Xiao Zhu: “Here comes trouble.” He silently uttered while slapping his forehead. He was now practicing his dance steps for his performance today.
Dee: “ Hey, I heard you!.. I think I’ll just go straight to the point.”
Xiao Zhu: “Hello to you too Dee. Now say your piece and tell me what you want.” He smiled his heart warming smile which can definitely cause a commotion among girls.
Dee stood up and patted his back.
“Actually it’s..uhm..about my sister..actually it’s not really that troublesome..” She grinned so as to convince him. She didn’t know the exact words that will truly justify her oh-so-dangerous plan.
Xiao Zhu: “What about your sister??” Curiosity was now killing him.
Dee continued to smile foolishly while lightly scratching her head
“YOU WANT ME TO WHAT, DEE?? SAY IT PROPERLY!” He was getting impatient with every tick of the clock.
“I want you to court my Jie” She stated it for what seemed like nanosecond which left Xiao Zhu with the shock of his life. Dee knows Barbie is just a friend. He cares for her but certainly there were no romantic feelings involved!
After recovering from the initial impact of her ridiculous yet interesting request, He asked everyone to excuse them for a while.
Dee: “ I know you only treat her as a friend but...” Xiao Zhu immediately cut her off
Xiao Zhu: “No buts, Dee.. We both know it’s not completely over between her and Vic Zhou ..”
Thoughts of Vic trying to castrate, gut, and murder him crossed his mind. Not that he’s a serial killer or whatever but this was enough to send shivers down his spine.
Dee pointed her index finger to him. “You got the point!”
There was a small pause before she finally explained.
“Xiao Zhu, I’ve witnessed how happy they were. And what I didn’t really understand was why they’ve let every sacrifice and every happy moment just go in vain. True. They both became busy and all but I’m sure there’s a way for them to be together despite those heavy schedules. You also saw how my sister took care of him and how Vic appreciated her efforts. They’re meant to be, Xiao Zhu. I can feel it my bones!”
Xiao Zhu: “Dee, don’t you think this way too overboard?” He immediately understood her plan. “Pretending that I’ll court her just to test if Vic Zhou still loves her?" He was so not believing her plan!
Dee found an invisible spot on the door. She kept on staring for what seemed like forever. As if finally getting the answer, she looked straight into Xiao Zhu’s eyes.
“I just want my sister to be happy.”
The victim of the plan closed his eyes. “Holy Crap I’m going to hell.” He thought.
