Jae and Tiff has no communication since the day they called it quits.
“I can’t even catch a glimpse of her eyes to see if no love can really be found. This is really is the end. Aish.” Jae thought.
Everything has its own reasons why every single thing in this world happens. But what reason could it be? Those are the things Jae just finally comes to realize within those seven days. Seven days for others is only a short span of time, but not for him. You know, you’re gonna wake up having to remember every single thing that happen with you and the girl you loved. Having to wake up to face a new day in where there’s no her, no them. It’s really difficult facing the world alone, especially you’re undergoing this state, depression. Suffering is the right term to describe Jae’s whole being right now. He’s busted, wrecked and broken. He doesn’t even know how to make the day a good one without Tiffany by his side. During those seven days, undergoing depression is only his current state. You know, getting to wake up every morning hoping for a Tiffany to call him for his everyday wake up call. Hearing her voice every morning is his number one source of his energy. And now, his number one source has already left me.
For Jae, Tiffany is like an air. Without it, you can’t breath. Without Tiffany, he can’t live. Tiffany has been part of Jae’s daily cycle if living. It’s like it’s his routine to make her smile and make her love more. But unfortunately, it can’t be the case anymore. Sad to say but it’s the reality that is hardly unacceptable especially for Jae’s part. If Jae could only know everything…
Every single day, Jae’s like battling with something and can’t help but just lose every time. No doubt he himself is the only one facing these CONSEQUENCES.
“I’m facing these consequences but is she also feeling the same way?” Jae once again thought.
Going through these damn days and having to remember all these memories, there’s no choice but to feel like a helpless loser who can’t do anything to survive. Well, he really needs to face the reality. He and Tiffany can’t really be together anymore. And that’s what he thought. He’s currently making up his mind on the possible reasons why the hell Tiffany broke up with him. One thing that came up to his mind is his unworthiness. Can you blame him for thinking that? Tiffany is so unattainable.
“Since the day that I and Tiffany broke up, Yunho’s really acting weird. Well, I guess so. I find him really insane. I mean, no proof needed but he really looks insane and certainly dork, a funny dork. While I’m undergoing this depression stage and he’s always there, by my side to comfort me, make me happy and to protect me.” Jae once again realized.
But what can be the purpose of these genuine acts?
“Can there be really a purpose or it’s just the side of him that I’m deniably wanted to see? I’m such a fool.” Jae’s on his own again talking and thinking to himself.
“So you’re talking again with your imaginary friend?” Yunho immediately stated who just came from nowhere.
“Yah! Since when did you come? You’re invading my privacy talk!”
“Well, can’t I just come here like a poof? We’re friends and getting deeper.”
“Aish! Stop talking nonsense you know~! You’re really a dork!”
“Of course, I was born being a dork and will die being a dork. I’m your endless dork. Haha!”
“Yah! You’re really a dork~”
“So what’s your decision?”
“Decision?”
“I know you know what I’m talking about.”
“So, you’re talking about the date?”
“Please don’t decline.” Yunho begged.
“Since you’ve been so good to me, I’ll not decline.”
“Yes~!! Thank you so much!” Yunho kept screaming. “I know that this day would come, I know you’ll accept this. And because of it, I’m so prepared.” Yunho gets a small piece of paper in his pocket.
“You’re so assuming you know~! What is that?” Jae intriguingly asked.
“Here are the list of things that we’re gonna do. This is my ‘DO LIST WITH JAE’.”
Jae can’t stop laughing. He finds it really dorky and at the same time, cute. “How cute.” Jae thought. “Can I see?” Jae asked.
“Of course!” Yunho gave the small piece of paper on Jae’s hands. And here’s on the list.
“DO LIST WITH JAE”
•To buy a couple shirt.
•To buy a couple ring.
•To sing on KTV then watch movies.
•To eat an overflowing ice cream.
•To watch the sun to set.
And lastly,
•Walk him safe to his home.”
“Yah~ these things are only be done by couples.” Jae spoke who’s trying to hide the unbelievable overwhelming feeling inside him.
“Why? Can’t we?”
“No, It’s okay. I mean, don’t get it wrong! It’s okay if I go out wit you. That’s what I mean. Make sure I’m gonna be happy or else~”
“Or else what?”
“Whatever! So when is this go out thingy?”
“Right now?”
“Wait!”
“Why?”
“I mean, erm, nevermind! Let’s get going! This is so gonna be long and fun!” Jae declared bringing Yunho with him.
And so, they started their date thingy. And I assume they really had a lot of fun. They followed the things they’re gonna do first. They first bought a couple shirts, then the couple rings and went to KTV bar and sang to death. After singing, they watched a movie that both of the finds interesting and proceeded to buy Jae’s favorite ice cream flavor, Cookies and Cream. (A/N: That’s my favorite. LOL) The sun was about to set when they finished their whole activities for the day. They really had fun. This is the first time that Jae once smiled again after his break-up with Tiffany. It really made Yunho happy. They sat in a bench where the stunningly beautiful sun can be seen to set.
“This day is so tiring but I’m so happy. It’s a happy-tiring experience. Thanks Yunho for making me smile in times like this. I owe you a lot.”
“I just don’t like seeing you sad you know. It doesn’t suit your beauty.”
“Sorry.”
“Just promise me you’ll never be sad again.”
“Yup! I promise! You know, this ice cream flavor is the best.”
“I can see it in your senses. You’re so delighted.”
“Haha!”
“Can I ask you a question?”
“Of course. What is it?”
“Well, I’m curious. What’s your dream?”
“My dream? It’s only simple yet hard to achieve.”
“What is it?”
“I have two dreams. The first one seems so childish but it’s really my dream. I didn’t even tell this to Tiffany. You’re the only one to know this you know that? Anyways, my first dream is to touch the stars. Pretty impossible right? Well, that’s my dream.”
“Yeah~ pretty impossible, But what’s the second?”
“My second dream, it’s to find someone who will truly love me for who I am and not what I am. I don’t know if I can find someone who will love me so truly.”
“Maybe I can do your second dream.”
“Huh?” Jae was flustered.
“You’re not deaf I know.”
“You’re really a dork!”
“Look at the sun, it sets so beautifully, just like you.”
“Could you stop it! I’m so not dig in with your jokes.”
“I’m sorry but I’m not joking.”
The two just continued on arguing and arguing. It seems that they really enjoyed each other’s company. We all know that these were only part of Yunho’s plan. He didn’t even thought of Jae’s feelings if he’ll found out that everything happened because of a bet, a bet that can possibly change their lives forever.
