After finishing another hilarious episode of her cooking
show, Barbie was now on her way to the GTV station cafeteria when she unexpectedly saw Alan Luo..
“Barbie..” he greeted her warmly
“Xiao Zhu..it’s been quite some time since we saw each other” Barbie gave him a bear hug and her glowing smile curving her lips
“Yeah..I’ve been busy promoting my album..”
“I see..Uhm..I’m sorry about the disputes of buying charts”
“It’ s been depressing on my part” He admitted
Ever since they collaborated in Corner With Love, Xiao Zhu really admired the woman. Her friendliness and humble attitude stands out amongst every kind of crowd.
FLASHBACK
After an hour more of convincing, begging and threatening, He finally agreed to cooperate with Dee’s arrangement.
“Of course you can’t just go and tell her ‘Hey I’m gonna court you’..” She said with overflowing excitement.
“Then how do I do it?” he queried
“Ask her out first..friendly date or something”

“I’ll go ahead” Barbie started walking down the hall
“Wait!” He shouted as he saw her retreating back
Barbie turned around bearing a puzzled look on her angelic face.
“I’ll treat you lunch” He said, grinning from ear to ear
This is just the exact time to begin the amusing conspiracy
ORANGE CAFE
“Why suddenly ask me out?..” Barbie asked, still wondering
“Nothing..I just want to feed you..You look like a chopstick.” As usual, he was the one to make the atmosphere lively through his cheerful banters
“Oh thank you for your concern..” Barbie feigned sarcasm
15 minutes later, the food arrived
“Cheers to our reunion” He exclaimed, raising his goblet
“Cheers” she answered happily
After the clinking of the glasses, Alan started to pop out questions out of nowhere
“So how’s it going between you and Vic?”
The irrelevance of the subject made Barbie choke her orange juice as if it contained some kind of insecticide.
“Wha..(cough) What? Excuse me” She gave him a wide eyed look
“Uhm..I’m sorry..I didn’t realize I was being insensitive”
“You’re acting weird” She concluded after seeing his nervousness
Holy Cow. She is surely blessed with sixth sense. He tried to divert the flow of conversation, willing to try the “sympathy tactic”
“Actually I asked you out because I’m feeling emotional nowadays..”
“Why?”
“No one wants to go out with me” He flashed his puppy eyes to inflame the dramatic effect
“And Cats will start barking..? Come On! Have you tried standing outside your house?.. Just wink seductively and girls will surely fight tooth and nails just to get in the line.. ” She blabbered ceaselessly while laughing hard..if that’s possible.
“Then will you date me on Chanel?” his hopes were on it’s highest peak
She was absent-minded when she quickly answered “YES”
“Wait” Her hands raised as if trying to stop him..
“Wait..WHAT??? Did you just say date me on Chanel?..” She repeated with eyes bulging out of it’s socket
“Yes”..He definitely outsmarted her
