“ Sori and I passed Hyomi class before went home… I saw Kyuhyun held Hyomi’s hands ” Hyebin said excitedly.
“ OMO… Is that mean Kyuhyun accept Hyomi’s confession? Kyuhyun and Hyomi now dating? ” Je Woo asked excitedly.
“ I guess… ” Sori said.
“ Remind me to ask Hyomi to treat us dinner… ” Yae Jin smiled.
All of them cheered except Hyerin. Je Woo who realized it quickly remembered her.
“ Ya~ Lee Hyerin… Don’t forget about what you and Hyomi agreed on… You have to be sportive if Hyomi and Kyuhyun dating for real ” Je Woo said.
“ I’m not forget about that ” Hyerin said.
“ That’s our main star today ” Je Woo said as she looked
Hyomi came and walked toward Yae Jin’s room.
Hyomi sat on the floor when she reached there then sighed, very long sighed. She glanced at her friends who smiled suspiciously at her.
“ What’s wrong with you guys? ” Hyomi asked confusedly.
“ What’s your sad expression are for? ” Je Woo nudged at her.
“ Ah~ I know… You’re gonna to trick us right? What a prankster…” Sori chuckled.
“ Wipe your fake sad expression… “ Hyebin said wiped Hyomi’s face with her palm playfully.
“ We know everything, chukae unnie... ” Yae Jin said.
“ Chukae? Chukae you said? ” Hyomi glared at them.
“ You were dating with Kyuhyun now, right? ” Hyerin asked.
Hyomi took nearest book then hit all of them on the head without exception. They all groaned in pain include Hyerin.
“ Who said Kyuhyun accept me… ” Hyomi sighed.
“ What? ” they all said shockingly.
[Flashback]
“ You said my secret admirer want to show up today, right? ” Kyuhyun asked Hyomi.
Kyuhyun and Hyomi were sat facing each other in their class. Class ended about several minutes ago. That’s the reason why this classroom looked so empty. Hyerin and Hyebin went home first since they want Hyomi to take her time with Kyuhyun.
“ Tell me more about her… ” Kyuhyun smiled easily but still can’t hide curiosity in his eyes.
“ Well, actually I’m the closest person to her… ” Hyomi said.
“ You keep on repeating that point… Tell me something else about her ” Kyuhyun chuckled.
Hyomi scratched her back head shyly. Kyuhyun was right she kept on repeating that point. Is just too hard for her to be straightforward to him this time.
“ About the other girl… I mean… You know ‘my secret admirer’ has opponent from a friend that should be on her side… I mean… ” Kyuhyun said uneasily.
“ You mean your other secret admirer? Don’t worry I will… I mean your secret-admirer who’ll show up first will tell you everything ” Hyomi said almost blew up the fact that she was his secret admirer.
“ Oh okay… ” Kyuhyun said.
Kyuhyun’s eyes scanned around class then looked at his watch. It’s more than obvious that he really nervous to meet his secret admirer.
“ Hey… She supposed to be here right now. You said she wants to meet me at class after class, right? ” Kyuhyun asked.
“ She already here… ” Hyomi said.
“ Oh? Where? ” Kyuhyun asked surprisingly.
Kyuhyun’s eyes stopped wondering around his class and met eyes with Hyomi when he realized nobody in here except of them. He felt something different from the way she looked at him right now.
“ She’s right in front of you… ” Hyomi said.
“ You are my secret admirer? ” Kyuhyun asked.
Hyomi nodded lightly. Kyuhyun stayed still with his eyes glued on Hyomi’s. ‘Actually I’m the closest person to her’, Hyomi’s words echoed in his mind. Of course she was the closest person of his secret admirer since that girl was herself. Why he didn’t realize it?
“ I love you… ” those words finally escaped from Hyomi’s lips.
Hyomi couldn’t help but keep on staring to those confused brownish eyes. She tried to figure out just to estimate what Kyuhyun think about her after heard her confession. Kyuhyun held both of Hyomi’s hands make her jerked shockingly.
“ Nuna… ” that’s the only Kyuhyun could said.
Smile formed from the corner of Hyomi’s lips when those soft and warm hands held hers. Is this mean that Kyuhyun has same feeling as hers?
“ Can we just stay as friend? ” Kyuhyun said.
[End of Flashback]
“ OMO? He really said it? ” Sori asked in disbelief.
“ Ya~ Lee Sori, you heard me ” Hyomi said really pissed off.
