I think MiYoung should have gotten JiYong by now. She was much faster than he was. An hour passed by.
I get up and leave the apartment, looking around for them.
I go to the stairs and see MiYoung's lifeless body on the ground. I check for a pulse. It was very light but at least she was alive.
I carry her bride style back into the apartment. When the others see her, they automatically get up so I could put her on the couch.
DaeSung: "What did JiYong do to her?"
I could feel a huge bump on the back of her head. No blood.
We all sit by her side and just wait. I lay my head on her stomach and cry my heart out.
SeungRi put his arm around me.
SeungRi: "She's going to be alright. You'll hear her voice soon."
YoungBae: "How could my friend do this to the girl I love?"
SeungHyun: "We all loved her...more than just a friend. We know how you feel."
YoungBae: "I hope she still remembers us."
DaeSung: "Me too. Just this morning, she was well. Now we don't know what is going to happen."
SeungRi: "It's a miracle that she's not bleeding. Must have a very thick skull."
YoungBae: "She does. I've seen it in her x-rays."
DaeSung: "You even went to the doctor with her?"
YoungBae: "Yes, just to be the first to know if she was alright."
MiYoung: "Really?"
I lift my head up to see MiYoung, wide awake and smiling.
YoungBae: "You're awake!"
I couldn't keep a smile off of my face. I had to urge to kiss her but the others might get pissed off.
MiYoung: "How long was I out for?"
YoungBae: "About 2 hours."
SeungHyun had a hand on her shoulder.
SeungHyun: "What did JiYong do?"
MiYoung: "Let me remember."
We waited for about 2 minutes until she had an answer.
MiYoung: "He was forcing me to like him but I didn't want to. He got really angry and pushed me right into the wall. I think he tried killing me."
YoungBae: "He only likes you. We love you."
She wiped the tears off my cheeks with the back of her hand. I held her hand to my face, hoping nothing bad would happen again.
MiYoung: "I don't think I should live here anymore. I made your friend into a lunatic."
All: "No!"
MiYoung: "But he doesn't want me here, does he?"
DaeSung: "He's mentioned that."
YoungBae: "Where are you going to go if you leave? Your parents didn't want you living alone. That's why you're here."
MiYoung: "To Japan. The only place I knew well."
SeungHyun: "We'll protect you more than ever if you just stay."
YoungBae: "Make sure you get rid of all that stuff JiYong gave you."
MiYoung: "I'll send them to the church. It would be a waste if I just threw them out."
SeungRi: "I could help you if you want."
MiYoung: "You all can help."
We all got up. When MiYoung stood up, she fell right back on the couch with a pained look.
MiYoung: "He also kicked me in the back."
I lifted her up and carried her to our room. I put her down in front of the closet. She started pulling a lot of clothes off hangers and folding them.
SeungHyun brought in a few clear garbage bags and we stuffed all the clothes inside. SeungRi, DaeSung and MiYoung were folding the clothes. SeungHyun put the clothes into the bags. I was in charge of tying the bags.
We worked pretty quickly and was finish within an hour. We sent our manager out to the church with these bags and we all rested on the floor staring up at the ceiling.
SeungRi: "What do you think JiYong is doing right now?"
YoungBae: "Probably trying to buy MiYoung's love as usual. That might explain why she had so much to give away."
MiYoung: "I'm just happy, knowing I'm helping someone with all those clothes."
I moved closer to her and hugged her. She gave me a smirk.
The others get up and help MiYoung up when I let go of her. When the others leave the room, I close the door and sit next to MiYoung on the bed. I turn toward her and kiss her.
I hear the door slam open and there stood...
