Michelle could feel the cool water hitting her bare back as she closed her eyes. A nice shower after a hard work out is all it takes to revitalize one�s energy. Michelle had never felt so relaxed in such a long time and she wanted to embrace every moment she could. She opened her eyes and wiped the water off her pretty face and realized her fingers were already wrinkled from being in the water for too long. She sighed and turned off the water. Michelle wrapped a soft, white towel around her slim figure and walked towards her locker where Jessica was already sitting on the bench putting on her shoes.
�How was boxing? You look happy as a clam,� Jessica smiled when she saw Michelle approaching her.
�I�m always happy when I�m boxing, it keeps my mind off of things. And the best part is, I can take all my anger out,� Michelle said as a little frown formed across her flawless face. She was obviously thinking about Ron.
�Haha, is that guy in your squad still bothering you? Want me to teach him a lesson?� Jessica said as she wrinkled her lovely face into a scowl while making a fist with one hand and hitting it against her other hand.
Michelle smiled and said, �Of course not, I can take him down myself.� Jessica and Michelle both burst out into laughter.
�I know, I know. My little sister is a tough cookie,� Jessica said while playfully punching Michelle in the arm. Michelle punched Jessica back with her free hand because she was blow drying her hair with the other. They loved play fighting with each other ever since they were old enough to crawl.
Michelle quickly changed into her regular clothes, a hoddie and jeans as usual, and stuffed her gym clothes into her Adidas shoulder bag. It was obvious Michelle wasn�t the organized type.
Jessica and Michelle both made their way to the lobby of the Rec Centre. There were many male eyes trailing after the two sisters lustfully. Both girls looked absolutely stunning even without an ounce of make-up on their beautiful faces.

Meanwhile, Ron and Bosco were sitting on the benches in the lobby area waiting for Nicholas and Sammul to finish changing. They took longer than most girls do. Of course Sammul wanted to look hot incase he ran into Michelle. As for Nicholas, he�s used to Charlene making him dress up and now it�s hard to stop.
Bosco�s wandering eyes suddenly fell upon Michelle and Jessica. �Hey Mich! Over here,� Bosco waved his arms frantically as Michelle neared the escalator on the opposite end of where he were sitting. Michelle abruptly turned into the direction of her name being called. She smiled at Bosco when she saw him waving, but immediately frowned when she saw Ron sitting there making a funny face upon seeing her.
�What did you do that for! Now the devil woman sees us,� Ron said, trying not to move his lips, afraid that Michelle would hear him and bite him again.
Bosco replied, �Hey, she�s our buddy now. And I�m holding her back till Sam comes out. You know he loves her. I�m a good friend, unlike you.�
�My ass you�re a good friend, you just wanna hold her back for yourself. Wait till I tell Sam,� Ron said while punching Bosco is the arm.
�HEY! You know that�s not true. She�s hot and all but Sammul�s already fallen for her. I cant do that to a buddy,� Bosco defended while vigorously shaking his head.
�I�m kidding fool, don�t take it so seriously,� Ron said as he slapped Bosco in the back of the head. Secretly, Ron kind of wanted Michelle to come over. He didn�t know why he felt this way, but he shook the feeling away when he saw Michelle�s evil glare.
�Go over there and talk to your friends,� Jessica said after seeing Bosco waving at her sister. She gave Michelle a little push in Ron and Bosco�s direction.
�Uhhh, fine,� Michelle groaned as she rolled her eyes at Jessica. She didn�t mind talking to Bosco, but Ron was a different story.
Michelle slowly walked up to Bosco and cheerfully said, �Hey Bos, here by your self?� Michelle pretended Ron didn�t exist. Ron was quite surprised for he thought she was going to say something that would provoke him. But when she chose to ignore him, Ron felt like anger was welling up inside him. He hated it when she talked back to him and now it feels even worse to be ignored by her. The silent treatment always works.
Bosco was caught of guard and choked on his words, �Wha...myself? I mean, we�re waiting for Sam and Nic. What are you doing here?� Bosco didn�t want Michelle to know him and the guys were swooning over her in boxing class from the weight room. Knowing her, she should chop them up into little pieces if she knew they were checking her out. Bosco�s eyes were making their way towards the person standing behind Michelle. His eyes lit up when he saw Jessica, �Heyyy, who�s that?�
Michelle said crossly,�That�s my oldest sister, Jessica. Don�t you even think about it!� She obviously knew what Bosco was thinking about. He held up his arms and surrendered to her.
