Confusions, Jealousies and Lonely Hearts

He kept on fidgeting in his seat. Why? He didn’t know. Holding the script on his hand, He remembered the time when he visited her on the set of Corner With Love. And not to mention, he visited when they were about to film those “sweet scenes” of Qin Lang and Yu XinLei. After separating a year ago, he seldom see her. But what he didn’t understand was why oh why does he feel that familiar throb in his heart?

Director: “Zaizai, you’re on!” The director called for the nth time. “What are you daydreaming about, huh?” He teased the young man. This man who practically had everything falling on his feet. Fame, riches, fancy cars, gorgeous looks, fans. You name it. And despite of his unceasing denial, he also had a lonely heart.

Zai: “Nothing..Let’s start.” He stood up from his chair. All thoughts of Barbie Xu lingered on his confused thinking.

Director: “ Ok..Position..Lights..Camera..Action!”

Zai: “I’ll do everything I can do to change destiny..it’s just that..that..” He stammered

As if anticipating for the jackpot prize, the director and the crew members waited for 7 straight seconds for the continuation his dialogue. Damn. He’s bothered. ZaiZai is so much bothered. Only the blind won’t see that his mind was travelling to maybe...South Africa??

Director: “Let’s continue next week. Pack up everyone.” He raised his hand as if surrendering. What’s the use of filming? The actor was obviously lost in his own state of confusion.

ZaiZai sat next to the director

Zai: “I’m sorry. It’s just that I have so many things in mind and..” He mumbled not knowing what to say

Director: “You’ve been working so hard since you started filming Black and White. FOR PETE’S SAKE ZHOU YU MIN!” His voice was so interrupting that ZaiZai nearly fell from his seat,startled. “Have mercy on yourself!”

Vic could only manage to chuckle. Director is right. He needed a break.

After packing up and bidding goodbye to everyone, He went of to his car and sat on the backseat.

Zai: “What’s my schedule tomorrow?” He asked massaging his temples. If only Barbie was here to massage him.. NOW WHERE ON EARTH DID THAT CAME FROM? He stopped himself from further dreaming.

Assistant: “You have a photo shoot at 4pm. That’s all. You can rest in the morning.”

He gave out a sigh of relief as he reached out for the newspaper on his side.

HEADLINES: LUO ZHI XIANG OPENLY SAID BARBIE XU IS HER LUCKY GODDESS

“Lucky Goddess, Huh?!” He smirked as if mocking someone. He unconsciously bit his lip. As if struggling for the right feelings to feel, Damn. He tasted jealousy.
