They were both in the queue to get their food in the cafeteria. Yoona was with Sooyoung, Taeyeon, and Yuri while Donghae was with Eunhyuk (as always), Siwon (the only good thing with him), and his new girlfriend Seul Gi (who was actually the fourth one for this month).
“What is it to you? Huh?!” Yoona asked irritated. ‘Sheesh! How can this jerk be so insensitive’ she thought, ‘I still can’t remember anything and yet, he still keeps on asking?!’
“Nothing… I just thought that maybe you could already leave and just stay with him since its quite obvious that YOU LIKE HIM” Donghae said who pressed in the words: you like him, firmly. He doesn’t understand himself now, really! ‘What’s wrong with me anyway? I couldn’t be jealous, right?’ Donghae thought as he scowled at Yoona.
“Who is she huh? Honey?” asked Seul Gi who suddenly clung onto Donghae staring brusquely at Yoona.
“Girl, you don’t wanna know… So, just shut the hell up, alright?” Yoona answered looking at her as harsh.
Then she turned to Donghae “And Donghae… I DO NOT LIKE HIM, UNDERSTAND?! Sheesh. It’s your fault that I have to play a piano in front of everyone… I shouldn’t have helped you.” Yoona said, as firmly.
This made the people near them look their way. Yoona blushed and kicked Donghae. “Stupid” she said and followed the other girls ahead of her.
“Ow! You… just wait till we get home! I’ll surely murder you… you… you, Yoona!” Donghae shot at Yoona. Yoona just stuck her tongue out to him.
“What happened?” asked Sooyoung, who was munching an apple as they sat in their places in an empty table, the most brave, tough, and such a great eater too.
“Nothing… It’s just Donghae… and that new girl he’s with” she answered frowning.
“Oh. Him.” Sooyoung said pertaining to Donghae while she continued eating her ‘1st-half’ of the meal… an apple, a clubhouse sandwich, spaghetti, rice with fried chicken, rice balls, and a lot more… And there’s still gonna be her ‘2nd-half’ and ‘3rd-half’ of the meal.
“Just don’t worry about that jerk, dear. He’s just a… a jerk anyways” said Taeyeon who was the most relaxed and responsible of them. And add the most umma-like.
“Yah. A plain jerk… oh! And also add the word stupid. And that new girl? Jeez. That’s her last for this month, he changes his girls every week anyways…” said Yuri as she continued reading her book. She’s known to be the quietest yet most intelligent in the group.
“Yeah, you’re right” Yoona said smiling and started eating her sandwich. She wasn’t really sure what has been worrying her after all. Is it Lee Donghae, the ‘Almighty Hotness Jerk’ or Kim Kibum, the guy that could be someone from her past?
Yoona is really confused now. What if Kibum does really know her, and she knows him too back then? What if she’ll just leave the Lees, like what Donghae said, and ask Kibum to help her? What if soon she’ll remember?
She was in her deepest thoughts when Eunhyuk passed by and gazed at her. He stood in front of her and suddenly “I wonder what will happen if you’ll remember something soon...” he stated then smiled and walked away to join Donghae’s group in a nearby table.
“What? I’ll remember?” Yoona asked the group and stared at her ring.
Sooyoung just kept on eating.
Taeyeon shrugged.
Yuri looked at Eunhyuk and Yoona then smiled “Eunhyuk and his premonitions… Better not listen to him or you’ll go mad” she giggled and continued eating.
“Wow… You guys do help a lot huh?” Yoona sighed and just played with her food. She was getting tired of this already. Waking up every morning not knowing who the hell she was! She goes to school everyday with thousands of people calling her ‘Yoona’ yet she doesn’t even know if that really is her name.
“Who really am I?” she sighed and stared at her ring again. The ring which she had when she was found. She isn’t even sure if it does belong to her.
“Tanzanite… It’s really beautiful isn’t it?”
Yoona immediately turned to look at the person who owns the voice. It was Kibum.
He sat next to Yoona making Yuri, Sooyoung, and Taeyeon giggle and beam at Yoona.
“Prince charming alert… Time to go” said Sooyoung and stood up immediately, carrying a tray that seems to overflow with different kinds of food.
“We’ll go ahead Yoona… Excuse us” Taeyeon also stood up then she eyed Yuri.
“Yeah. Go ahead. I’ll just stay here and chat with them, right Yoona?” Yuri winked at her but Taeyeon grabbed her and pulled her up.
“We’ll get going now…” Taeyeon said as she pulled Yuri away from the table.
“But I don’t want to leave Yoona here!” pouted Yuri who was being dragged away by Taeyeon.
When the girls were already out of sight, Kibum looked at Yoona and smiled. “They’re such great friends” he laughed.
“Yah, great… if you add leaving a friend behind.” Yoona smiled back at him.
“Guess they know you’re in good hands with me” again Kibum flashed his girl-melting-smile smile and eyed Yoona intently.
“Conceited” Yoona said flatly and both of them laughed loudly.
“Wow… I missed the times like this, Yoon Ah” said Kibum and held Yoona’s hands.
Yoona froze at that very moment; she didn’t know how to react. She was shaking and her heart was in haywire… Kibum knows her and he is her only chance of remembering.
“What’s wrong Yoon Ah? You’re shaking? Are you alright?” asked Kibum and touched her forehead feeling her temperature. She suddenly jerked back and shook her head…
“I’m fine… Don’t worry…” she said without even looking at Kibum. Just then she asked, with all the courage she could gather… “Who really am I, Kibum?”
Kibum smiled. He didn’t know where this conversation is going nor did he know why Yoon Ah is asking such questions, but he knew something is wrong. There’s something in his Yoon Ah’s mind, and he wanted to clear it and make her at ease.
“You’re my only princess… Im Yoon Ah” he said, smiling.
Just then a tear fell from Yoona’s eyes “Is that my real name?” she asked as tears continued to fall down her pinkish cheeks.
“Yoon Ah… What’s wrong?” Kibum asked her, wiping away her tears “What’s the matter? Please tell me… I can’t stand looking at you like this…”
“I… I don’t remember who you are Kibum…” she stated with such pain in her eyes which was looking straight into Kibum’s eyes “I don’t even remember who I am…”
