Miyeon thanked the taxi driver who drove her home and walked up to her house. It had been such a tiring day and all she wanted to get was the sleep she deserved. Just as she was about to open the door, she heard a car on her driveway. Miyeon turned around and saw Jaejoong’s car starting to park. Miyeon turned away from her door and headed towards his car. She put her hand horizontally across her brow to shield her eyes from the car lights in front of her. Carefully, she squinted inside wondering what Jaejoong was doing here. Jaejoong turned off the car and soon doors on both sides opened and Miyeon stepped back from the car.
She glanced to see who came out from the passenger’s side. “Dawn,” she said a bit shocked.
Dawn waved at her and walked up smiling. Dawn held her bag to her closely and glided up beside Miyeon. Miyeon glanced down at her and tilted her head a bit confused. Before Miyeon could say anything, Jaejoong waved his hands in front of Miyeon’s face. She looked at him and her mouth opened a bit. Miyeon had no words at the moment though. Jaejoong closed her mouth and grinned. Miyeon blushed slightly and looked towards Dawn again.
He nodded his head towards Dawn, “I saw her at the park and she wanted to see Dawn-J. So, I took her with me home and let her visit Dawn-J. It was getting a bit late, so I decided to drive her home too,” Jaejoong explained.
“Thanks Jaejoong, I appreciate you taking care of her,” Miyeon bowed. She straightened up having some of her long hair stuck to her lip. Jaejoong carefully took the hair out of her mouth and put in back in place. Miyeon blushed for the second time and cleared her throat. She patted Dawn-M on the back and motioned for her to go inside.
Dawn-M smirked and nodded. She headed towards the house and opened the door with her key. Before entering though, she turned around slightly and yelled over her shoulder, “I can see everything on this driveway from my bedroom window Jaejoong-ah. Please let me see something entertaining!”
Miyeon looked at Jaejoong who was also a shade of red and then bit her lip. Jaejoong put his hand in the air as to wave good-bye, “Uh, goodnight to you too,” he said a bit embarrassed. Dawn-M closed the door and you could hear her running up the stairs to her room. Jaejoong chuckled quietly and Miyeon awkwardly giggled. Why did Dawn even say that, Miyeon questioned.
“What a silly girl that Dawn is,” Miyeon said nervously. She swayed back and forth on the balls of her feet and bit her lip. Jaejoong nodded glancing around. Miyeon then peeked at Jaejoong. She suddenly felt an urge to speak with him. Miyeon motioned to the bench that was on the side of her small house. “You want to have a chat with me Jaejoong?”
He smiled and nodded, starting to already walk to the bench. Miyeon sat gently on the bench as well and then sighed into the night. Jaejoong observed the way Miyeon kind of scrunched her shoulders up a bit as she clenched onto the bottom of the bench. Her eyes were twinkling like the stars above them. As he wrote, she was definitely indescribable in his heart.
Then, Miyeon faced him with sad eyes. “Jaejoong, I’m sorry for being so mean,” she started. Jaejoong turned his body so that he was facing her more.
“I have been acting a bit cruel to you. I mean I gave you a really bad first impression, I blew up at you when you helped to find my sister, I didn’t thank you properly for taking care of while I was sick and last of all,” her expression turned really regretful, “I am so sorry for slapping you. That was definitely not right. You saved me from that bad person and I hit you. That was just dumb of me. I am so sorry.”
Miyeon looked away from him. Now she realized all the actions that just were inexcusable. Thinking back on it, how could she ever try and make someone hate her? That’s not who she was. She started to get up when Jaejoong pulled her back down. He made her look at him. His caring eyes met with her sad eyes.
“Don’t be sorry. It’s in the past isn’t it?”
Miyeon shook her head, “It may be in the past, but it still wasn’t right.”
“If it makes you feel better, I forgive you,” Jaejoong tried to give a comforting smile towards her. She gave a small smile back. “Always look on the brightside,” Jaejoong said happily.
Miyeon smiled a bit more, “That’s what my mom told me before.”
Jaejoong clapped once, “Good, you should listen to her. The brightside of this situation is that I forgive you and…,”he paused. Miyeon leaned closer to him for him to continue on. Jaejoong stirred inside and then gathered up all his courage. In a breathe he said, “That you being mean to me never stopped my feelings for you.”
