The men proceeded to the lounge area for their quick meeting. Im Taebin was distracted throughout the whole meeting. He should have known because when she saw Joo Ji Hoon's face plastered on the television, her face went blank. The fiance Joo Ji Hoon was explaining on television was just like Yoon Eun Hye. Except on television, it was said that they were going to break it off in a couple of months because of an engagement contract. He didn't understand why they were together here, now. He was mad because she didn't deny the fact when Minwoo announced that they were going to get married this year. They finally finished, but he wanted to see Yoon Eun Hye.
Im Taebin looked at Joo Ji Hoon suspiciously. "Why is....your fiance in the hospital?"
"She is just under a little stress. Her mother's in the hospital, so she has been worrying about her a lot."
Minwoo and Im Taebin left the hospital and Joo Ji Hoon went back to Yoon Eun Hye's room.
"Why did you do that in front of him?"
"Do what?" He acted innocent, but he already knew what she was talking about.
"Why did you kiss me in front of Im Taebin? You know that he's my fiance. Why did you want to hurt him?"
Joo Ji Hoon was quiet. He didn't know what to say. He knew that he had hurt her when he tried to hurt Im Taebin. It was just that, it broke his heart to know that she was in love with another man. "I didn't mean to. I don't know what came over me."
Yoon Eun Hye looked at him with fury. "You hurt me. Do you know that? And you also hurt Im Taebin. He didn't need to see you kiss me."
He was angry. He was upset. He was mad. He was....heartbroken. "If you love him so much, go marry him! Why are you still here! Why do you want to act like you love me in front of your mother when you don't?!!!!"
He left the room and cooled off in the lounge.
She went after him and sat down next to him. "I don't think this will work. I don't want to hurt Im Taebin."
He looked over at her and saw her staring at the floor. "You didn't tell him about our engagement, did you?"
"I didn't think that it was important. I thougt that, once it wass over, Im Taebin and I would get married quietly."
"What are we going to do now?"
"I have to tell Im Taebin everything. I'll tell him that I'll go back with him." He looked over at her and she met his eyes. "I don't want to lose him. I love him a lot. I will tell mother everything tomorrow before I leave."
She got up and was walking to her room. "Yoon Eun Hye."
She stopped and turned around to be faced with him. She looked up into his eyes and could swear she saw sadness. "Take care of yourself. I won't be here when you leave." He went into her mom's room and closed the door.
"Joo Ji Hoon. Where's Yoon Eun Hye?"
"She's in the lounge. She'll be over in a minute."
She saw that he was hurt. She didn't know what kind of hurt, but she knew that it was to do with love. "What happened?" He went into her arms and couldn't stop the tears from flowing. "Tell me. What's wrong?"
He wiped his tears and hugged her. "It's nothing. I just missed you holding me when I was in Seoul."
She looked up at him and knew that it had nothing to do with him missing her. "Is it about Yoon Eun Hye?"
Right then, Yoon Eun Hye entered the room. She saw Joo Ji Hoon in her mother's embrace. She didn't know what happened, but she could see that he had just cried.
Joo Ji Hoon got up and kissed her mom. "I have to go now. I have some papers I have to finish up tonight." He walked past her and out of the room.
Her mom was mad at her. She could clearly see it. "Who is your boyfriend?!!!" She looked at her mom, but stayed quiet. "Tell me, now!" Instantly, her mom held onto her chest and was breathing really hard.
She ran out of the room and called for a doctor. Joo Ji Hoon heard Yoon Eun Hye calling for a doctor and rushed back into the room. Her mother was rushed into the E.R. room. He looked over at Yoon Eun Hye and saw tears in her eyes. She walked over to him and looked at the trailing doctors. "I'll marry you." He looked at her and only saw sadness.
He doesn't want to marry a girl whose heart belongs to another. "Go back with Im Taebin. I'll handle this. Don't worry about it."
"I'm gonna stay for a while."
"Where are you gonna stay?"
"At our house. I'll be fine."
"Your house has been rented out."
She looked over at him. "What? How come I didn't know about this."
"Your mom just recently moved in with me."
"I guess I'll stay at your house if it's not an inconvenience."
He looked at her and thought to himself. "It will be an inconvenience. How am I going to survive knowing that you're living in my house?"
"Joo Ji Hoon. Are you okay?"
"Oh, yeah. Sure, you can stay at my house."
Yoon Eun Hye turned and saw Im Taebin staring at them. He came right at the part where she said that she was going to stay at his house. He turned to leave, but Yoon Eun Hye trailed after him. "Im Taebin!"
All he could do was look at her running after the man she loves. He could do nothing. He couldn't stop her. He couldn't call her back. All this because, he had no rights over her.
