Btw, from the application form, does it mean that we can either apply for a one shot for our idol's birthday or our own birthday? I'm kinda confused at that part. =p And we can apply for oneshots for other bands too right? Sorry, fail!nutcase is fail. Dx

You can apply for either your Idol's birthday OR your birthday OR BOTH.
It's your choice.

Secondly, yes, again.
You can apply for other bands too.
It can be FT Island, DBSK, SHINee, Big Bang, or whoever else is out there.
The only limit in all my stories is that everything is KPOP.
Though, I wouldn't mind writing something about CPOP or JPOP or any other 'POP' there is in this world.
Just that there might be one condition : You need to describe for me the artist's personality.
THIS is so that I can better write out my story that fits the person's personality.
