"What are you thinking about? I was going to check up on you earlier, but you looked like you didn't want anyone disturbing you." Ron said.
Leila smiled with appreciation. He was right, she didn't want anyone to disturb her earlier, but she had thought everything out now. Looking around to make sure nobody was listening, she told Ron her theories of the prophecy slate.
"Look, you know they think Lily and me are the phoenixes the prophecy had talked about. Well, have you thought about it in a different way? I mean, if the prophecy is real, then it wouldn't be Lily, because she's dead and Raymond is already the king."
Ron understood what she was getting onto. "So you are saying that the phoenix might be you, but it definitely can't be Lily."
Leila nodded.
"But you two are the only blood bonded people to Raymond. There isn't anyone else." Ron questioned.
"That's where we are all wrong." Leila said.
Ron frowned and muttered to himself. "All wrong?" But then as quick as lightening, his face lightened up as if understanding something.
"And, if those soldiers Tavia, Sammuel and kiki saw were the same and the soldiers we think they belong to, then sixth wong sok must already know about this." Leila added.
"And if he knows. He wouldn't just sit back and watch Raymond become king and stay king."
"Therefore heˇ¦s going to rebel..."

Raymond and the generals were all shocked to find a soldier covered in blood with a bleeding head, come stumbling in to their urgent meeting in the middle of the night. General Tse, the first to react, walked up to the merely surviving warrior and helped him up from the floor where he fell.
"What happened? Aren't you one of general Leung's soldiers? Where's your general?" Nicholas asked with concern.
Meanwhile the king followed by the other generals had moved towards the fallen soldier. They kneeled and bent over to look at and hear what the soldier was going to say.
"North...North gate was...attacked. Mongolians...have broken in...General L...Leung is dead." After finishing telling them what he was there to tell, the soldier stopped breathing and lay dead in Nicholas's arm.
The present seven lords and generals rushed to the long meeting table and started discussing over the city map that lay flat on the table.
"This is impossible. The Mongolians were not even in our distance range according to our spies. They couldn't have got here in a night's time without alerting our spies." One of the lords pointed out.
Another followed. "It's either they weren't alerted or they knew this all along."
The first general spoke up again. "You're not seriously suggesting we have been spied are you, Lord Gareth?"
Lord Gareth was about to reply when Raymond stopped him.
"Enough. This is not the time to argue, we have problems in front of us that we have to solve." With that, Raymond walked up to his throne to stand over everyone. "Lord Myles, I want all other gates alert. Give my orders to General Chung, General Sang and Lord Rikash to stay at their posts no matter what happens."
Lord Myles bowed and left. One by one, the generals and lords were sent to their duties and posts. General Tse went to take his Red Dragon army to the north gate hoping to clear things up a little, Leaving Raymond and three lords to discuss their plans.

Leila and Ron was telling the others what had came up in their minds. Sammuel and bosco, understanding what Leila meant, took off out to the city with Leila's word, whilst Michelle had gone to warn the king.
They carried on discussing their plans, when Michelle pushed open the door and ran, puffed out, into the room.
"Bad news. The Mongolians are attacking. The north gate is down." Michelle told everyone.
Tavia's first reaction was fear, fear for her husband. "Raymond! Where is he?"
"His majesty is in the meeting hall. Where are you off to your highness!?" A little shocked, Michelle raced after Tavia who dashed out of the room after hearing where her beloved was.
"Wait up! Sammuel and Bosco aren't back yet!" Ron called
Looking to Leila and Nancy, Ron asked if they should catch up with them or wait. Their answer was to go to the problem in front of them.
Leila, Ron, and Nancy Ran their way to the great meeting hall. When they arrived, Tavia was clutching Raymondˇ¦s right arm, whilst looking over his shoulder at the map on the table. Michelle was standing at the back of the room, ready to be called to service.
Seeing the ruler of the country and his wife side by side in happiness and in misfortune, Leila was sure her side of the prediction was correct.
