Rising tall and majestic in the highest point of Caleruega is the Transfiguration Chapel. From here one can behold the expanse of Caleruega and witness the glorious opus of radiant nature – a symphony of sky, trees, and the distant hills of Batulao. The chapel itself is replete with symbolism. Its façade is a reproduction of the original chapel in Caleruega, Spain.
As soon as Shin arrived, the wedding ceremony started. The wedding must start at exactly 4:30 para habang sinasabi nila ang mga vows, the sun is slowly starting to rise symbolizing a new day, a new chapter in their lives, and a new path to tread on for the both of them.
The wedding procession started. There was a piano and violin playing "You" by Basil Valdez, their very own theme song in unison.
Inside the chapel, the seal of the Dominican Province of the Philippines is depicted in stained glass in the upper portion of the chapel’s façade. The seven grapevines entwined in the steel doors of the chapel not only portray Jesus as the vine and we as branches but also symbolize the seven sacraments. The main altar is a carved tree trunk representing the “stem of Jesse,”.The tabernacle is a gentle reminder of the burning bush through which God revealed Himself to Moses in Mt. Sinai and the birds carved on the communion table are representations of God’s providence.

The guests marched down the aisle with smiles on their faces. The guests weren't that many and now, it's Sarah's turn to walk down the aisle
Sarah: *turned to Shin "Good luck Shin, smile ka ha?" *smiled and started to walk
Sarah walked down the aisled gracefully and slowly. She smiled at Ian before going to her seat.
It was now Shin's turn to walk down the aisle with her parents.
The guests turned their heads to the doorways to welcome Shin. Ian smiled when he saw her. Ian was wearing an Anthony Wool Gabardine Suit and he looked very handsome. It had hand-finished details and a clean, modern fit. Body width is lean, arms are slightly narrow and pant is cut slim with a lower rise.
Shin slowly looked up and smiled at Ian. This is it. Shin looked very beautiful in Chelsea gown made by Maggie Sottero. It was a one-piece, strapless, A-line gown with corset closure. This Capri Taffeta gown features a fully beaded bodice with an asymmetrical waist and fluted side drape accented at the side hip with a glistening beaded motif. She really looked lovely in her gown

She didn't know why, but she just felt the tears forming in her eyes. She was now standing in front of him. Her father placed her hand on top of his. Ian offered her his arm and Shin gladly accepted it.
Russel: "Ikaw na bahala sa prinsesa namin ha?"
Ian: "Opo,..kahit di niyo na sabihin, I'll do it.."
They went to the altar together and the ceremony started. After some time,

Priest: "Do you Christian take Rachelle to be your wife – to live together after God’s ordinance – in the holy estate of matrimony? Will you love her, comfort her, honor and keep her, in sickness and in health, for richer, for poorer, for better, for worse, in sadness and in joy, to cherish and continually bestow upon her your heart’s deepest devotion, forsaking all others, keep yourself only unto her as long as you both shall live?
Ian: "I do"
Priest: "Do you Rachelle take Christian to be your husband – to live together after God’s ordinance – in the holy estate of matrimony? Will you love him, comfort him, honor and keep him, in sickness and in health, for richer, for poorer, for better, for worse, in sadness and in joy, to cherish and continually bestow upon him your heart’s deepest devotion, forsaking all others, keep yourself only unto him as long as you both shall live?
Shin: "I do"
Exchange of wedding rings.
The ring they used for the wedding is a Tiffany Lucida band ring

Priest: "What token of your love do you offer? Would you place the ring(s) in my hand?May this/these ring(s) be blessed as the symbol of this affectionate unity. These two lives are now joined in one unbroken circle. Wherever they go – may they always return to one another. May these two find in each other the love for which all men and women year. May they grow in understanding and in compassion. May the home which they establish together be such a place that many will find there a friend. May this/these ring(s) on her/their finger(s) symbolize the touch of the spirit of love in their hearts"
Priest: *handed the ring to Ian "Christian, in placing this ring on BRIDE'S NAME finger, repeat after me. Rachelle, you are now consecrated to me as my wife"
Ian: "Rachelle, you are now consecrated to me as my wife"
Priest: "
from this day forward and I give you this ring as the pledge of my love and as the symbol of our unity and with this ring, I thee wed"
Ian: "from this day forward and I give you this ring as the pledge of my love and as the symbol of our unity and with this ring, I thee wed"
And Ian placed the ring on Shin's finger. The sun was now beginning to rise.
Priest: *handed the ring to Shin "Rachelle, in placing this ring on GROOM'S NAME finger, repeat after me. Christian, you are now consecrate to me as my husband"
Shin: "Christian, you are now consecrate to me as my husband"
Priest: "from this day forward and I give you this ring as the pledge of my love and as the symbol of our unity and with this ring, I thee wed"
Shin: "from this day forward and I give you this ring as the pledge of my love and as the symbol of our unity and with this ring, I thee wed"
And Shin placed the ring on Ian's finger
Pronouncement
Priest: "May you always share with each other the gifts of love – be one in heart and in mind – may you always create a home together that puts in your hearts – love – generosity and kindness."
Priest: "In as much as Christian and Rachelle have consented together in marriage before this company of friends and family and have pledged their faith – and declared their unity by giving and receiving a ring – are now joined.
You have pronounced yourselves husband and wife but remember to always be each other’s best friend. What – therefore – God has joined together – let no man put asunder.And so, by the power vested in me and Almighty God, I now pronounce you man and wife – and may your days be good and long upon the earth."
The priest looked at Shin and Ian and smiled, he then looked at everyone and smiled even wider
Priest: "You may now kiss the bride"
The horizon is now a mixture of blue, purple and yellow. The sky slowly lights up inidicating a new day and a new life for the both of them
Ian slowly cupped Shin's chin and raised her face to his. Shin blushed and looked down but Ian held her chin gently. He slowly yet passionately kissed her with all his love. Shin placed her hands around his neck at kissed him back. Ian kissed her 3 more times and pulled back. He smiled at her
Ian: "I love you" *tears fell
Shin: *wiped his tears "And I love you too"
And together, they walked down the aisle.
