The past few days XM has been following her but more like stalking. He couldn’t help but miss her fragrance; her lips, her laugh, her smile and her body pressed on him. “God..” he thought. He wasn’t like this before, everything seems to be new to him. For the past days he has been sending her messages, flowers and stuff.
He called Anne to make an appointment with her, he didn’t say his name for he didn’t want her to refuse his appointment. They met at one of the coffee shops in Manhattan, Anne found him sitting at one of the tables near the counter. They started to talk, first about the break-up then about XM’s plans.
XM: Anne, please help me..
Anne: I’ll help you. But don’t hurt her again, okay?!
XM: Yeah, I won’t.. I know I’m so stupid for saying those words to her.. I was just surprised to see her like that. But you can’t blame me you know.. She’s my girlfriend..
Anne: That’s the point.. She’s your girlfriend so you should trust her.. You know her profession so try to understand her more.
XM: (nods) But there’s one more problem.. She told our friends back in Taiwan that she’d be staying in New York permanently. Now, how could I make her go back to Taiwan if she had already made up her mind.
Anne: Don’t worry about that because the arrangements are on hold and I know you’ll work your world-class charms on her.
XM: Thank you very much Anne..
She found out XM’s intentions with her and gladly agreed to his proposal after much pursuing from XM. From what she discovered XM was a person who goes directly to the point and he gets what he wants because he works hard for it. Anne saw XM’s sincerity that’s why she knew that XM and Rainie’s sudden break-up was just a misunderstanding on their parts.

Hua Ze, Mansions
Lei was in a deep slumber when he felt someone poking his nose, he immediately swats the hand that dares bother his sleep without opening his eyes. He moved back a little bit and snuggled closer to his pillow, after a few minutes or so, the person was at it again. He moved back a little more when he was poked again, he moved just a little bit farther this time and BANG! He fell on the floor, he was such in a bad mood when he decided to sit up to see who the person was. He heard people laughing around his room and he knew who owned the voices. It was F2 and the girls and apparently it was Jing who kept on poking him since she was the closest to him. He rubbed his eyes and finally gave up on the idea of sleeping, knowing that they wouldn’t stop bothering him until they get what they want.
Lei: (irritated) What’s the problem with you?
AS: MZ, it seems that your plan works! Hahahaha…
Lei: Ei, did I ask for your opinion?!
Everyone in the room burst into laughter after hearing what Lei said.
MZ: Why so grumpy man? Its already 10 am and you are still sleeping.
Lei: Jing, you said you’ll make sure that I get my 15 hours of sleep. Back me up, will you!
Jing: Well, it’s different this time. XM is missing. We called his secretary and they said that he hasn’t been in the office since Wednesday.
SC: I called up his house and his butler said that he hasn’t been in for the past few days.
MZ: I think we should contact the police.
AS: Lei, what do you think?
Lei didn’t answer but bowed his head.
AS: Why?
Lei: Don’t worry knowing XM, he won’t do anything stupid and in a matter of days he’ll come around. So can you please get out of my room, I’m trying to sleep here, you know.
Everyone walks out shaking their heads at Lei’s sleeping habits. But Jing was suddenly pulled down to bed.
Lei: Not you, you still owe me for disturbing my sleep.
Lei then hugs Jing and sleeps.

Back in New York
XY’s Pad
The past few days, XY has been receiving flowers from XM. A part of her was happy because of XM’s thoughtfulness, but another part of her was still depressed with what happened to them. Every time she remembers what XM had said to her, she just can’t help herself but cry.
Today was just another ordinary day for XY. She was just in her room, rearranging some of her furnitures. Then, She heard someone knocked in her house so she proceeded to the door and opened it. She was stunned at the sight before her. There were 3 delivery boys each holding a bouquet of flowers in different kinds. The delivery boys handed her the flowers. She noticed a card placed on each bouquet.
First:
“Yellow Daisies, to brighten your gloomy day.”
Second:
“White Roses, for someone who’s very lovely”
Third:
“Purple Orchids, to represent my everlasting love for you.”
She was confused about what XM’s doing. So she just proceeded back to her room and left the flowers on the table. When she got back, she looked at her phone and found out that she had just received three new messages, all coming from XM.
First message read:
Xiao You, I’m so sorry. I shouldn’t have judged you at the first place.
I hope to see you really soon. I miss you.
I love you Xiao You and I’m really really sorry for my stupidity.
Second Message:
Xiao You, Don’t you ever find it amazing that in our world filled with people,
God found a way for us to be together?
You know, I thank Him because when he planned my life,
He included the most amazing woman in the world.
Third Message:
Will you ever forgive me, Xiao You?
“The messages and the flowers were Darn sweet” she thought. But it would take him more than those things for her to forgive him.
