You sat at the couch, looking at the sky. Your legs were crossed as your elbows were both resting at the side of the chair. Everything was settled, you were now working, and your grandpa is taking his rest. Junsu was still studying medicine and was in his fifth year, KiBum was working as a hotel manager while Hyukjae sings and dances on stage. Your mom visits you every now and then. Everything was happy until something happened.
You were walking at the hallways of the company when a man from behind came running towards your back, calling your name.
“Ms. ~~~~~~.” he said as she puffed behind you.
“What’s the matter, Mr. John?” you asked.
“A news came in… Mr. Lee Hyukjae…” he said.
“Hyukjae? What happened?” you asked, as you turned worried.
“He was involved in an accident.”
“~~~~~!” KiBum shouted as he came running.
“What do you mean… accident?” you asked Mr. John.
“EunHyuk’s at the hospital right now.” KiBum said.
“He was going to a TV show for his guesting when the car he was driving suddenly loses its break and hit a truck coming front of him.” Mr. John explained.
“KiBum…” you said with your teary eyes.
“Let’s go, he needs us. He needs you.” Kibum said.
“Why is this happening?” you asked as both you and Kibum runs towards his car.
KiBum immediately rode off to reach the hospital as soon as possible. You called Junsu who was eating his lunch that time.
“Hello.” Junsu answered.
“Junsu, something happened!” you said.
“What? You look worried, what happened?” Junsu asked worriedly.
“Hyukjae…” you started to cry.
“What happened to him?” Junsu asked worriedly.
“He met an accident.” You cried harder.
“~~~~~…” KiBum said as he rubbed your back with his right hand.
“WHAT!? Wh-where? I’ll go now.” Junsu asked.
“Beskang Hospital.” You answered.
“I’ll come there as soon as I can… wait for me.” Junsu said.
“Okay, I’ll wait for you.” you said.
“Okay.” He said,. He was going to hung up when you called his name. “Why?” he answered.
“Be careful on your way…” you reminded.
“Okay… be careful too. I love you!” he said.
“I love you too…” you answered and hung up.
You looked at KiBum as you cried.
“Don’t worry, everything will be okay.” He smiled.
“Hyukjae…” you muttered as you looked outside.

Hospital~~
You and Kibum hurriedly went to Hyukjae’s room. You ran through the hallway and reached room 178, as the nurse in the information desk said. You knocked and immediately went in without waiting for any response. As both of you and KiBum entered, you saw a nurse taking care of Hyukjae… he was sleeping at the bed. You went near the bed, beside the nurse.
“Excuse me, how’s he?” you worriedly asked.
“He’s fine… but he still has to rest longer.” The nurse answered.
“What happened?” KiBum asked as you looked at Hyukjae and held his hand.
“His car was hit by a truck at Ponseul Intersection. His head was hit badly and his right leg was damaged because it was stuck between the steering wheel and the pedals.” The nurse explained.
“Oh my God…” you murmured as you covered your mouth with your palm. Tears started to fall down from your eyes.
“~~~~~.” KiBum said as he rubbed your back.
“Why did this happen? Hyukjae… he wanted to dance…” you said.
“The doctor would be the one explaining things to you… please wait as I call him.” The nurse said and left.
“KiBum…” you cried.
“Come on… let’s leave everything to God…” Kibum said.
Junsu entered the room and went immediately behind you.
“~~~~~.” He called.
“Junsu!” you answered as you hugged him.
“Shh… stop crying.” He said as he rubbed your back.
“Hyukjae…” you cried.
The doctor entered the room.
“Who’s the relative of the patient?” the doctor asked.
“Uhm, we’re his friends… his parents are abroad.” KiBum answered.
“I see… I won’t be saying any interruptions now… anytime by now, he might be in a comatose. I don’t know when he’ll wake up… either now, tomorrow or the next day, but as I can see… either he wakes up any minute, the moment he closes his eyes, he’ll be in comatose. As you can see, his head was covered with bandages because his head was damaged. His leg was slightly broken and it might cause him not to be able to walk again. I know it’s a bit straight for me to say these things but, I believe, hoping will do no good. Up to now, we can just rely on our prayers and the machines that would keep his life going on… but it’s still up to him. And one more thing, we'll transfer him into ICU... and only the three of you are allowed to visit him... not unless his parents goes here...” The doctor said. “I’ll take my leave now for I’ve explained everything.” He said and went out.
You cried harder, as you held Hyukjae’s hand. The room was quiet; KiBum and Junsu were looking at you. Only the sound of the machine could be heard. He was still breathing… he was still holding on to his dear life.
