Still buring and alittle tingly on the inside from the hot liquid. Then he remembered the coldness he felt when Yunho held his hands inbetween his. The soothing coldness that calmed the fire within.
Jaejoong walked back to the table, sitting down at his seat.
Tiffany looked down at her lap, felling too guilty to look Jaejoong in the eyes.
Heechul looked like he was fuming with anger, seems like Jaejoong missed something when he went to the bathroom.
Yunho and Yoochun both had caring eyes on the 'female' actor as he came into the rented room.
"How does it feel?" Yoochun asked immediatly as Jaejoong sat down.
"Fine, its was only a light burn," Jaejoong reassured them with a sincere shy smile.
"Yunho ran out and got you some aloe burn cream, wanna try it?" Heechul sounded concern too.
Jaejoong looked over to Yunho, the male pretened to act casual. 'He still...cares...' Jaejoong thought as he watched Yunho coughed alittle.
"Sure," Jaejoong held his hand out for the cream, Heechul gladly placed it into the pale loving hands.
"I'll help you," Yunho got out of his chair. He took the cream out of Jaejoong's hands. Squeezing a fair amount into his own palm, he gently rubbed the cream inbetween his hands, warming it up alittle.
Yunho kneeled down on one knee, right in front of Jaejoong. Taking the soft hands into his, he rubbed the cream against the silky palms.
The cream was soothing to the burn...but the hands did all the magic.
Jaejoong looked down at Yunho, his ex love's concentration was all limited to his hands. The same look Yunho gave him 3 years ago...
Jae remembered....
The last time he had seen the look on Yunho face was the night before Yunho had announced he had gotten male lead. Then...he had never seen that look again...
Yunho's concentration wasnt on him anymore. It was some where else...
Then the roles had switched...acting had became Yunho's main piorierty.
"Thank you," Jaejoong whispered lightly as he looked into Yunho's eyes.
Yunho looked up, locking there eyes together. Only during acting...ONLY, would Jaejoong use that soft tone on him. Yunho smiled slightly, his eyes beaming with care for the other.
"It was my fault," Yunho replied simply, his face still beaming. He squarted out another decent blob of cream, taking Jae's other hand into his.
"Im so sorry, Jaejoong oppa," came Tiffany's voice, breaking apart the lovely couple moment.
Looking up at Tiffany, Jaejoong couldnt help but feel the jealousy and bitterness return to his body. He could still see the ends of the crosses poking out of her hair.
"It's fine..." Jaejoong replied nonchantly as he turned back to Yunho. Wanting to get the feeling back...the feeling that he hadnt felt in years.
'Am I being selfish...?' Jaejoong thought as he looked back at Yunho who didnt noticed the pretty male's stares.
'Those...earrings...you gave them to Tiffany. You love her right...' Jaejoong felt selfishness roam through his body. He was trying to keep Yunho to himself...
Of course he was selfish...he had taken Yunho's soul...with no intention of sharing it.
He only joined in this business...to make Yunho know that he didnt need anyone to depend on...that he could be just as good as Bae Seul Gi. But...the main goal...was too make Yunho notice him again.
'Were we seriously not meant to be...?' Jaejoong thought looking at Yunho.
"Done," Yunho smiled as he wiped the acess cream off of Jaejoong's hands. He looked up into Jae's eyes....then he saw it...
Not the cold Kim Jaejoong...not the acting Kim Jaejoong...but, the real Kim Jaejoong. The warm caring person he had fallen in love with and had married.
The beatiful eyes...glistening brightly...on the brink of crying...
"Jae..." Yunho called softly like he use too.
"I'll be leaving now..." Jaejoong got off his chair, pulling his hands out of Yunho's hold. Feeling the emptiness that Siwon had helped him fill up reopen once again.
Jaejoong grabbed his coat, in a hurry to leave not wanting to face the truth anymore.
The mist drizzled down as Jaejoong stood underneath the little sign prop out, that sheilded him from the rain. Jaejoong slowly opened his clear umbrella, stepping into the rain. The winds blew against him, almost as if they were trying to push him back to the resturant.
"Jaejoong!" Yunho called as he opened the main doors, luckily Jae wasn't too far away.
"What are you out here for?" Jaejoong asked as he look behind at Yunho.
Yunho ran all the way up to Jaejoong, yet keeping his distance outside of the umbrealla.
"It's getting cold..." Yunho slowly wrapped a scark around Jae's exposed neck.
"I know how much you hate the cold." Yunho smiled at the thought.
"You use to wrap yourself up tightly in the blankets walking around the house like a chicken wrap." Yunho chuckled alittle.
Jae looked down alittle to Yunho's chest, of course he still remembered. Yet...in the end...they would always huddle together...cozily in bed. Yunho would always keep him warm...
"Can we still be friends?" Yunho muttered hoping that he could reverse alittle bit of his damage.