“ Chill out, she just asking ” Je Woo said.
Hyomi glanced at Hyerin who looked at her with concern.
“ Now we tie, Lee Hyerin… But don’t be that happy… ” Hyomi got up then walked outside Yae Jin’s room.
“ Where are you going? ” Hyebin asked worriedly.
“ Just let her… Maybe she needs to be alone ” Yae Jin said.
Hyomi took her postman bag then walked outside their house. When she walked out from the gate, she saw Kyungmi there sat on her scooter. She looked so terrible.
“ What’s wrong? ” Hyomi asked confusedly.

Yoo Yin sat in front of computer laboratory by herself. She checked her cell-phone but didn’t see any sign of message from Hyomi. She totally curious with Kyuhyun’s reaction after heard Hyomi’s confession. She really wanted to go home and asked Hyomi by herself but she can’t. She has task to do today.
Yoo Yin pulled a gift that she has been hiding inside her back pack. That was a gift for Kibum. Yes, as you know today was Kibum’s birthday. She has plan to give this present when school ended but unfortunately Kibum has club activity right after school so she has to wait for him. Yoo Yin peeked at a class for all Digital Club were gathering, Kibum’s club. She saw some students out from there. Is that mean that finally the meeting has ended? Yoo Yin put the gift inside her bag then ran downstairs to meet him.
“ Kibum-Ah… Don’t forget about your promise to treat us… ” Donghae said to Kyuhyun.
“ Don’t worry… I’ll go home to change first then pick you guys… Don’t forget to tell Ryeowook and Teuki ” Kibum said.
“ Alright... See you later ” Donghae waved then left.
Kibum waved back at Donghae then walked to the opposite way of Donghae’s. Kibum stopped his walking when he looked Yoo Yin stood in front of him.
“ May I talk to you? ” Yoo Yin said shyly.
Kibum smiled at her then walked side by side with her.
“ What are you doing here since school ended about an hour ago… ” Kibum asked.
Instead of answer his question, Yoo Yin shoved her hand deep inside her bag to take the present. She stood up in front of Kibum make him stopped walking.
“ Saengil chukae…. ” Yoo Yin said, shoved the present to Kibum.
Kibum looked at her shockingly but then smiled.
“ How’d you know today was my birthday? ” Kibum smiled sweetly then took his present.
“ I just know it… ” Yoo Yin said shyly.
“ I really want to invite you to go with me and my buddies to celebrate my birthday… But I guess it’ll be awkward since no girls invited, you know boys party ” Kibum said.
“ Oh… It’s okay… Have fun ” Yoo Yin smiled.
“ Sorry I’ve to go right now… My buddies are waiting for me ” Kibum said then left.
Yoo Yin just smiled watched her gone. After walking about several steps, Kibum stopped and turned to Yoo Yin.
“ Remind me when your birthday is so I can gift you present as the exchange of this… ” Kibum said pointing at his present.
“ Alright… ” Yoo Yin nodded.
“ Thanks again for the present… ” Kibum said then left.
Yoo Yin hugged her bag tightly as she saw his back grew smaller and slowly disappear from her sight.
“ Present from Kibum? Can’t wait until my birthday… ” Yoo Yin jumped up and down happily.

This morning everything went smoothly just like the days before. Yoo Yin and Hyerin prepared the breakfast, Je Woo and Hyebin took a bath, Yae Jin showered the flowers at the garden, Sori and Hyomi were in their room. Sori put all of her books into her back. She glanced at Hyomi who still snuggled inside her thick blanket.
“ Lee Hyomi wake up… You’ll make us late go to school… ” Sori kicked her butt.
“ 5 minutes again, please ” Hyomi pleaded.
“ No… Get up now ” Sori pulled her blanket.
“ Aish… You’re so annoying ” Hyomi took her bath equipments then walked toward livingroom queue up for bathing.
“ Look at this lazy butt… You haven’t take a bath yet… ” Yoo Yin nagged while bringing a tray of toasted breads.
“ Shut up… ” Hyomi said then stole a slice of bread.
Yae Jin came in after finishing showered the flower when smelled of delicious hot chocolate from garden. She walked to tray on the table and took a sip of it.
“ Where’s Hyerin? ” Yae Jin asked.
“ Washing dishes ” Yoo Yin said then drank her tea.
Hyebin came out from bathroom just now with towel covered her wet hair. She took toasted bread then munched it. She glanced at Hyomi who haven’t take a bath.
