had them dried and changed into clean clothes, she began
putting groceries away into their fridge and cupboard.
Then she started on dinner. She measured a few cups of
rice, scooping it out of the package, and remembered
JaeJin. She shook her head, and poured the rice into
a pot, adding water and turning on the stove, to let
it cook for about fifteen minutes. She then started
on the galbi, washing the short ribs and then, letting
it marinate in the galbi marinate for a few hours. She
then started on the tofu soup, letting it cook. She
washed her hands again, and sat down at a stool in the
kitchen waiting for it to cook. After about half an hour,
the soup was done and she turned off the stove, leaving
the lid on, to keep it warm. She was just waiting for the
marinate. She went to see how YeonKi and JiJin were doing.
She went to JiJin's frilly pink room was. It was filled
with stuffed animals, and fake princess costumes of
every kind, and fake tiaras as well. JiJin was at her
little dresser, in a cinderella costume, placing different
crowns on her head. "JiJin how are you?" Jiyeon asked her
with a smile. "I don't know what crown to wear." She
said. Jiyeon laughed. "Oh, well that is a problem. Did
mommy ever tell you her story with daddy?" Jiyeon asked
her. JiJin shook her head. "Well, mommy was a maid at
the palace, and your daddy helped her one day, and they
got to know each other, then they fell in love, got
married and had you and JongSoo." Jiyeon said. JiJin
turned around, her large brown eyes in awe. "Really? Wah.
That's like cinderella. sort of." jiJin said. Jiyeon
smiled nodding, and hugged her daughter warmly. Then
started to tickle her. JiJin started laughing. "Ah Omma
stop!" She said giggling. Jiyeon laughed with her.
"okay." She said and stopped tickling her, then left
the room, going to check on YeonKi. She got to his room,
filled with cars, and building blocks, and action figures
of every kind. He was playing with his action figures.
"Pshoo Pshoo Pshoo." He said, pretending that his two
action figures were having a battle. Jiyeon wondered
if this was exactly good for him, but came into the
room. "Yeonki ah, wouldn't you rather play with your
cars or blocks?" She asked him. He shook his head.
"Alright. Well dinner will be ready soon." She told him.
"Deh." He said. Then she left his room, and went back to
the kitchen. By this time the ribs were marinated and
she just cooked them on the grill for awhile, until they
were evenly cooked, then placed them on a platter, next to
the bowl of rice, and she brought this to the dining room
table, along with the pot of tofu soup and she called
YeonKi and JiJin to help her set the table and tye came out
setting down the plates and utensils. Then Onew came
home. "Appa!" YeonKi and JiJin said happily and ran over
to him, hugging his legs. "Aigoo. You guys are getting
heavy." He said with a smile, and ruffled YeonKi's
hair and picked the two of them up and carried them to
the dining table. He smiled at Jiyeon kissing her on
the lips after he set JiJin and Yeonki down in their
seats. She smiled back after he pulled back. "Bleh."
JiJin and Yeonki said cutely and they laughed
at their kids cuteness and sat down and they all ate
dinner together. After dinner, their kids went off to
bed, while Onew did the dishes and Jiyeon went to their
bedroom. She took a shower, and changed into house clothes.
Onew came into their room a few minutes later, and took
a quick shower, then changed into sleeping clothes as well.
They brushed their teeth and washed their faces side by
side at their his and hers sinks, then went to bed. Jiyeon
suddenly remembered something, then slowly got up from the
bed as Onew slept soundly. She smiled at his sleeping
figure, then went into her walk in closet, turning on
the light, and closing the door behind her. She had to
bring down some clothes, when she noticed a box. She
pulled it out from the top shelf, and set it down on the
table in her walk in closet, which was like a large room
itself. She sat down at the chaise lounge and opened the
box. In it, she found her middle school graduation diploma,
and old pictures of her and her friends, then she saw
a few pictures of her and JaeJin, then pulled out a stack
of letters. She opened one, and started remembering things
as she read it. "Wow. This was practically seven years
ago." She thought as she read through his words.

Jiyeon,
How do I start this off? We’ve been together for two years now, and it’s really been something. You’re really unique. And I mean that in a loving way. Especially with all of your comedic acts and your random outbursts of singing. You can really make me laugh when I need it, and you’ve always been there for me. What else can I really say except that I’m lucky to have you and I’m so grateful you agreed to go out with me two years ago, on this very day. Happy two year anniversary. I’ll see you later.

"Wow. I don't even remember this." She though as she
finished reading the letter, placing it back in the box,
and putting it back in the shelf. She left the closet,
turning out the light, and went back to bed, laying
beside Onew.
