Tavia stood up, her sharp eyes shot her friend, “What do you want me to do? Staying there everyday talking with him and waiting for him to wake up? Come on Leila, this is reality not drama. I’m not that good. I’m a human, not a fairy.” She coldly said
“I’m your best friend; if I did not hear you say it, I would not believe it was true. You have heart Yeung Yi; you have emotion, you are not a stone.”
Tavia wanted to say something, but she was silent when she saw me pulled myself up. Leila quickly ran to me and held my arm. I stared at Tavia; Tavia’s sharp eyes another time shot me, “You don’t have to look at me like that? Feeling regretting?”
I got out of the bad and came closed to her. I touched her face, “I know you want to cry.” I said and pointed at my shoulder, “You told me one time and I could never forget. The day Kitty passed away you said my shoulder was useful.”
Tavia stared at me, “You never told me; mammy did not want us to be together because our dates of births were incompatible.”
Tavia closed her eyes to prevent tears felt down. I pulled her into my arm, “If I could live my life again, I will choose you to be the girl in my heart. Even though that car accident happened, and we separated I was loosing my memories, but I want you to know on the rainy day last week, I won’t regret staying with you. I chose my own way; I rather die than living in a life without you.”
Tears dropped down from Tavia’s eyes; she pushed me away, “Mom already told we could not live together. I’m not scared of death, but I don’t want to risk your life.”
“And, let’s face it together. On that snowy day, leaving you there in the hospital, I want you to know it was the only choice that I could do, but my heart hurt.”
“If you won’t love me, you won’t suicide.” Tavia spoke
I nodded; Tavia grasped her hand around me, “Raymond,” she cried
I looked at Leila, “Tavia’s story was missing some detail; let’s me tell you the whole thing. I was leaving for six weeks training, and in that time Tavia was pregnant. Finishing my training, I was back and we prepared for the baby to come out. That day, we are on the way to doctor for check up, and we got into a car accident. That accident killed our baby, and I broke my legs. I don’t want to kill her life and asked her to leave. Before Tavia left, my mom wanted her to vow for not finding me again, or event if we met in the street, she could not talk with me. That is the reason why when we meet, Tavia always ignore me. After Tavia leave, my life was dead. I attempt to suicide, let the wheelchair run down the hill. I broke my leg again and in the accident I could walk, but have lost my memories.”

One year later, I walked out of the elevator, “Morning,” I waved my hand at the secretary.
“Morning lawyer Lam,” she smiled
I came inside and opened Tavia’s office door, “Morning,”
Tavia didn’t look up and still concentrated on her document. I got in, “You seem not even care who is getting to your office.” I told her
“Beside you, there is no one come to my office without knocking on the door.” She replied but not looked up
I smiled and got closed to her. I pulled her chair and sat down on the ground. She put the pen down and looked at me, “I know, I didn’t stay home last night was my fault, but I still miss my life as a single man. I only spend a night with Bosco in my old room.” I lied, for I knew Tavia would know I stayed in my office for the whole night working with Bosco. I was into a big case.
Tavia smiled and nodded, “Well, I promise from now on I will only stay out one a month, is that ok?” I joked
Tavia coughed; she quickly covered her mouth, “Sorry,” She said
I stood up and got her tea handed it to her, “Are you ok?” I asked
Tavia nodded, “Raymond,” she called
“Huh?”
“What if you face with me in the court?” She asked
“Well, we did one time.” I told her
“That time is different.” Tavia said
“Well, I will do my best to win. It doesn’t matter who you are.” I told her, “Look at you, you are only a small woman, do you think you can beat me?” I joked
“What if you face with three people?” She asked
I sat down again and looked her, “What do you mean with three people?” I asked
Tavia shook her head, “Nothing,” she said and coughed again
“Tavia, you are pregnant?” I asked her
She looked at me and half smiled; slowly she nodded. I was happy and kissed her cheek, “Love you, but, what do you mean with three people?” I asked
Tavia stared at me, “You are that smart, I think you could get.”
“Twin?”
Tavia smiled and nodded once more time, “Let’s me tell daddy.” I happily smiled and grasped the phone.
“Daddy, already know. Yesterday, when I came to visit daddy, Steven examine for me. It’s already three months.”
“Why didn’t you tell me?”
“You weren't home yesterday.”
“Oh my, if I was home yesterday, I had already known.”
Bernice knocked on the door and got in. Bosco was on her back, “Excuse me, can I borrow Yeung Yi?” Bernice talked to me
“I want to lend your husband for awhile.” Bosco told Tavia
“I don’t need him.” Tavia told Bosco
I bent down and kissed her cheek, “I’d go to the court and talk to you tonight.”
“Good luck,” Tavia said

My mind was all about Tavia and her three months pregnancy. I planed to take a long vacation after this case, so I could have enough time to spend with her. We came to the court and found Tavia was sitting there with Bernice in the plaintiff area, “Tavia, what are you doing here?” I asked her
“I forgot to tell you, Chris’s family was in emergency, and he asked me to take over this case.”
“You know I am a defendant for this case.”
“Didn’t you say you will do your best and it doesn’t matter who I am?” Tavia slowly spoke, “But, if I’m not happy, these two babies will not happy either.” Tavia joked
“You don’t want to do that you me, aren’t you?” I asked her
“Will see,” Tavia said and turned back reviewing her document.
Bosco pulled Bernice’s hand, “You didn’t tell me,”
“Excuse me,” Bernice interrupt Bosco’s sentence, “As a wife, I know I should not hide anything from you, but didn’t you say, at home we won’t discuss about?”
“But, this is not a normal case. Raymond and I were into this for one week already.”
“Now, I’m telling you the truth. I’m two months pregnant.”
“What?” Bosco’s eyes opened widely, “You are kidding me, aren’t you?”
Bernice grasped out a paper and handed it to her, “Doctor won’t kid with you.” Finished her sentence, she got back to her place and started talking with Tavia. “This is not my day.” Bosco and I both yelled