“ At least brush your teeth first before breakfast… You’re so disgusting ” Hyebin said.
“ Like I care… ” Hyomi said continuing munched her bread.
“ Hyomi-Ah… You haven’t told me about what happen yesterday? What Kyuhyun said when you said you love him? ” Yoo Yin asked curiously.
“ Totally failed ” Hyebin said makes Yae Jin giggled.
“ Is that really funny? You ‘lil bitch ” Hyomi said makes Hyebin and Yae Jin laughed even more.
“ OMO… Is that true? I’m sorry to hear that… ” Yoo Yin said gave her slight hug.
“ It’s okay… I have been refused 2 times before ” Hyomi said.
“ And what you feel after they refused your feeling? ” Yae Jin asked curiously.
“ It first you feel nothing… But several days after it, the pain will come… Painful enough to make you lose appetite of eating and laughing. My last record I lost 6kg of weights ” Hyomi said.
Hyebin, Yae Jin and Yoo Yin heard at Hyomi’s explanation carefully. They all so inexperienced about love moreover in confessing feeling. Yeah… They never confess their feeling first. Yoo Yin even experienced her first love just now.
“ But it wasn’t that bad anyway… Rejected much better than wondering like crazy what the person that you love think about you… It hurt so much at first, but as the pain fade away… You feel the burden inside your heart slowly fade away too ” Hyomi said then walked to the bathroom.
Hyebin, Yae Jin and Yoo Yin exchange sight to ach other after heard what Hyomi just said. They feel they small heart grew bigger every time they think back about Hyomi’s short lecture just now.

Hyomi leaned on her table lazily. She started lose her appetite of eating, here we go the broken heart syndrome. ‘Can we just stay as friend?’, Kyuhyun rejected words replaying in his mind by itself. It just like dream for her, bad dream. Hyomi put her hands on her cheeks when she imagined how Kyuhyun’s soft hands felt yesterday. The warmness was still lingering there.
“ Get over it… Get over it… ” Hyomi knocked her forehead to the table desperately.
“ Hey… Are you okay? ” she felt a hand caressed her shoulder.
Hyomi lifted her head from the table and looked at the owner of that hand, that was Kyuhyun.
“ Oh Kyuhyun-Ah… ” Hyomi said nervously.
“ Your forehead… ” Kyuhyun pointed at her swollen forehead.
“ Ignore this… I’m alright… ” Hyomi caressed her forehead ashamedly.
Kyuhyun smiled looked at her gawkiness then sat at his usual spot which next to her desk which shared with Hyebin.
“ I passed your house yesterday… I saw you go with Kyungmi by her scooter ” Kyuhyun motioned his hands likely he was driving a scooter makes Hyomi chuckled.
“ Where’d you guys go? ” Kyuhyun asked.
“ Refreshing… As you know yesterday wasn’t a good day for me. I thought I’m the only pathetic girl in this world but then I realize it was nothing compared of Kyungmi… You know what? She found out that his boyfriend was a gay ” Hyomi said.
“ Are you serious? ” Kyuhyun asked in disbelief.
“ Yeah… We end up stopped by at Han Lake and shouted everything there like lunatic… You felt your ears buzzing or something yesterday? Coz I kept on screaming your name like crazy that time ” Hyomi laughed lightly.
Kyuhyun laughed along with her. He looked how tough she was even she has hard time because of her. Suddenly he felt so sorry put her through.
“ I’m sorry… But I really can’t promising anything to you except of friendship ” Kyuhyun said.
“ It’s okay, dude… Nothing to be sorry ” Hyomi smacked his head lightly.
“ Thanks, Hyomi-Ah… ” Kyuhyun smiled.
Hyomi felt her heart thumping rapidly when she heard him called her name just now. Kyuhyun never called her by name before. He always called her ‘Nuna’. Her name sounded so beautiful when it came from his lips.
“ Hyomi-Ah… Let’s go to canteen… ” she heard Yoo Yin called her from outside of her class.
“ I’ve gotta go… ” Hyomi smiled at Kyuhyun.
“ Okay… see you later, Hyomi~ ” Kyuhyun waved at her.
Hyomi walked happily toward Hyerin, Hyebin, Je Woo, Sori, Yae Jin and Yoo Yin who waited her outside her class. They looked at her happy face confusedly.
“ Is that true after got refused, someone will be seen this happy? ” Hyebin asked curiously.
“ Ssshhh… ” Sori hushed her then they walked to canteen.
