Chapter 35

MiYoung&Minho-Secret Love Part I

"Annyeong haseyo. Joneun MiYoung imnida." Miyoung

said, as she stood in front of her class, introducing

herself then giving a small bow. Her classmates clapped

and bowed back from their seats. "Thank you MiYoung."

Miss Jung said, and she sat down at her assigned seat.

A few guys started talking to her, and she didn't

know that what they were saying was actually very

vulgar. "Hey, MiYoung right? Can I drink your juice

at lunch?" One guy said. She looked at him confused.

"Um. I don't drink juice at lunch." She said quietly.

The guys burst out laughing, as the guy who asked

the question smirked. "I'm sure you don't." He

said with a smile. A deep male voice spoke up from

behind her. "Please don't talk that way." He told

them firmly. The guy turned to Minho, who had

spoken up. "What are you going to do about it Choi?"

He challenged. Minho sighed and stood up in front of

him, his six foot frame, overpowering the guy.

The guy who asked the question, cleared his throat,

and faced forward in his desk. Minho went back

to his seat and sat down. MiYoung was still confused,

and she shyly turned around. "Thank you." She said

quietly. Minho looked at her nodding. "But, I still

don't get what they were asking." She admitted.

"You don't wanna know." He told her. She nodded.

"I still don't get it." The same guy mimicked her.

Minho turned, and shot him a glare with his piercing

brown eyes. The guy became silent. He turned back to

MiYoung again. "Don't worry about him." He said.

She nodded. "What's your name?" She asked him.

"Minho." He told her. She nodded. "Thank you Minho

oppa." She said. He looked surprised. "Oppa?" He

said. She smiled, slightly embarrased. "I'm 15 I

started kindergarten a year early." She explained.

He nodded. "I ask her if she'll let me have her juice,

and now she's getting all chummy with the Choi boy."

The guy from earlier mumbled. Minho and MiYoung

heard this and laughed quietly.

Three months later...

Minho and MiYoung sat at one of the benches of their

school's courtyard, under the shade of the willow tree,

halfing a Hershey's bar to share. They ate the chocolate

in silence for awhile. Then MiYoung spoke up.

"So oppa, what are you going to do about this girl

you're always talking about?" She said with a smile.

Minho glanced at her with a small smile. "I don't know."

He said. "Oppa, go baek hal gae. (confess)" She suggested

to him. "Andweh." He said quickly. "Oh weh?" She asked

him. "What if she doesn't like me?" He said.

"Who wouldn't like you oppa? Your tall, kind, honest,

not a pervert like alot of the other guys around here.."

She said. "Huh?" He said looking at her confused.

She smiled sheepishly. "Just try. Hwaiting." She said.

He nodded, and got up from the bench. She watched

as he walked over to where, a group of senior girls

were chatting. And he approached one of them with

reddish brown hair, as the girl's friends gave her

some space. MiYoung's eyes widened in surprise.

"He likes HyeRung unni?" She thought, surprised and

extremely dissapointed. She watched in horror as

the two spoke, and she saw a smile appear on HyeRung's

face and she hugged Minho, as Miyoung's heart shattered

into millions of pieces. She sighed. Suddenly Minho

and HyeRung started walking to where MiYoung sat.

She panicked, but tried to keep a straight face

as they approached her, noticing their linked hands.

"He liked her from afar. How can they just get together

like this?" She wondered. They now made their way

to her. "Hi oppa. Unni. Chuka hae." She said with

a small smile. They smiled back at her. "I have to

go somewhere for a bit. I'll see you guys later."

MiYoung said quickly and got up from the bench and

walked around campus. She went into the restroom,

and luckily it was empty. She went into one of the

vacant stalls, closing the door behind her, as she

sat on the closed toilet, starting to cry.
