What the hell is wrong with me? I only wanted to be near her but something inside of me told me to do more.
Now everyone is standing over me and I feel really uncomfortable.
MiYoung is right in front of me. She kept shaking her head with a sad expression.
MiYoung: "How could you? I trusted you and you do this to me! I thought you were a decent guy but I guess I was wrong."
Her sad expression turned to an angry one.
SeungHyun: "I...I..I'm sorry."
MiYoung: "Sorry isn't going to work this time. I'm just starting to trust JiYong again. I will never trust you!"
I'm heartbroken and humiliated by the girl I loved and couldn't have.
(YoungBae's POV)
Her words are so powerful. I think that's one of the many reasons why I love her.
JiYong: "Feel bad for what you did?"
He nods like the coward and idiot he is.
MiYoung goes into the bathroom and gestures me to come with her. I hope she's okay.
She looks the door and sits on the edge of the tub.
MiYoung: "What am I going to do? I can't hate him forever."
YoungBae: "I can't either but that's life."
MiYoung: "I just don't understand why he'd do that."
YoungBae: "It doesn't matter. All that matters now is that you're okay."
MiYoung: "Those moments keep on playing in my head. I can never forget them."
She leaned into me and I could smell SeungHyun's scent on her.
YoungBae: "Take a shower. At least that would take the smell away."
She walks out of the bathroom and comes in with her stuff. I get up to leave but she starts hugging me.
YoungBae: "Now I smell like SeungHyun!"
MiYoung: "Then take a shower."
YoungBae: "After you."
She gives me a funny look.
MiYoung: "Fine."
She lets go of me and I leave the bathroom to MiYoung.
(SeungRi's POV)
I wonder what happened between MiYoung and YoungBae. Probably something sweaty.
I knew I was wrong when YoungBae walked out of the bathroom, looking exactly the same from before.
We got SeungHyun out of the room. The rest of us were relaxing on the bed.
We all sit up to see YoungBae standing not too far away.
JiYong: "What happened in there? It was so quiet."
YoungBae: "Just some talking."
JiYong: "Are you sure about that?"
YoungBae: "A hug or two but that's it. Why do you care so much?"
JiYong: "Just to make sure you won't be like SeungHyun."
YoungBae: "Ha!~ Like that's possible. I would never hurt MiYoung."
We all leave the room when the shower shuts off.
(MiYoung's POV)
Those last words YoungBae said kept on running through my head. It was true that he never tried anything crazy or dangerous with me.
I put on a tight green tee shirt and baggy jeans. I wonder who's on the other side of the door.
I open the door to find no one. I check the living room and found no one.
I go back to my room, take my black hoodie and keys, and leave the apartment.
I wasn't planning on running away. I just wanted to escape the moment. As I walked out of the building, I heard a voice call my name. It was unfamiliar and familiar at the same time.
??: "MiYoung?"