Jaejoong looked at Yunho's face, the little water droplets plopping off the chizzled chin. Yunho's hair going flat agasinst his face.
Jae's grip tightend on the umbrealla bar. They hadent spoken to each other in 3 years...after the horrible diasterous break up...and now...they were standing together again...talking...
"I...don't think...it's possible, Yunho," Jaejoong whispered, letting his breath get wisp away by the cold breeze.
"I have made peace with my past..." Jaejoong continued as he looked down to his feet.
Yunho starred at Jae's head since that was all he could see. He coughed alittle hoping to break the tension not knowing that the cough made Jaejoong's heart break more and more.
Yunho would only cough when he was confused or stuck...and right now...he was definatly stumped.
"I have Siwon...and you have Tiffany. Treasure her, she's been what you've been looking for right." Jaejoong muster the courage to cough out. He looked up into Yunho's confused facial expression.
"Dont' worry...I won't tell the press anything..." Jaejoong slowly turned away, lettting the tear finally escape his eyes...
Walking away from the male who stood confused about the friendly rejection...

-
Jaejoong starred blankly out the large window, the rain plopping on his glass every second almost like a constant haunt....
"Here," Siwon held out a nice warm cup of water. He sat down on the little table across from Jaejoong.
"Why didn't you call a taxi?" Siwon took off his spiffy looking glasses.
Jaejoong turned around when he heard Siwon's question then down at the mug. He spread his fingers and palm across the cup feeling the heat coming up to his viens.
"I didn't want to bother you," came Jae's sweet reply.
Siwon smiled, he ruffled Jae's wet hair alittle. Pulling Jae's head down to his chest. He held the cold body close to his...
-
Yunho sat in his darkened room...trying to peice together what Jaejoong had said. But his mind just couldnt. He didnt know why Tiffany had anything to do with them...
Yunho sat up on his bed groaing, the fact that he could not sleep, but, also at the fact that the only thing in his mind was Kim Jaejoong...
Yunho climbed off the bed, kneeling over his bed, he bent down. He pulled out a black shoebox out from the bottom of his bed.
He couldnt' remember since the last time he had opened his wish box.
Yunho slowly opened the box up...memories flew out from the box, dancing around the room. Taunting the owner...
Yunho picked up the dusty photo...a photo where he held Jaejoong bridal style in his arms...both dressed in causal clothing...but, the picture was special...
There wedding...
Past*
"Yunho what are we doing here?" Jaejoong asked as he looked around the old church, it was pretty but old.
The light came through the tainted window shining the colors onto the teal colored floor. The cross that hung before the church was made out of wood, every little deatail could be seen. A large organ overlooked the whole church, it's tune funnels crawled all the way up to the ceiling.
"It's a church, what do you think we would be doing?" Yunho asked with a smile, holing Jae's hand in his.
"Praying?" Jaejoong guessed, not having a clue what they could do in an empty church.
Suddenly a male dressed in black came through the back doors, a priest.
"Yun...I dont think we should be here..." Jaejoong whispered as he was still being lead to the front of the church.
"How much will it cost us?" Yunho immediatly asked the priest.
The priest eyed them both for a while before he grunted, "$50" he replied with a slight disatisfication in his voice.
Yunho handed the male the money, leaving Jaejoong even more cofnused.
"Yunho what are you doing? $50 could pay for our rent net month." Jaejoong whispered as he looked up at his lover.
Yunho turned to face Jaejoong, "I can put a price on rent...I can put a price on gas...I can put a price on food...but Jaejoong...I cant not put a price on our love..." Yunho slowly leaned in capturing the soft oink lips.
"Would you marry me?" Yunho asked in a whispered as they pulled away from there addiction.
Jaejoong looked at Yunho, unable to believe what was happening...
Yunho let out a chuckle, digging into his pockets...he grabbed out a silver band. "If you dont say no in the next second, I'll take it as a yes," Yunho said in a low tone. He gripped Jaejoong's fingers lightly, pulling at them to make them straight. He slowly slipped the palin, fifty cent ring into Jaejoong's finger.
"Do you Jung Yunho take Kim Jaejoong to be your lawful wedded wife?" the priest's sound echoed through the church making it seem as if they had audiences.
"I do," Yunho said as he smiled as Jaejoong who was on the brink of tears.
"Do you Kim Jaejoong take Jung Yunho to be your lawful wedded husband?"
Jaejoong nodded his head, a bright smile on his face as the tears leaked out. He wrapped his hands around Yunho;s neck pulling his love closer....
The day...they were known as...Jung Yunho, Jung Jaejoong.
Present*
Yunho set the picture aside...he looked up towards the dangling ring on his light...
"Jaejoong...is it really to late for us?" he asked softly.....
"I cant put a price on you..." Yunho muttered as he sat starring at the ring....
We were once...normal like others...
