The Grand ballroom was magnificently decorated with every kind of flower. The lights were dimmed when the show was about start.
Giselle(Host): Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen at the 2004 VH1 model of the year awards. Before we begin the awarding, we will have a couture showcasing the designs of Jean Paul Gaultiere.
All the models came out. XY was wearing a black V-neck dress, where the V goes until her stomach showing the sides of her breasts. The dress reaches her mid-thigh and she was wearing a black stiletto shoe that was 3 inches high. She walked around the stage with full confidence like the other models did.
After the runway show, they stayed at the backstage while the audience's attention was caught when Beverly Staunton came out singing. When she was finished, the models came out and walked to the stage.
Giselle: And here is the moment you've all been waiting for. (opening the envelope)
And the winner is........ Miss Rainie Yang!
XY stood shocked and was trying to absorb what Giselle just said. Once she snapped out from her reverie, she walked to Giselle. She got her trophy and talked.
XY: Oh my God... I can't believe I won this year's VH1 model. I never thought of choosing this profession, I was just accidentally discovered while I was walking at 5th Avenue by my agent. Truly this experience taught me to be more confident. I have to thank all those people who believed and supported me through the years. Again, Thank you to all of you..
XM POV: I wish I have been a part of her success. I wish I could give her the happiness that she is experiencing now..
Damn....
Just then, Giselle announces that a selected judge will sing for the winner.
XY sat at the middle of the stage when the song started to play. Much to her surprise, XM stood up from his seat and grab the mic.
He started to sing "The way you look tonight."

XM went closer to her and whispered something on her ears.
XM: Congratulations.. You look great tonight. XY listen, I did not get the chance to finish what I was suppose to say the other night. So I grabbed this opportunity to tell you what I really feel. I know I've hurt you before.
And Yeah, I'm so stupid to let you go.....
XY: XM, can we just talk later. Everyone is staring at us.
XM smiled and nodded. Then he continued singing..
