(YuMi's POV)
Now, we're in the airport. One more hour and we can board the plane.
I'm the only one sitting. The others are pacing around. I close my eyes so I won't get dizzy looking at them.
My father looks nervous. Does he know about my mother's location? Probably not. He probably thinks he might finally find her.
I open my eyes to see that they've stopped walking and sat down. I watch as time passes.
(45 MINUTES LATER)
They called for those who are boarding for the NYC flight. We weren't going to land in Manhattan. We were going to land in Kennedy Airport in Queens. That was going to be a long drive but it's all worth it.
We get on line to board the plane. I have my ticket out and ready. I'm trying to hold back my excitement or the others might start getting ideas.
They checked my ticket and I went through the tunnel. The others followed closely behind.
Our seats were close to the front so we didn't have to walk all the way to the back. I took my seat next to DongWook.
DongWook: "Excited?"
He read my mind. Ha!~
YuMi: "Yeah. Now, I'm going to take a nap so don't disturb me."
He nods as more passengers take their seats. When that's done, a lady came in and talked about some safety stuff. When she said "Have a nice flight.", I fell asleep.
(14 HOURS LATER)
DongWook is shaking me to wake up. We were about to land.
I collected my belongings and waited. I looked out the window to see it was about noon. Right on time.
We land and wait as they let us out. When they say we can get up, we get up and make our way to the exit.
Now, we have to go get our luggage. My luggage was hard to miss.
When I was about to grab my suitcase, someone grabbed it for me. I turned to see it was Beatrice. She had on oversized glasses so the others didn't recognize her.
Diana popped out behind her. She also had on oversized sunglasses. She pulled out another pair of sunglasses from her purse and handed them to me. I put them on as the others collected their luggage.
Diana: "Gosh. You look just like your mother."
The others were too busy to listen.
YuMi: "Thank you."
When the others were finished, they followed us outside. There were two vans waiting.
Beatrice: "We're going to have to split you guys into two groups. Is that okay?"
They all nod and we get into two groups. I was in a group with my father, DongWook, and SeungHyun. DaeSung, JiYong and SeungRi were in the other van with Beatrice. Diana drove our van.
Diana: "Get your seat belts on."
We do as she says and we drive to Manhattan. The ride remained quiet until we arrived.
(ONE HOUR LATER)
We're in front of my mother's building. I can't wait to see her!
We take out our luggage and head into the building. I still had on the sunglasses Diana gave me. I knew that Diana and Beatrice knew the guys very well but they haven't seen them for awhile. They wanted to hide their identity for now.
We got into the elevator and went to the top floor.
When the doors opened, it was just like how I imagined her office to be like. (The office looks like MODE's office in Ugly Betty. Watch some clips of Ugly Betty to get an idea of what I'm talking about.)
It was just so glamourous and neat. I turned to look at the guys. They were practically drooling over every woman that passed by. I recognized every person that passed me. Some of them waved to me. Some of them just smiled.
I walk around the large round counter to the hallway.
A boy jumped out of one room. It was my brother. He looked at the others before his eyes moved to my face.
TaeKyung: "Looking for Liz?"
I nod and he puts an arm around my shoulders. He leads me to the end of the hallway where a glass door seperates us from her office.
(YoungBae's POV)
What does this boy think he is? He thinks he can touch my daughter without permission. She didn't even stop him. Aish!~
The boy opens the door for us and we walk in. I look at his face more closely. The first thing that caught my eye was his different colored eyes. One was hazel and the other was brown.
That was my son! That must mean that MiYoung was here somewhere.
