Ed: Your girl's sure is playing hard to get. I've never seen girls like her before.
Vic: Duh! That's why I like her. She doesn't just fall on her knees and worship you like everyone else...She's special!
Ed: Yada yada yada.....
Vic: Ed! Be serious! You gotta admit she's different right?
Ed: Yeah, a snob perhaps?
Vic: No...there's something about her. I know it. Just wish I had the chance to know her more.
Ed: I've never seen you like this before. You really do like her, huh?
Vic: Yes, it was more like love at first sight. I never felt so comfortable talking to girls before.
Ed: *sighs* Of all the girls in college, you have to fall for the snob.
Vic: Don't call her a snob!
Ed: Oooo...someone's being so protective!
Vic: *blush* Just don't call her that anymore, ok?
Ed: *laughs* Yes, sir!
Soon the girls in college began to notice that both Vic and Edison are paying extra attention to Gillian and Charlene. Some of them were jealous, especially the ones who are themselves popular and pretty. One day, Gillian and Charlene was on their way out of college when they were stopped by a group of girls.
Bobo: So I hear that Ed and Vic are interested in you two plain looking ones?
*Both Gillian and Charlene gaped back at Bobo, the prettiest girl in college but with the worst attitude*
Girl 1: Are you deaf? She is speaking to you. Now answer her!
Char: *gathers up her courage* Oh really? I didn't even notice!
Bobo: How dare you speak to me like this! You know who I am?
Gill: The rich pretty snob?
Girl 2: *growls* Watch your mouth!
Bobo: Oh, so you two are tough, huh? Tell you what. Get your dirty hands off both my guys, okay?
Gill: What if I say no?
Bobo: Then you'll know the consequences in messing with me.
Char: Ooo...I'm scared! Help! Help! *stucks out her tongue*
Bobo: Very funny. You know you have great sense of humour. Ever thought of taking up a job as a clown?
*The girls laugh*
Char: Oh no, haven't thought of that. Have you? You really should. The kids would adore you!
Bobo: You...you....
Gill: In fact, you look like one now! Look at how thick your make up is!
*Both Charlene and Gillian high-fived each other*
Girl 1: Shut up! * pushes Gillian to the ground*
With that, Charlene pushes one of the girls back and a fight broke out between them. Someone shouted “Fight!” and soon nearly everyone was there, including Edison and Vic. They were horrified to see the girls fighting and tried to stop the fight. Just then, Edison saw a girl moving on to Gillian with a stick. He knew it was too late to stop her so without thinking any further, he blocked her from the blow. There were screams all around when the stick hit Edison’s head.
Bobo: * screams * Why did you hit him?
Girl 1: I didn’t see him…I’m sorry
Bobo: *ignores her * How are you, Ed? I’m really sorry!
Edison ignored her completely as he helped Gillian up. Bobo then turned to Vic and was even angrier when she sees him helping Charlene up. She vowed to take her revenge some other day as she stormed away angrily. Gillian's eyes were watery when she wrapped her scarf around his head.
Gill: Oh my God! You're bleeding! We better get you to a doctor!
Ed: Don't worry. It's really nothing.
Vic: Give me your keys, Ed. You need a doctor!
Ed: But I....
Gill: No buts! Let's go! We can take my car!
Gillian sling Edison's arms across her shoulders as she helped him to the car. She kept apologizing and sobbing although Edison assured her that he is fine. Gillian was so worried about Edison that she completely forgot about Vic and Charlene. She didn't even wait for them to get in the car before driving off.
Char: Gill! Gill! *sighs* She totally forgot about me.
Vic: Don't blame her. She's worried. Come, let's take Ed's car. I have his spare keys.
Char: But we don't know where she's taking him!
Vic: Obviously to the nearest clinic!
Char: She just moved here! I bet she don't even know where the nearest clinic is!
Vic: *laughs* Well, we can still catch up if we hurry!
Char: *smiles* Alright then!