Michelle asked, �So it�s just you and Nic and Sam. No one else?� She knew Ron was getting pissed at her act and she loved it.
�I�ve had enough of you and your attitude! I�m sitting right here and you can clearly see! You�re the world�s number one snob!� Ron�s explosion just made Michelle even more satisfied.
Michelle smiled devilishly and said to Bosco, �Do you hear that, I swear a keep hearing something barking in my ears!�
�Oh...oh no you didn�t...� Ron said between clenched teeth. He�s never been insulted so badly, especially by a girl.
Michelle smiled and prattled, �What are you gonna do. Hit me?� She got him there. Even though Ron couldn�t stand Michelle, he would never in his life hit her, no matter how much she pissed him off. They were standing face to face and for the first time, Ron was looking into Michelle�s twinkling eyes. He no longer felt anger, but instead, he was feeling something he never felt before. But he was interrupted by Bosco, pulling him away in case a fight broke out. No telling what Michelle might do next.
�Come on you guys, grow up. I think we better go before something else happens,� Jessica said as she pulled Michelle away in the opposite direction.
�See ya later, Mich and Jessica,� Bosco said as he waved to them
�Bye Bos, and tell Sam and Nic I say hi,� Michelle said as she turned around and waved at Bosco.
�Opposite attracts,� Jessica whispered to Michelle as they walked out the door. She just glared at Jessica�s comment. Ron�s eyes were still trailing after Michelle�s disappearing figure.

The night sky was cool and crisp as Kevin and his group made their way out of The Starlight Bar. Niki and Charlene had made them all go there, since Kevin did promise to treat them in repay for a week of hard work. But he did specifically warn the girls about bar fighting.
Everyone had a great time, but Jack got piss drunk because he finally knew that Niki didn�t feel the same way about him. He couldn�t help feel a little sad, but even though she didn�t like him back, she couldn�t stop him from liking her.
They were all walking towards the street to catch a cab, no one drove because they all knew they were going to be drinking. A lot.
�I better take Jack home, he can barely stand up straight,� Chris said supporting Jack�s weight as Rico hailed a cab. Jack and Chris are roommates while Rico and Edison lived in the apartment next door. Chris shoved Jack in the cab with Rico getting in after them.
�See ya,� Kevin said as Chris and Rico waved at him, Niki, and Charlene. Then the cab sped off.
Suddenly, a car�s horn was heard from a near distance. Charlene said in a very exhausted tone,�That�s Nicholas here to pick me up. Hey, Niki do you need a ride home?�
Niki shook her head, �Thanks sweetie, I live pretty close, I�ll just walk home.�
�Oh no you wont. I�m not letting a girl walk home by herself at 1:00 at night,� Kevin said affirmatively.
�I�m leaving her with you, Kev. Hopefully you can knock some sense into her pretty lil� head,� Charlene said as she ran up to Nicholas�s car. Charlene and Nic both waved at Kevin and Niki and drove off. She knew Niki was in good hands with Kevin, and on top of that, Charlene knew Niki would love to spend some time alone with him. Niki didn�t actually tell Charlene about her feelings for Kevin, but she was Niki�s best friend and can read her like a book.
�You seem to have forgotten that I�m a cop, Sir Cheng,� Niki said sternly when Charlene was out of site, �besides, I know martial arts.�
Kevin smiled and it eventually turned into a sarcastic laugh, �I am aware of that, Miss Niki, but a single girl cannot stand up to a bunch of guys with guns and knives. And I know little girls like you are afraid of ghosts.�
�Haha, and what makes you think YOU can stand up to men with guns and knives alone? Psht...and ghosts? Don�t make me laugh� Niki acted tough and didn�t want him to think of her as a little girl.
�Fine...have it your way. But don�t come crying to me when some guy tries to jump you,� Kevin said and walked away. He gave in to Niki�s hard head.
�Fine! Good bye, Sir Cheng,� Niki said as she turned a hundred and eighty degrees walking towards the opposite end of the street.
