Theme # 24 – Tears of a Broken Heart V
It was as if time had stopped everything…
Now I see…I was beginning to see everything clearly. Those sweet loving words…they were nothing but lies, they were nothing but excuses. How he whispered those sweet loving words… I truly thought every one of those sweet kisses and words, I thought he meant them all. Oh I am such a fool to believe his lies.
“JaeJoong!”
As soon as he called out my name, I whipped my body around and ran full speed out of his apartment. My vision blurred as I made my way through the crowds of people. I didn’t care if I bumped into them; I just had to get the vision out of my head. Opening the door to my dorm, I walked in and then closed the door with a loud thud. While resting against the door I slid down and sat on the floor while tears rolled down my cheeks.
“I see that you are back.”
My eyes shot opened and I glared at the man that stood in front of me. Standing up, I made my way towards the bathroom when he stopped me by wrapping his arms around my waist.
Anger washed over me and I purposely stepped on his foot to make him let go however that didn’t work. “LET ME GO!” I shouted. “You guys set this up! You guys did this on purpose!”
“Purpose? You know fully well that Junki did cheat on you. Do not try to deny that fact.” Instead of answering back, I turned around and pounded my fist to his chest. He grabbed both of my wrists tightly and I gave out a shriek.
“LET GO!” I cried.
Yunho placed a hand over my mouth to keep me from screaming out loud but I bit his hand. I heard him muttered a trail of curses as he held his hand. Just when I opened my mouth and was about to give out another cry it was muffled away when he pressed soft his lips against mine. My eyes flew opened wide and I pushed him away. He quickly caught my arm again and threw myself over his shoulder, carrying me to his bed and threw me onto the mattress.
“Yunho-!”
He crawled on top of me and pinned me down. My heart raced and I tried pushing him off of me in fright that he might do something stupid. Though it took me a moment to realize that he wasn’t going to do anything with me.
He lifted his head to look down at me. He smirked in triumph. “You thought that I was going to do something didn’t you?”
I glared up at him. “You JERK!” I slapped his shoulder and tried to move him off of me. Once again salty tears rolled down my cheeks however this time it was because I thought Yunho was going to…
Sitting up, I sat at the corner of the wall and I pulled my knees up to my chest.
“Why do you always think I’m the bad guy?” Yunho asked as he sat in front of me.
I sniffed in reply and then asked, “You guys…all you guys knew huh?”
“Of course. How he made excuses saying that he was busy – it wasn’t so hard to notice you know.”
“I-I should’ve listened to all of you guys.”
“It is alright…” He chuckled and closed his eyes. “Life is never how you want it to be… And love is blind.”
“I…guess…”
He smiled and turned to face me. “Rest, you had a long day.”
When I refused, he rolled his eyes. “Stop being stubborn and go to sleep. I’ll be back later.” Yunho stood up and cracked his knuckles.
“Where are you going?”
“Where else? To jump that guy of yours duh.” Yunho answered while grabbing his backpack and his cell-phone.
“No wait-!” I rushed to stop him and on my way I accidentally tripped on my own feet, making me bumping into Yunho. In a flash we both were sprawl on the floor.
“You need to learn how to be graceful and be steady on your feet JaeJoong…” Yunho mumbled as he rubbed the part of his head that came in contact with the floor.

