The most luxurious and expensive hall of Sherwood Hotel of Taipei slowly became packed with high-profiled celebrities and most sought after names in the fashion world. Imported flowers and man-made waterfalls accentuated the “Summer Scent” theme of the cocktail party. Familiar faces of his co-artists and former work partners flooded all throughout the place. Clearly, this is the event everyone was talking about.
Thank God his fellow F4 members were here to enlighten up his gloomy mood.
“Hey, are you not feeling well?” Jerry Yan, the leader of the infamous band who was standing beside him inquired
“I’m okay..” ZaiZai assured him
“You certainly don’t look fine on my liking..What do you think Vanness??” Being the big brother of the group, Ken Zhu knew him too well. He turned on his side to see what Vanness was staring at with mouth agape almost welcoming the entrance of flies, if there’s any.
Out of Curiosity and extreme boredom, ZaiZai scanned the crowd, hoping against all hopes that he can catch a glimpse of the only person who can turn his tiresome night into a lively one. As to who she was, questions need not be asked. The agitated disturbance of the media at the entrance hall grabbed his attention.
“Must be Andy Lau or Dong Bang Shin Ki..” He thought
Oh how he wished it was really Andy Lau! But good heavens wasn’t on his side tonight. Standing at the entrance was Barbie Xu. Indeed, she was breathtaking and for him to believe she wasn’t an illusion or just an apparition would be impossible to do. Barbie was gorgeous, but what he wasn’t aware of was that she can really, literally and unimaginably be this GORGEOUS. Her ethereal beauty makes him wanna go grab her, hug her and kiss her..and hug her again until she admits that there’s still a chance for him to win her back, for them to be together like the old times. He wanted that..more than anything else.
When Alan Luo held his gaze on her, he felt that his heart stopped beating. When Alan Luo, smiled at her like he was oblivious to anyone else, his breathing went ragged. And when Barbie smiled back in response, he died momentarily on the spot.
“Is it true you’ve been dating for quite a long time now?” The reporter gossiped.
“What’s the real score between the two of you?” Another one fired up.
“Is it really over between you and Vic Zhou?”
Vic Zhou. Just the mere utterance of this name shatters her being. Believe it or not, there was a time in her life when she thought that he was the one. Yeah..HE was the one to make her miserable.
Xiao Zhu stared at her so as to examine her reaction. True enough, her ex- boyfriend still had this effect on her.
“We’ve been friends for 4 years now..It’s just a friendly date” Alan tried answering while gazing at her. She only nodded back in response
“Are you courting her?”
“I won’t close any doors. Da S is a great woman..Anyone would be honored to be his other-half.”
Surely, this caused uproar of excitement among the media men.
His answer was overflowing with honesty which left Barbie wide- eyed and aghast. She only gained a grin in response to her questioning stare.
“Sorry, we have to go in now..”The newly famous “couple” entered the hall after flashing some smiles for the benefit of the photographers.

“ZaiZai..” Vanness tried to call his friend to only to find out that Vic’s gonna explode any moment soon.
“I suggest we give him a red tag..” Jerry teased so as to lighten up the burning hot atmosphere.
“Can I?” ZaiZai asked
“Can you what?” Jerry stared at him puzzled
“ You said I can give him a red tag?” He seriously answered with eyes full of determination
His brothers could only laugh out in disbelief
