After searching for an entire half an hour, she finally found the hall where all the first years were suppose to assemble before being assigned to their classes respectively. She came to an empty seat beside a small petite girl who was looking as nervous as she is.
Gill: Is this seat taken?
Girl: Oh no! Please have a seat!
Gill: Thanks. By the way, my name is Gillian
Girl: I'm Charlene. Nice to meet you.
Gill: *thought to herself* Charlene? Charlotte? They're so similiar!
Char: Are you ok? You seem so surprise!
Gill: You remind me of my best friend. We were seperated after I moved here. Her name's Charlotte
Char: Charlotte? That's pretty close to my name! *giggles* Don't worry, I have a feeling we'll both be best of friends too!
Gill: Thanks. I was so worried that I wouldn't find any friends in a place so big!
Char: Well, guess from now on, you're stuck with me!
Gill:What are you studying?
Char: Law. You?
Gill: *gasps* Me too!
Char: Guess it's fated, huh?
Suddenly, the whole hall quieted down as all heads turned to the back. Both Gillian and Charlene thought that the head mistress has finally walked in. To their amazement, it was two really good looking guys that has every girls sighing and whispering.
Gill: Who are those guys?
Char: Oh, they're Edison Chen and Vic Zhou. They're the most popular guys in town.
Gill: They're from your school?
Char: No, but I've heard about them...a lot! Girls would simply go "goo goo gaa gaa" for them
Gill: Well, I have to admit, they are cute. Are they taken? *giggles*
Char: You're in luck, they're still looking for The One! *winks*
Gill: *laughs* I bet guys like that would probably play around and are not serious in love.
Char: Yeah,I totally agree with you! It's better if we don't cross paths with them.
Gill: *laughs* As if we have the chance! Look at all the pretty girls going after them!
Char: You're right! Good! Confirmed! We're safe!!! *laughs*
