Chapter 10

The next morning, you were at the garden building a small snowman. KiBum went to your room but didn’t find you there. He went into the kitchen and saw Dianne. “Dianne, where’s ~~~~~?” KiBum asked.
“She’s at the garden... I think she’s making a snowman...” (Thinking)

[FLASHBACK]
“Dianne, wanna go with me? I’ll be making a snowman... LOTS OF SNOWMAN!” you said.
“It’s cold outside and isn’t it you’ve just regained your health yesterday night?” Dianne asked. “You might get fever again... KiBum’s work last night might end up into nothing if you’ll go outside...” Dianne added.
“C’mon, I’m okay now. See? (Shows some small muscles) I’m feeling like I haven’t been sick for years!” you said.
“It’s up to you... I’m just reminding you...” Dianne said.
[END OF FLASHBACK]

“She’s really a kid-at-heart. Okay, thanks for telling me.” KiBum said as he walked towards the door leading to the backyard. He opened the door and saw you knelt down making a small snowman. He walked towards your back without making any noise.
“There Mr. Snowman, you’re cute! Hehehe, let’s make your wife.” you said cutely while forming a smaller snowball.
“Mr. Snowman’s cuter than me?” KiBum asked as he knelt beside you.
“KiBum. Ahaha, of course not.” you said with a smile. “KiBum’s cuter than any other man and snowman in the whole world.” you added.
“That makes me blush.” KiBum said. “I’ll make a girl snowman.” he added as he forms a small snowball.
“Let’s make them a big family. I promised Dianne I’d make lots of them. Hehehe. I’ll fill this whole garden with snowmen.” you said.

KiBum smiled. “Hey, are you feeling better now?” KiBum asked.
“Yeah! By the way, thanks for taking care of me yesterday. Dianne told me you stayed all night beside me and taking care of me.” you replied.
“It’s nothing... anyone would do that...” KiBum said.
“No, ONLY you would do that.” you said.
KiBum looked at you and asked “What do you mean?”
“Because I know you care a lot for me.” you said.
“Well, everybody here cares a lot for you.” KiBum said.
“But to stay awake all night just to replace a near-dry towel and to put it into someone’s forehead without thinking of going to sleep is just done by a few people.” you said.
“Well, yeah, if they really care and love for that person.” KiBum agreed.
“You see? So it means you really care for me?” you asked.

Kibum looked at you with an of-course-i-do look. “Read my lips.” he then said. He spoke without a sound coming from his mouth. **I love you.**
You smiled and hug him. “I love you too, KiBum!” you said.
“You... you love me too?” he asked with a surprised look.
“Yeah! You’ll be my childhood friend forever! And I know, you’ll never leave me alone.” you replied.

KiBum’s face became sad. ***Of course, she loves me as a friend... no more, no less.***
