It was his first guesting on Dee’s show after the separation. Somehow, he expected those kinds of question that would make him feel like he was undergoing some police interrogation. It was Dee afterall. But, fortunately, he wasn’t taken aback. He just felt the need to let the people know what he truly feels about Barbie. He had to shout it out, though he knew he already lost to his rival, Alan Luo. A million eyes observing his every emotion, analyzing his every reaction but he didn’t seem to care a bit. Barbie made it crystal clear to him, so clear that he had no choice but to force himself into believing that he already lost his chance for good.
“Do you still have feelings for my sister?..”
“My feelings for her is...”
"So, you actually still have feelings towards her..."
“I will always keep her in my heart...”
“Keep?..”She questioned further
“Yeah..Because that’s all I’m entitled to do..” He smiled bitterly
Realizing that the conversation was getting way out of hand, Cai Kang Yong diverted the flow of the topic, immediately inviting Vic to promote his new series Black And White.
“We worked very hard on this project. Finally, I will be able to show you a different side of Zhou Yu Min. Please continue supporting us and I assure you, this is worth watching..Thank You..” He bowed slightly as the director screamed “Cut.”
He heaved a deep sigh. Swallowing harder than the usual, he silently thanked God for he managed to escape the preposterous questions. At that moment, he just wanted to go home and doze off to dreamland. It was okay to love Barbie...in his dreams.

“He still loves you, you know?..” Alan asked nonchalantly as he watched Barbie’s gaze directed through the television
“Yeah..” Her mind having different thoughts about the interview
“Barbie, I know you still have feelings for him too..”He touched her trembling shoulders as he made her look at him
“Stop it..” She interrupted his statement
“Life is too short to be wasted, Bie. Don’t dwell on the painful memories, it might hurt you for the rest of your
life..”
“Xiao Zhu, why are you putting up good words for him?..You told me you’ll take care of me until I open my heart for you..I swear I want this relationship to work out..”
“It’s just that sometimes I feel I’m being the third wheel here..”
“You’re a good man, Alan..I know you can help me forget him..” She finished

He was standing in the middle of Breeze Center, waiting for someone to arrive. People giving him admiring stares, others offered recognizing looks much to his dismay.
“Zai, I bought this for you..”
He saw her smiling brightly while waving her hand in front of the Marc Jacobs Boutique. He walked nearer and tried reaching for her and then she was gone..
He turned around and started walking heading to nowhere. He stopped in front of a familiar coffee shop and saw her
grinning happily. He needed to call her.
“Barbie!...”
His voice was ear-splitting but she can’t seem to hear. He tried running towards her but then she was gone.
He continued walking and found himself in front of the man-made lagoon of Sherwood Hotel. Like a broken reel of an old movie, he watched himself chatting happily with his
life’s most important woman
“Do you like this place?” He asked as he watched her expression beam with amazement
“Like it? I love it! The view is just..perfect.” She answered lovingly.
“Are we gonna hold our wedding reception here?” She asked
“Of course not..”
“But why?”
“Because right after the wedding, I’ll abduct you so I can have you all by myself.. ” He heard himself answer
He shook his head vigorously and then she was gone. He wiped the single tear that fell from his eyes as he
whispered.
“Don’t leave me..Don’t lose me..Barbie..”
And then he knew nothing anymore

“Zai, wake up..” His manager called for the tenth time.
He tried shaking him, slapping his cheeks, yelling at him only to stop doing so when he saw the bottle of sleeping pills in his bedside table. His manager’s eyes bulged in
horror as he shouted
“Call the ambulance!.."
