Chapter 39

Plan B

JJ lowered his pistol, as he squeezed the trigger of the gun. Beads of perspiration was omni-present all over his body. As he closed his eyes at the precise moment of JJ squeezing the pistol, he heard a click sound. Signifying, that he had ran out of ammo. As Jay climbed to his feet, he ducked behind the place where Show and LH was dodging, trying to forge another plan fast, as he could see JJ reloading his pistol.

“Come out Jay, wherever you are…” JJ taunted

“Jay?” Selina suddenly shouted

“Selina, don’t worry, I’ll save you!” Jay shouted back.

“Oh, how sweet…The knight comes to save his princess.”

“Except that this is no fairy tale. This is real life.”

“So get a life JAY!” JJ ended with a scream

JJ started firing his pistol at random around the room, puncturing through the sofa, destroying much property.

“Ok guys. Nothing much we can do now. We need a plan fast.” Jay said matter-of-factly.

“Plan?” Show wondered

“Shouldn’t it be instincts now?”

“Maybe…”

Show’s hand caught hold of a metal bar.

“How precise.” Show said, with a smug.

“When I get out of here, to start running towards him, cover my ass. Create some diversions.”

“Alright Show. You got it.”

Uttering some sort of battlecry, Show shouted with raw fury, as he jumped out of his hiding spot, as he started dashing towards JJ. Jay and LH immediately took to running both sides, as JJ was momentarily stunned, it was all Show needed. With a hard swing of his bar, the pistol was sent flying, behind JJ.

Totally unexpected, JJ swung his own Iron bar and smashed it right into Show’s abdomen. Iron on muscle, the pain was unbearable, as Show was sent flying a few meters back, as he writhed in pain on the ground.

Seeing what happened to Show, both Jay and LH ran towards JJ without any form of weapon. They both suffered the same compelling fate of Show, both being sent a few meters away from unforgiving iron.

When all 3 men were down, JJ started laughing again hysterically. Let’s see what can you 3 do now, that you guys can hardly move. JJ started walking towards his pistol which was on the ground.

“JOIN SELINA IN EXTINCTION!” JJ screamed.