Niki walked for about a block until it really hit her at how late it actually was. She was beginning to feel a little creeped out. She clutched her precious Gucci handbag tightly to her chest as she made her way through a long, dark alley.
�Stupid Kevin, putting ideas into my head,� Niki said to herself as she jogged quickly through the alleyway. Out of the corner of her eye, Niki could swear she saw something move in the shadows. �Don�t let him get to you Niki. You�re a tough girl...not a little girl like he said,� Niki told herself while jogging faster. But suddenly, something appeared from behind a large garbage can and jumped out right in front of Niki�s face.
�AHHHHHHHHHHH! HELP!� Niki screamed. She turned and tried to run the other direction since it was closer to the main street, but she bumped into something, or rather someone on the attempt.
The mysterious person grabbed Niki�s quivering shoulders and said, �Whoaa, I thought you were gonna be 'OK' walking by yourself.�
Niki was relieved and extremely embarrasses when she realized that the person was Kevin. She was still scared beyond belief and hugged Kevin tightly. She buried her cute face into his manly chest and stuttered, �The...there�s some...thi...thing baaack there. I sw...swear it�s n..not hu.. human!�
�Oh ya? Let me see,� Kevin said as he slowly walked towards the spot Niki was pointing at. She was clutching onto his arms very firmly and was almost cutting off the circulation.
Kevin laughed heartily and said, �Haha, You�re right. It isnt�t human. IT�S A FRIGGIN CAT!�
Niki wanted to crawl into a hole and hibernate when she saw the mangy little cat purring beside the garbage can, licking it�s paws. She had never felt so stupid in her life. Why does she always do humiliating things in front of Kevin?
�So Miss Tough-Guy, can I walk to home now? Just incase you run into two cats,� Kevin said into between each breath, for he was trying hard not to laugh but it wasn�t working. Tears were practically streaming out of his eyes. He loved how he can just laugh so freely when he was around Niki. No one ever made him laugh this hard before. Kevin loved this feeling.
�Humph...who told you to follow me down here? I wasn�t scared, I just had a lot to drink that�s all,� Niki said trying to sound casual. She also tried to hide her embarrassment.
But Kevin could see right through her, �Fine, I let you walk home alone for real this time!� He actually didn�t mean that, but he loved seeing Niki�s attempts to act tough.
�Fine!� Niki said, trying to restore her strong image, but she screamed again when she turned around and thought she saw something else lurking in the shadow.
Niki ran towards Kevin again and grabbed his right arm, �On second thought, I should walk with you since I know the way around the neighbourhood,� Niki tried to sound like she was doing him a favour and she didn�t want to seem like a wimp. But in reality, she was scared shitless and she needed him there by her side.
�Haha, fine. It�s up to you,� Kevin smiled. He walked her all the way to her complex...and her arms were still wrapped tightly around his musculine arm.

Bosco was sleeping soundly like a baby when he was disturbed by loud, ruffling noise coming from the top bunk. Bosco groaned loudly, �God dammit, Alec. Do you realize what time it is!? I have to wake up early and help Ron move tomorrow.�
�Sorry, but I cant sleep. I keep thinking about something, actually someone,� Alec said restlessly while staring at the ceiling.
Bosco rubbed his eyes and yawned, �What now? You sound like Sammul.�
�It�s this girl, she told me if we�re meant to be than I�ll be there to save her again,� Alec sighed as his thoughts led him back to the last incident with Vicki.
Bosco sounded impatient and groaned, �Save her? From what?�
�I don�t know, danger? But I think it�s just an excuse. She seems kinda sceptical towards having a boyfriend. But I know she�s worth the trouble. I didn�t believe in fate before, I think we�re meant to be...� Alec said dreamily as his thoughts led him back to Vicki�s angelic face, her big innocent eyes, and her sweet, sweet smile.
Bosco sighed and rolled on to his other shoulder facing the wall, �Oh god...you sound like a woman...and it�s kinda creepy. But is she hot at least? What�s her name?�
Alec�s eyes widened. He sat up and screamed, �OH NO! I didn�t ask for her name again!�
Bosco laughed tiredly and slowly closed his eyes, �Haha. Good luck big brother. Tell me how this turns outtt....�
�I know we�re meant to be,� Alec said as he closed in eyes, in hopes to dream of Vicki.
