YoungBae: "MiYoung, can you try sitting up?"
She turns on her side and moves toward the edge of the bed. She slowly sits up and stretches.
YoungBae: "Doesn't hurt?"
MiYoung: "Not really."
She stands up and limps toward the door. She leaves the room, closing the door gently.
DaeSung: "Is she lying?"
YoungBae: "No, she would never turn down help when she needs it."
(MiYoung's POV)
I wonder how JiYong is doing. As I pass his door, I could see it opened just a crack. I could see JiYong sitting on the bed, looking at a jewelry case.
I open the door and he hides the jewelry box behind his back.
MiYoung: "What are you hiding?"
JiYong: "Nothing."
He had a sad look on his face.
JiYong: "You should sit. You look like you're going to fall over."
I sit down next to him which causes him to move away.
(JiYong's POV)
What happened to her? One moment she was yelling at me. Now she's talking to me as if nothing happened.
JiYong: "You really are a nice person."
MiYoung: "What makes you think that now?"
JiYong: "I almost killed you but you're here talking to me. There isn't even a knife in my chest."
MiYoung: "That's because I am."
I nod and hand her the jewelry box.
MiYoung: "Are you still trying to buy my love?"
JiYong: "Just open it."
(MiYoung's POV)
Why did he get me couple rings? Who's the guy?
MiYoung: "Who are these for?"
JiYong: "You and YoungBae."
MiYoung: "But I thought you liked me."
JiYong: "I still do."
MiYoung: "Why YoungBae?"
JiYong: "He loves you more than you know."
MiYoung: "We're just friends."
JiYong: "Do you notice anything he does? Always trying to be near you. Hugging you. Teasing you. That's not just friendship."
MiYoung: "I don't want to ruin our friendship with dating."
I throw my arms around him and give a tight squeeze before I get up and leave.
MiYoung: "Thank you."
(SeungHyun's POV)
I wonder where MiYoung went. I hope it was no where near JiYong.
As the others open the door, MiYoung walks by, smiling. What happened?
When she sees YoungBae, she presses him against the wall and gives him a deep and passionate kiss.
I feel something break inside of me.
(SeungRi's POV)
SeungHyun looked furious. He loved MiYoung just as much as JiYong did. MiYoung brought out the soft side in SeungHyun. Now he was back to his agressive side.
He tried punching YoungBae but almost hit MiYoung. DaeSung and I are hold him back. He doesn't stand a chance.
DaeSung: (whisper) "Calm down. Just be happy that she's happy."
That set him straight. He stopped moving and just watched the scene in front of him.
(YoungBae's POV)
Why is MiYoung doing this now? Weird...
I could see the others watching. SeungHyun looked pissed off. DaeSung and SeungRi had a smile on their faces.
MiYoung pulls away and walks to the living room. I could see something black in her hand.
I follow her as she sits down on the couch. She looks up at me with a twinkle in her eyes. I never seen that before.
I sit down next to her and hold her hand.
YoungBae: "What happened?"
She opens her mouth but no words come out. A few tears start coming down her eyes.
YoungBae: "Did you talk to JiYong?"
She nods as more tears come down. She was smiling the whole time. Probably tears of joy.
She opens the jewelry case and holds it in front me.
YoungBae: "Did you buy these?"
MiYoung: "JiYong did...for us."
I lean back with MiYoung's eyes watching my every move.
She takes the smaller ring and slides it on her right ring finger.
She takes the other ring and slides it on my right middle finger.
She smiles and starts running her hands through my hair.
I'm really thankful for what JiYong did. I'm also curious on how he knew.
