“What do you want?” Selina shrieked
“Isn’t it obvious by now?” JJ spoke softly
“I want your life.”
“I want vengeance. Revenge. Recognition. Whatever.”
“It’s over Selina. Your life ends here.”
He raised his pistol, as he aimed it directly at Selina’s forehead. Suddenly, JJ saw a flying kick coming towards him, as his pistol went flying out of his hand, and landed on the table behind him. JJ stared. Hebe had just kicked the gun out of his hand. Hebe froze after delivering the kick, as she was frightened. The psychotic look in JJ’s eyes, were enough to chill anyone to their bone
JJ’s bent down, as he seeked to deliver a punishing spear on Hebe, for her interference.
“HEBE!” Selina shouted
Hebe dodged just in time, as she saw JJ fall behind her. Immediately JJ was back out of his feet, as he tussled with Hebe. The distinct salty smell of sweat was evident on JJ, as he struggled to drag her down. Executing a second move from the classes she had attended, she flung JJ over her shoulder, as he went sprawling on the unforgiving concrete floor.
JJ sobered up almost instantly as he hit the floor, as he kick-jumped back to his feet, as he shoulder-charged Hebe, which in turn sent her petite frame flying. As she scrambled to get to her feet, JJ ran up to her, and sent a hard right-foot into her abdomen, which sent her flying so far, that it hit the wall.
“That’s what you get for trying to act as a heroine.” Following which, JJ laughed hysterically, as he noticed the two remaining girls cowering in the corner.
JJ took his pistol as he took his time to aim at Selina, when suddenly, the roller went up, as he heard.
“Police put up your hands!”
“Put down your firearm now, or we will shoot you!”
JJ went frantic. In front of him, was the perfect opportunity to put away his most-hated person in his life. He raised his pistol and squeezed the trigger.
“Bang!”
Selina’s eyes widened, as she saw the flash of light coming from the pistol. Her beating stopped. Her life have came to an end. When all of a sudden, she saw a yellow back. Followed by the sound of splattering of blood, and ultimately, a crimson scene.
“Bang Bang Bang!”
She saw JJ fall from the 3 gunshots. His life was definitely over. As she struggled to come with terms with what happened, she crawled over to the person, rolling the person over, it was a face she recognized, and loved dearly.
“Haaaaaaaaa… Selina.” Hebe chuckled
Blood was flowing out of her mouth, as every breath she took, more blood was coming out. Her cough, sent droplets of blood onto Selina’s t-shirt. Her yellow shirt, was no longer yellow. It was stained, with the purest of substance a human could have.
“Guess. I owe you my life anyway. If it ends here, can you do me a favor?” Hebe whispered, her voice getting softer by the letter
“Yes, anything…”
“Please… remember me, forever.”
“Yes I will!” Selina screamed, as tears streamed down her cheeks.
“Thank you…” Hebe’s eyes closed.
“STAY WITH ME HEBE!”
”DON’T SLEEP NOW!”
