Xi Men didn’t answer. He kept a straight face and drank his wine.

SHAN CAI
Hey, don’t be heartless! I tried calling her last night and this morning, but I can’t reach her. I left her a message but she hasn’t returned my call.

Good afternoon. I have some documents for Xi Men to sign is he here?

I’m sorry Ms. Qian, Manager Xi Men is out with a client.
XIAO GEN
Don’t call me Ms. Qian. Xiao Gen’s fine. I should really set up appointments first.

Dao Ming Si, what are you doing here?
Dao Ming Si handed her one of the lunch boxes he brought with him.
DAO MING SI
I figured I come here and bring lunch, so that we can eat together. This way, we can still spend time together during weekdays.
SHAN CAI
That’s a good idea. But I should be the one making our lunch boxes.
DAO MING SI
Tomorrow, it’s your turn to make them then.
Shan Cai nodded in agreement and they started to eat.
DAO MING SI
Do you have a class after this?
SHAN CAI
Not today, my professor cancelled. I’m heading to the pastry shop afterwards.
DAO MING SI
Why don’t you quit your job already? Then you wouldn’t be so busy. I told you I’d take care of you.
SHAN CAI
I can’t depend all my financial needs to you. F4 pub had just started, you still need to recover your overhead.

EXT. BUS STOP - AFTERNOON
While waiting for the bus or a cab, a car stopped in front of Dao Ming Si and Shan Cai. The car window rolled down and they saw it was Xi Men. He offered them a ride.
INT. MOVING CAR
In the car, Xi Men decided to check his voice mails. One voicemail was from Xiao You. She said his uncle needed a certain file and she couldn’t find it in his office.
Xi Men remembered bringing the file home and forgot to bring it with him this morning.
XI MEN
Do you mind passing by my house for a while? There’s something I need to get.
INT. XI MEN MASION - HALLWAY
Xi Men, Shan Cai and Dao Ming Si entered.
SHAN CAI
Xi Men, I just realized, this is the first time I’ve been to your house.
XI MEN
Really?
SHAN CAI
Yeah. It’s so quiet here, doesn’t feel like we’re in the city.
XI MEN

Xi Men returneds to them with the file in his hand. He smiled like nothing happened. Dao Ming Si and Shan Cai were weirded out.
XI MEN
Oh my, I revealed my stubborn side.
(laughs)

SHAN CAI
Oh. Ok.
Xi Men led them to the east room.
EAST ROOM
Xi Men pushed the sliding door open. Parties at both sides of the door were surprised to see each other.
SHAN CAI

XIAO GEN

Xi Men introduced Dao Ming Si and Shan Cai to Xiao Gen.

They left the tea room and walked down the hallway.

While making their way out of Xi Men's house, Xiao You saw the area in the hallway where she and Xi Men had coffee right after he found her in the curb and brought her to his home.

Xi Men and Xiao You were sitting across each other and drinking coffee.
XI MEN

I...I will become even cuter. I will have more confidence.
XI MEN

Xi Men was about to step out of the gate when he heard Xiao You's voice. He stopped his tracks and turned around to face Xiao You.
XIAO YOU
Xi Men, whatever happens, you need to say to yourself, "I will be brave enough to admit my love. I will have confidence that i deserve to be loved."
They stare at each other at a moment's standstill.

Xi Men stepped out of the gate and saw Xiao Gen running away.
XI MEN
Xiao Gen!
INT. XI MEN MANSION – VERDANA
Dao Ming Si and Shan Cai were watching Xi Men and Xiao You from their vantage point of view. They saw Xi Men leave and Xiao You was left standing in the middle of the driveway.
SHAN CAI (V.O.)
I realized and strongly feel Xiao You still likes Xi Men. The way she looks at him, or when Xiao Gen and Xi Men laughed together, the way she watched his smile. Now Xiao You, she intends to bury her love in her heart.
EXT. PARK - AFTERNOON
Xi Men and Xiao Gen sat on a park bench and watched the children playing.
XIAO GEN
I can’t believe we are back here. I always dreamed of coming here again.
XI MEN
Xiao Gen, I’m sorry about earlier. It’s not that I don’t want you coming to my house.
XIAO GEN
You shouldn’t be apologizing to me, but to Xiao You. She must be feeling very hurt right now.
