“Junsu… you’re studying medicine, right? Tell me, he’ll wake up… tell me he’ll be able to dance in front of his supporters soon… tell me, we’ll be able to talk to him again.” you cried.
“I don’t know, ~~~~~… all we can do now is to believe and trust in our prayers… that’s all.” He answered.
“Junsu, tell me, he’ll wake up!” you said.
“I really don’t know.” He answered as he sat down at the long chair.
Your hands slowly fall down as a sound was produced when your hands rub the glass window. You turned around weakly and sat down beside Junsu. You rested your head at his shoulder. He wrapped his arms around your waist. You closed your eyes and remembered something that happened when you were still little kids.
[FLASHBACK, at grassland]
KiBum was playing at the grass with his puppy. Hyukjae was under a tree picking fallen flowers of Rose of Sharon at the ground. You went behind him.
“Hyukjae, what are you going to do with those flowers?” you asked as you looked at him.
“I’m going to give it to you, as a sign of our immortal friendship.” He replied, serious of what he was doing.
“But our friendship’s endless even though you do not give something like that.” You said.
“It’s okay, I love doing this.” He said and stood straight. He went towards you and offered the flowers. There were seven of them, still fresh and not wilted. “Here, take these.” He said.
You took the flowers and smelled them.
“Uhmm… it was so sweet-smelling!” you said.
“Do you like it?” he asked.
“Of course, I like it so much!” you answered and gave him a kiss at his left cheek.
[END OF FLASHBACK]
Tears were falling down your cheeks as you thought of the moments with him. You remembered everything he told you back then… everything he did to you and for you back then… after a few moments, a nurse appeared. She was going to go inside the room when you stood in front of her.
“May I come in too?” you asked.
“I’m sorry, but only relatives are allowed to go in. except if you have the consent of the patient’s parents.” The nurse answered.
“But his parents were not here! Who will visit him?” you asked.
“I’m sorry, that was the rule abiding patients who are at the ICU. You can talk to the doctor.” The nurse answered and went in. she then locked the door.
“Aish!” you grumped. You sat down beside him again. Then, a thought came into your head. "Junsu, you're a doctor, right? Maybe you can go inside!" you said in a delighted voice.
"~~~~~, incoming doctor, or I wish... but I'm not allowed to go inside yet." he answered.
"Oh yeah... ahhh! What will I do? How will I enter there?" you uttered.
"Come on, that's enough. What's prohibited is prohibited. If you're not allowed to go in, you should not go in." he lectured.
"But I want to see Hyukjae..." you pouted.
"You can see him from here." he said, looking and pointing at Hyukjae.
"I want to touch his hand!" you said.
"Come on, let's go home... you have to rest now. It's already seven and you still have to go to work early in the morning. Let's go." he said, pulling you.
"Nooo! I want to talk to Hyukjae! Come on, tell the doctor you're studying medicine, maybe he would allow us." you insisted.
"~~~~~, don't be stubborn!" he said, putting both his hand at his waist. "Let's go home, I'll bring you there." he said, pulling you again.
"Junsu!" you said as you try to pull him to your side.
"Aish!" he said, letting go of your hand.
"Ow!" you winced as you fell to the ground. You massaged your buttocks.
"See, your feet want to rest now, let's go home." he said as he carried you in bridal style.
"Junsu! Put me down! Put me down!" you said as you shake your arms and legs.
"Aish, don't move too much, will you?" he asked.
"Put me down!" you shouted.
Suddenly, Junsu stopped from walking and was looking in front of him.
"Uh... Junsu?" you called, as you slowly tilted your head to look at the direction he was looking. "Kibum..." you said as you saw Kibum.
He was drunk. Junsu let go of you and you walked towards KiBum.
"KiBum... what happened, why are you drunk?" you asked as you touched his left cheek.
"~~~~~..." he uttered, as he slowly touched both your cheeks. He looked at your eyes and your heart started to beat faster. Junsu was looking at the both of you. Suddenly, KiBum kissed your lips.
"Kibum!" Junsu shouted as he ran towards both of you. He pulled KiBum away from you and punched him making him fall at the ground, a little far from you.
"Junsu, don't!" you said as you stopped him from punching KiBum again.
"How dare you kiss ~~~~~ in front of me!" Junsu shouted as KiBum wiped the blood that came out from his mouth with his palm. "WHY!?" he shouted.
KiBum slowly stood up, with trembling knees, a sign that he was drunk.
"Junsu, he's drunk..." you said as you wrapped your arms around his waist from his back.
"I don't care! I know he did it on purpose!" Junsu said. "KiBum, answer me, WHY THE HECK DID YOU KISS HER?!" he shouted.
"Shut up!" KiBum shouted back. He then slowly walked towards Junsu.
Junsu looked at his moves while you pull Junsu to your side.
"Junsu... please..." you said.
"Let go! I need to teach this guy a lesson." Junsu said as he tries to untie your hands from his waist.
"Junsu, please." you said.
"Why, are you the first one to love her? I still tried to hide my feelings... even though I know she knows it... even though I know you know it. I was the first one to love her! I got her first! But you came and stole her away from me! Now, answer me, doesn't I have the reason to kiss her though I was the first one to love her! I was the first one who told her the words I love you!" he shouted back. [A/N: Chapter 10: Thanks, Bumbum:D [Countdown: 2], when he whispered without a sound the words 'i love you']
Junsu was speechless that time, as he wandered his eyes everywhere, feeling defeated. KiBum was right, he was the first one to tell you the words i love you... yet he was the one to get you. He clenched his fists as tears started to form in his eyes.
"Now, tell me, who has more reasons to be his boyfriend?" KiBum continued.
There was no response from Junsu. Your eyes were teary as you looked at KiBum who was crying. People were looking at the three of you that time. The place was quiet, and the scene was like a scene from a movie.
"JUNSU!" KiBum shouted.
"Yeah, you're right... you were the first one to tell her 'i love you'... but does she love you?" Junsu threw back.
"Don't answer me with another question!" KiBum demanded.
"Does she love you?" Junsu insisted.
"Shit! DAMN YOU!" KiBum shouted and ran towards Junsu to punch him.
"Stop!" you said as you went in front of Junsu and shielded him with your body. KiBum was able to stop his self from hurting you. He stood up in front of you, as he rapidly breathes in and out. "Stop it, KiBum... don't hurt Junsu!" you shouted.
"~~~~~..." Junsu uttered.
"~~~~~, why? Why don't you love me? Why don't you want to try to love me?" he cried.
"I'm sorry..." you said as tears fall down from your eyes. "I only love you as a friend and there's nothing more than that... I'm really sorry." you said.
"~~~~~... I love you, i love you so much! I 'm ready to give you everything... just tell me you love me too and you want me to be your husband." he pleaded.
"I'm really... sorry... KiBum... I can't... I only have those words for... for Junsu..." you said as you cry. "Please... stop being like this..." you told him.
His piercing eyes met yours as he pulled back slowly. His eyes keeps on winking as tears fall down from his eyes. He bit his lips and slowly turned around. You looked at him as he walks away slowly. He was a little far when he stopped walking. He turned around and looked at you, then at Junsu.
"Junsu, I'm not yet done... I tell you, I'll do everything to get her back." KiBum threatened and started to walk again.
"Why... since when did she become yours?"