Miyeon’s heart skipped a beat and she leaned back from him. She felt her face heat up and she looked Jaejoong in the eye. “Do you actually like me?” she asked quietly. Jaejoong nodded his head shyly.
Jaejoong licked his bottom lip and blushed. He had never confessed to a girl before and now he knew that you got a nervous feeling from it. What her reaction would be was unpredictable. He waited for some kind of response. There was nothing on her face though. It looked like she was in deep shock and thought. He felt his heart sank. What if she was freaked out by him now?
Wanting to lift the awkward atmosphere, Jaejoong took the car keys out of his pocket and fumbled with them while looking down. “I should leave now. Goodnight Miyeon,” he said quietly.
“Wait Jaejoong,” Miyeon said recomposing herself. Jaejoong glanced up at her. She gave him a genuine smile. “Thanks for telling me.” Jaejoong smiled at her widely as well. I missed seeing that ‘Surprise Attack’, she thought happily in her head. The atmosphere got lighter immediately after that thought. Just as Jaejoong was about to grab Miyeon’s hand, his cell phone rang. They both looked towards his jacket pocket and Jaejoong fished out the phone. He smiled apologetically and then answered the phone. He answered with yes’ and then hung up. He looked at her sadly.
“I have to go now Miyeon,” he said finally getting up. Miyeon stood up too and shook her head.
“It’s alright.”
Jaejoong came closer to her and kissed her on the forehead and then quickly ran to his car. He quickly drove out onto the road leaving a confused but happy Miyeon looking dumbfounded. She turned her heel and finally went into her house. She walked up the stairs and then met Dawn who was standing in front of her bedroom.
Dawn was cross-armed and had a large smile on her face. Miyeon looked at her still a bit dazed. Dawn left her position and started to walk to her room skipping. She patted Miyeon on the back as if to congratulate her. “Thanks for giving me a show unnie.”
Miyeon nodded, went in her room, and then got ready for bed. Lying in bed, she grinned. What a day, what a day, she thought. Slowly, her eyelids became heavy and she went into her deep sleep.

Jaejoong stepped into his house and then picked up his house phone to call Heewon. He sat down on the couch as the phone rang. Dawn watched him secretly from behind the wall curiously. Spying on Jaejoong was kind of fun to her.
“What is it Heewon?” Jaejoong asked as soon as her heard someone reply on the other line.
“You could be nicer Jaejoong. I am doing you a favour you know?” Heewon replied coldly.
“Sorry Heewon. It’s just I’m a bit tired at the moment. Also, you called earlier to confirm what was going to happen tomorrow. I don’t really get what you called again for,” he replied.
Heewon crossed her arms and rolled her eyes, Jaejoong always makes excuses, she thought. “Fine, whatever Jaejoong. I just wanted to hear your voice is all,” she said trying to sound innocent for the last part. Like that would ever happen, Heewon laughed in her head.
“Oh, okay then. Well, I want to sleep now, so I’ll see you tomorrow,” Jaejoong said and then hung up before Heewon could reply. Heewon pressed end on her cell phone too.
She examined her new phone. She bought a new phone just for this plan. Heewon needed a different phone so that Jaejoong wouldn’t find out that she had his number and not Miyeon. She flipped through her contacts until she came onto a person she wanted to call. She pressed the send button and put the phone to her ear.
“Hello,” a sleepy voice answered.
“Why is everyone so sleepy today? Anyways, wake up!” Heewon ordered.
“I’m up, but what do you want Heewon-ah?” the person on the other end whined.
Heewon rolled her eyes. This person could be a bit more cooperative. “I have a favour to ask of you, my sweet dear cousin,” she heard her cousin moan on the other end, “if you don’t do what I ask of you, I’ll tell auntie that you were the one who took her twenty dollars for tickets to see a movie.”
Silence was heard on the other end and Heewon smiled in victory. “What do you want me to do?” Heewon’s cousin said sounding tired.

I really felt like writing today, and this is what I come up with ahha. Today was a good day ehhe ^^v
