"Hi Ximen, nice to meet you too!" Xiaoyou's voice rang through Ximen's head.
"Are you the representive for the Yang enterprise? I thought Mr Yang, your cousin, had said that you're still too young to do business." Ximen questioned Xiaoyou as millions of unknown went through his head.
"Long story but to cut it short, basically Matt said that it would be a good experience for me to practise doing business and since we are friends, it would be easier to work with. Besides, I have a end of year assessment coming up and we have to plan and close a business deal and Matt said this is a good opptunity." Xiaoyou said in a bored voice as she explain to Ximen her reasons for being here.
Ximen stood up and offered his hand to Xiaoyou.
"Well, Miss Xiaoyou, I'm happy to be working with you. Should we get start."
Xiaoyou shook Ximen's hand and laughed as she saw Ximen's "politness"
"Yeah right Ximen Zhong er Lang! I would be such a good opptunity to work with the famous business man of the year." Xiaoyou joked along with Ximen.
"Thank you for the compliment!" Ximen wouldn't give up the fight easily...
and neither would Xiaoyou
"You are NOT welcome!" Xiaoyou made sure Ximen heard the NOT clearly.
"I really want to get to know that person behind this pretty face." Ximen told Xiaoyou with a silly grin on his face.
"You're going to find out pretty soon...wait till we get into business." Xiaoyou challenged him as she took her seat.

For the next few hours, Ximen and Xiaoyou discussed their plans for their companies. Although both of them would rather play around and say nasty comments on each other, they both know that the main reason that they are there is to work.
"Ok Ximen, I'll have the documents typed and printed by tomorrow and have it specially delivered to you by...me!" Xiaoyou said as she stood up to get ready to leave.
"I can't wait." Xiemn replied as he looked away from Xiaoyou.
"Well you're gonna have to wait a long 24 hours." Xiaoyou teased as she checked her watch.
"Oh no, I'm suppose to meet Matt in 10 minutes to give him a report of what we discussed today and what are the plans we've came up with. I really have to go." Xiaoyou suddenly became serious.
"How are you meant to produce a report so quicky? Ximen asked as he helped Xiaoyou to pack her things.
"It's call an oral report. Thanks so much Ximen, see you tomorrow? Xiaoyou said hurried as she bade goodbye.
"Xiaoyou wait!" Ximen called out to her.
"What is it Ximen? Xiaoyou asked as she looked at her watch again.
"I just wanted to say that I like your ideas and can't wait to put them into action." Ximen replied qucikly as he saw Xiaoyou smile and leave the meeting room.

Matthew stared at the menu in front of him for the nth time as he waited patiently for his cousin who is later once again.
"I'm sorry...."Xiaoyou puffed as she sat down beside Matt.
"That you're late? No worries, I'm used to it already." Matt said as he rubbed Xiaoyou's back gently.
"The meeting took a bit long than I had expected therefore.."Xiaoyou took a deep breath before she finished her sentence.
But Matt cut in."It's alright, I understand." Matt said nicly as he motioned for the waiter to come to their table.
"What would you like to eat Xiaoyou? You must be hungary!" Matt asked as Xiaoyou looked at the menu.
"Anything would be fine with me, something quick would be good." Xiaoyou couldn't be stuffed looking through the menu so Matt ordered for her.
"SO how did the meeting go?" Matt asked a couple of minutes later.
"It was good, we discussed each other's ideas and came up with a few new ones, there was some disagreements but we talked things through. In the end we came up with a fair amount of things that I'm going to type up today and give to Ximen tomorrow." Xiaoyou recalled the past hours she had spent with Ximen.
"That sounds good, I think you really have go the hang of business. One day you will become a very successful business woman I believe." Matt encouraged his dear cousin.
"Let's hope so!" Xiaoyou said as she started to eat her meal.

Ximen sat down at a table in Lemon Grass Cafe and started to rub his temples. For some reason he felt like the energy within him has been drained away after his meeting with Xiaoyou. So after the meeting he decided to leave work and relax himself a bit.
"Good afternoon Mr Ximen. You are lucky as we are about to close. We should have been closed over an hour ago but our boss say if there is somebody..." Lizzie's cherry voice started to tell Ximen things that he'd rather not know.
"Just grab me a black coffee thanks Li.." Was it Lisa, Libby, Leanne or Lily? Ximen couldn't remember but thank God Lizzie didn't notice.
"One black coffee coming up!" Lizzie tried to hide the pain within her.
For the past few days, she had urged herself to tell Ximen her true feelings about him as soon as he comes to Lemon Grass the next time. She even willingly worked overtime in case Ximen had decided tocome. But whenher lucky day had came and Ximen really came, he was so cold towards her. Lizzie could hear her heart shatter but never less, she still had to try and get Ximen's heart.
For some reason Lizzie had always had feelings for Ximen since the first time he set foot in the cafe. She had never had feelings for anyone else like this before so she knew this was special.
"Um Mr Ximen? Are you feeling well lately? Because you haven't came here for ages, did you miss our coffee?" Did u miss me was what Lizzie really wanted to ask.
"Yeah...whatever?' Ximen purposly left the whatever bit quiet. The last thing he needs is Lizzie whinning to him.
If it had been the him a yeaar ago, he would have happily accepted Lizzie and taken her to bed but the him today is different. He is not the playboy he was anymore.
Unfortunely Lizzie had heard the whatever bit and started to pout as she sat down CLOSELY beside Ximen. "Mr Ximen, I know you are in a bad mood today, would you like me to give you a back rub?" Lizzie already haad her hand positioned on Ximen's shoulder.
"No thanks, I would just like my coffee please." Ximen answered back coldly.
He could feel Lizzie affection foe him but he didn't want to admit it. For som reason, Ximen knew immediately that his dream girl is out there somewhere waiting for him and she is not Lizzie...or whatever he name was.

I hope everyone has read this extended bit. I don't have enough time to do a whole chapter but I thought I'd do an extension to this one as I don't like keeping chapters short.
I promise a big update next time.
Thanks for reading!!
Sorry