Yunho paused and slowly turned around to face me. “LOOK!” He said through gritted teeth. I could see that he was trying to hold his patience while dealing with me. “Did I bite you?”
“Um…no…”
“Exactly, now come on!” He grabbed my hand and forced me to power walked with him towards the rest of the group that I used to hang out with.
Okay I gotta admit, I was somewhat nervous to talk to the other guys. I mean what if they don’t forgive me? What if…what if they only pretend to like-
“Yes they are going to forgive you for your retarded acts and they are not pretending to like you.”
I stared at Yunho’s back. Was this guy physic or something?
“And no I’m not physic.”
Okay…this is freaky.
As we turned around at a corner, we saw a crowded group. Curious on what was going on, I told Yunho hold up and I let go of his hand. I pushed my way through the crowd. “Hey what’s going on…” I stopped dead in my tracks when I realized who was on the floor. It was no other but Lee Junki. I also noticed that Donghae, Heechul, Se7en and Kibum was there also surrounding him.
“Jae…Jae is that you?!” He reached up for my hand. “JaeJoong ah…please forgive me…”
“JaeJoong what is going…” Yunho’s sentence trailed off when he saw Junki on the floor. He stepped next to me and glared down at the man with hatred eyes.
“You dare have the nerve to ask JaeJoong for forgiveness?” Heechul asked as he slapped Junki across the face.
“You good for nothing whore.” Se7en kicked the man in the ribs.
Junki coughed and grabbed my hand. “Please JaeJoong…” My heart tugged at the sight of Junki. Maybe…it wasn’t his fault to begin with. Maybe he had a purpose-
“Junki…I,” Just when I was about to give in I was stopped when Yunho grabbed my hand and laced his fingers with mines. I looked back and gave him a small smile then turned my attention back at the man in front of me. “I had given my heart once to you. However YOU decided to do these things behind my back. Not just mines solely but with everyone else as well. All I can say to you is…GO to HELL…”
“You aren’t going anywhere!” He shouted angrily. Junki was probably planning to aim his punch at me however Yunho had pushed me away and took the hit himself.
“What is going on here?!” The principle shouted. Everyone pointed fingers at Junki and the four of the other guys that were hovering over him. “You five in my office, now.”
…
“Yunho once again saves the day.” Junsu pretended to wave a Yunho heroic flag in the air. “Isn’t he a sweetheart.”
“I know, unlike some bully here I know of. Hmm…I wonder who he is…” Yoochun sent a glare at Changmin that made him giggled. “Alright, a cute bully then. Happy?”
Just as Yunho opened his mouth to answer, his ring-tone was played throughout the room. “Aish, hold up…Hello?” He answered as he stood up and walked into the bathroom.
Yoochun blinked a couple of times before coughing and turned his head the other way. “Yeah sure why not…”
“I’m tire…so I’ll see you guys tomorrow. Tell Yunho I went to the bed first.” I bid them a goodbye and made my way back to our dorm. I was happy to be with the same old group again but then I wasn’t sure if things between our relationship were going to be the same. I felt uncomfortable with them now.
I didn’t even bother switching the lights on as I walked in the room. Sighing I plopped onto my bed and kicked my shoes off.
‘My chest hurts for some reason…my head pounds…’ I looked up at the dark ceiling. I reached up my hand as if trying to reach for the ceiling and then took a long stared at my hand for a moment. ‘I feel as if I’m all alone…’

*Ages 13*
I was walking alone when a sweet low childish voice called out “Joongie!” I was stopped in my tracks when a pair of small arms hugged my waist from behind. “I’ve finally found you!”
I turned around to see my best friend, Yunho. “Yunnie…”
He threw his arm over my shoulder and rested his chin on top of my head. “Something’s bothering you…want to talk about it?”
“It’s - it’s nothing…”
Yunho gave me an adorable pout. “Aww fine then…” He crossed his arms over his chest. “But if you need anything…I’m here…”
I giggled and pinched his cheeks. “You’re so cute Yunnie! Were…you looking for me?”
“YUP!” Yunho smiled brightly. “Your papa said you were out.”
“Oh…”
Yunho bit his lower lip before reaching out for my small wrist. “Jae, let me see your hand.”
…
My eyes fluttered opened. “What?” I looked to my right and noticed a familiar pair of deep chocolate orbs. Did Yunho just ask for my hand?
“I said let me see your hand.”
I blinked. Okay so I was remembering a childhood memory and here Yunho was asking me the same question. Scary.
Yunho smirked. “You’ve been a brat and a meanie head to me nowadays but then let me see your hand.”
When I didn’t move, Yunho rolled his eyes and grabbed my wrist. “Ah-no wonder you’re always such a loner.” He joked. “You’re always closing your palm.”
“I am not a loner!” I retorted while trying to pull back my wrist but Yunho’s grip only got tighter, not so tight that it’ll cause me a bruise but for me to not be able to pull back. I’ve always been envious of his strength. “Yunho-”
“How many times do I have to remind you?” Yunho interrupted as he opened my palm and spread out my fingers. “You’re wondering why I’m still here for you huh?”
“Duh! I’ve never seen a person that is as stupid as you are.” I answered as I sat up in bed. A warm tingling feeling washed over me as he intertwined our fingers together.
Yunho chuckled. “I don’t know. I keep thinking that half of my brain is missing that is why I keep forgiving you.” He replied while he sat on the bed next to me.
I pulled my wrist away again and this time I succeed. The way I had treated him all this time until Junki and I broke up - he shouldn’t even be wasting his time staying here with me however he is. He is right beside me, caring for me just like when we were little kids. “I don’t understand Yunho.”
“Neither do I. It’s funny…I should be mad at you for what you have done.” He paused for a moment. “Actually, take that back. I am mad at you.”
I felt my heart tug. “What?”
“You have broken one promise.”

xD Okay…this is funny. When I’m close to finishing up 30 theme [I only have 6 more…TOT] I finally get comments from my silent readers. O.O…LMAO! Anyways one more theme of TBH and I’M FINALLY DONE WITH THAT ONE! *Wipes sweat off from forehead* xD I’ll like to thank those who commented:
