Myolie have been in her room ever since they had come back from the hospital. She always does this after her visit to Ray, she stays in her room for more than an hour all gloomy and after that she will comes out of her room a different person. As her sister Maggie was worried for her younger sister health.
Myolie used be a bubbly, outgoing and happy all the time girl, her smile would always brightened up every body day. All that had disappeared when Ray was put into the hospital. “Hey, still worried about Myolie?” Steven asked her. “Yea, she’s been doing this ever since that incident with Ray.” Maggie told him. Steven (her husband) went over to her and hugs her and said, “Every thing will be fine, who knows Ray might wake up one of these days.” He told her, “I hope so, for him and Myolie sake.” She replies. The both of them lovingly hug each other until a voice interrupted them. “Ugh get a room you guys, I’m too young for all of that.” Qian (Steven’s little sister) jokingly told them. “Where’s Myo? Don’t tell me she’s still in her room?” she asked them. “Yea she is.” Maggie replies back.
The three of them sigh. “Well let’s get dinner set, maybe she’ll be out before dinner starts.” Maggie told Steven and Qian.

She just sitting there staring at her pictures album, she flipped a few pages ahead and stopped at a picture of them kissing in front a white house with little white picket fence surrounding it, tears started to form in her eyes, she trace the picture with her finger. “The house hasn’t been the same without your presence Ray.” She whispered.

Flashback
“Maggie, can you please tell me where are you taking me and when can I take this blindfold off?” Myolie asked. “Just hold on we’re almost there.” Maggie told her. “Ok.” Myolie reply back. The ride was kind of quiet. Myolie guessed they are not in the city anymore. After a few more minutes the car stop. Myolie heard the driver seat open, so she waited for Maggie to come and get her, after a minute or so she called for Maggie but nobody answered. Myolie got worried so she took off her blindfold to find a white envelope on her lap. She picked it up and opens to find a card which read, ‘Follow the red and pink balloons, and once you get there, something special will be waiting for you, love Ray.’
“Ray, what are you up to?” She chuckled. She then got out of the car to find that they are somewhere in a very secluded place, she started up the trail to find red and pinks balloons tied to each trees as she walk by, finally she got up a hill to find a beautiful white house with cute little picket fence surrounding it, she had told him that it was her dream home. As she got closer she noticed something dangling around the door knob, she started to walk closer to notice a beautiful heart shaped diamond ring with a little note attached to it. She untied the ribbon that the ring was in and opens the note which read, ‘TURN AROUND!’
She turns around to see Raymond standing in front of her holding a bouquet of flowers, “Marry me.” he said. “Hmmm give me a good reason why?” she asked while walking towards him. “Because you love me and I love you, isn’t that enough?” he asked her. Myolie stood in front of him and said, “Hmmm who says that I love you?” she jokingly told him. “Why asked so many questions?” he told her, he then caresses her left cheek with his right hand and said, “Like I said, marry me Myolie Wu, together we’ll live here and have a whole bunch of little Myolies and Raymonds running around.” he said. “You mean this is ours?” she asked excitedly, “Yes it is.” He told her. Myolie then hugged Raymond knocking the flowers to the ground, “So is this a yes?” he asked again. “No duh silly, beside you I won’t marry anybody else.” She answered. Ray got so happy that he hug and swing her around before he put her back on the ground. Ray stares at her and leans in to give her a kiss her in the lips, Myolie responded. The both of them were in a world of their own, until they were interrupted by a flash. They stopped and turn to see that Maggie, Steven, Qian, Bosco, Ron and every body else was there clapping and cheering them on. Myolie was happy because she will soon finally get to be Mrs. Raymond Lam.

A teardrop dropped on the picture, Myolie quickly wiped away the tear. She looked up at her clock to notice that dinner is almost served. She slowly got up off her bed and walk towards her dresser. She looked in the mirror, and wiped away her tears and put on a smile. She cleans herself up before going to downstairs for dinner. She didn’t want Maggie to be worry for her anymore. She then exits out of her room and walked down the stairs to see that dinner is already set up. “Yum… smells good, what are we having?” she asked, “Beef Mongolians, fish, sate pork, and mixed vegetables.” Maggie answered. “Ooh I can’t wait to eat it, I bet it taste good since brother in law is cooking It.” she said as she gave her sister a smile.
Maggie knew that the smile was forced; she knew that Myolie is trying to be happy because she didn’t want every body to be worried anymore. Maggie prays for her sister health and at the same time hopes that Raymond would wake up soon so she can see a real genuine smile back on Myolie face again.
Every body took a seat at the dinning table and started to eat. Steven was feeding Maggie like always, “Here eat this, I know you love my pork sate.” He told her while putting the pork in her bowl. Qian just rolled her eyes at them and whispered to Myolie, “Don’t they just make you sick?” but Myolie didn’t hear her question instead she was remembering the times when Raymond would make his famous Crème Brule and fed it to her.

Flashback
“Ray I’m home, where are you?” Myolie yelled. “I’m in the kitchen.” He yelled back. “Hmmm, something smells good.” She said as she hugged him from behind. “Here taste my Brule.” he said as he took a small spoonful and fed it to her, “Yumm… it’s wonderful.” She told him, “Promise me that one of these days when you are free you have to teach me how to make one, DEAL?” she asked him, “I promise.” He said before laying a sweet kiss on her lips.

“MYOLIE!” Qian said, “Huh you said something?” Myolie asked. “Well I did ask you a question but seems like you didn’t hear it.” Qian reply, “Oh I’m sorry Qian, what was it?” she asked her, “Huh, uh never mind.” Qian answered. “Myolie are you ok?” Maggie asked her, “I’m fine, um will you guys excuse me, I think I’m going to go and get some fresh air.” She said. Maggie, Steven and Qian nodded. They knew where Myolie wanted to go.
Myolie stepped out of her house and walked towards her car; she got in and drove to the one place where she detest being in but at the same time the one place where she can still felt his warmth and presence. As Myolie drove past the city and into a secluded trail, she continues until she can see a white house appearing. Myolie stopped in front of it and walked out. Every step she takes she can feel her legs shaking; this house holds so much memories. She got up to the door and saw the Doremon welcome mat that Ray and her had bought, the both of them love this cartoon to death, slowly she uses her keys to open the door. Walking inside everything is still the same, Ray and her had moved in together after the day that he proposed to her. Walking around the house she slowly walks up towards their bedroom. Slowly she opens it and walked towards the bed. She lies down and breathes in. ‘His smell is still here.’ she got up and walked toward the dressers to see a stack of movies tickets. Raymond and her have a knack to watch movies, every time a movie would come out; Ray would buy the tickets and surprised her at her work. She looks through the tickets to see that each one of them had a funny memory written on it.
She laughed when she ran across Meet the Robinsons, even though it was a cartoon, she insisted on going, Ray had no choice but to agrees and went with her. She remembers it was really crowed and they had sat next to a woman and her kids. They were watching it until Myolie had dropped her purse on the floor so she bent down to picked up but at the same time Ray reach for hand. While Myolie was looking for her purse in the dark she heard a smack and an angry huff. She sat up to see Raymond rubbing his face and at the same apologizing to the woman next to her. Turns out when Ray went to grabs her hand and didn’t noticed that Myolie was bending down to look for her purse he grabs the woman hand instead. Resulting, a slap on the face, Myolie apologizes for him and rubs his face at the same time trying to hide her laugh. He told her that it was not funny and grabs her hand and led her out of the theater.
“We didn’t even get to finish the movie.” She whispered. Myolie felt tired so she lie down on the bed and immediately fell asleep.
