fun."
"Mom, we're almost done. We'll be down in a second."
"Ok." Her mom was smiling and laughing at the same time.
Yoon Eun Hye stared madly at Joo Ji Hoon.
"Why didn't you tell me that mom was right there."
"I tried, but you wouldn't let me."
"Ok, I'm done now." She used a towel to wipe off the shaving cream from his face and then pecked him on the cheeks.
"What was that for?" He looked at her.
"What? I can't do that to my husband?"
He then kissed her on the lips. She gasped and then stared at him. "Ahh, why did you do that?"
"What? I can't thank my wife properly?"
"But there are other ways too."
"I know, but those comes after the wedding."
"Joo Ji Hoon, I'm not talking about that!"
They were still looking into each other's eyes.
"Ok, so what did you want?"
"How about a date? Just you and me."
"I'm really busy today. I'm sorry honey. How about this weekend?"
Her face turned sad. "Ok....we can do that."
He noticed that sadness in her eyes and her voice. "Ok, I have to go to work. I'll see you later. I'm not gonna be home for dinner."
He walked out of the bathroom and into his walk-in closet.
She looked at the mirror sadly. "But today's the day that we...."
