It was Mike's turn to stare, but at Joe in disbelief. He rolled his eyes. "You brothers are all the same."
Joe looked up from the report, and gave Mike a strange look. "Brothers? What brothers? You mean Shanwei is here?"
Mike merely nodded, he couldn't be bothered with them anymore. If it wasn't for the fact that Chou-sir was his good friend cum boss, Mike wouldn't have cared about finding his children for him, let alone trouble himself and piss himself off by listening to those stupid things Chou-sir's sons say.
"Oh God. Where's he?"
Mike gritted his teeth in frustration. Then he walked away without answering.
"Hey! Officer! Come back!" Joe called but Mike wasn't going to turn back.
Joe scrutinized the DNA report. Joe Zhang Shu Wei. Chou Yao Zhong. Yeah. The names are correct. At least, he assumed that that man's name should be correct. But how could it be? Their DNA matched exactly. But could it be a hoax?
He looked round, spotted a doctor and grabbed him. "Doc! Could you check if this report is erm, real?"
The doctor looked at him as if he was speaking Greek but nodded anyway.
"Thanks, Doc!"
While waiting, Joe decided to get himself a drink from the vending machine. That was when he saw En.
"Qiao En? Shanwei's wife?" He wondered aloud.
En spun round immediately, holding a cup of hot coffee that was just dispensed from the machine. "Shuwei?!"
Joe nodded.

Wei walked along the corridor, looking for the correct place. He checked the piece of paper on which he wrote the block, level and ward number he was going to. "Block J... Level.."
Then his paper went flying.
"Oops! Sorry!" He apologized profusely after knocking into someone. Then he bent to pick up his piece of paper, which that person had also bent down to help him pick.
As they recovered to their standing position, both of them got a shock.
"Ella!" "Shanwei!"

Lun stood outside the door, contemplating if he should go in or chicken out. He looked at Xuan, who was standing behind him, motioning for him to go in. Zai was standing beside her, not sure what exactly was happening.
"I should go in?" Lun muttered.
"Yeah."
Lun nodded. =Alright here goes nothing.= He took a deep breath, and opened the door.
What he saw wasn't just plain shocking. He was stunned into total oblivion. He took all of ten seconds to recover.
"Mom?"

"Zaizai?! Why're you here?" Feng called out from behind. Zai spun round, equally shocked.

Joe and En sat on two of the row of seats by the window, each holding a cup of steaming hot coffee.
"Shanwei's here to see his... That man who is supposed to be his father?"
En nodded. "Yeah. He had to. You came too, didn't you?"
"I thought they were kidding, but it turns out to be quite true. But I'll still have to wait for that doc to get back. I asked him to check if that DNA report is real."
En appeared to be deep in thought.
"Erm.. Qiao En? I er..."
"Yeah?"

=Dammit. After all these years, I hadn't really forgotten her afterall, have I? But shit. What am I thinking? I have a wife who loves me so much. Why am I still having such thoughts?=
But Wei looked at Hua again, and realized that he had let En down.

Tears started to glisten in Feng's eyes.
"What'd you say, Zai? Did you say that your dad's here to visit your supposed grandfather, who is in this ward?"
(A/N: Chou-sir is a highly-respected police officer, and he has very serious injury, so he is put in a ward where he's the only patient.)
"Er yeah. Jiafeng? What's the matter?" Zai was starting to suspect something. And she had a feeling she did not want to know.
